> **Pros**: It didn't take too long to get started billing insurances. Very user friendly and bec I was able to send out first claims without the training yet.

> **Cons**: It does not keep track of duplication. It would be nice if it recognized that there are duplicates of patients or dates of service entered. Used it for a while and it should have been one of the updates because it is an important one. Correcting claims should be easier than what it is now.

> I've been using it for a long while now and I think I just got used to it's weaknesses so I didn't complain.

> **Pros**: Customer support, simplicity, no contract, affordability, and fast processing and claim turnaround. When CHC crashed and nearly burned down the healthcare industry, OA/PM was our saving grace because it kept our cash flowing. Would like to assign 4.5 stars, but not an option.

> **Cons**: The way the excel reports download requiring a number of irritating excel functions to allow one to sort and filter reports to pinpoint indices we'd like to look at, and also some of the limited filter options on some of the reports. Reporting (and a few other items: no efax, auto posting a bit cumbersome) is the only reason this is 4 stars and not 5.

> I really like OA/PM and have been promoting it to small provider practices for at least the past 20 years. I have always had positive customer support services, and it is one of the easiest systems to train end user to use.
