> **Pros**: I have been using this software for the past couple of years for my Senior Transition and Trig class.  Students enjoy it when I assign work using Mylab.  The one thing I like the most about Mylab is it aligns with the textbook perfectly.  It makes my job much easier when I can go in and assign problems from the section we covered that day.  Mylab also gives students different problems that focus on what that specific student needs practice on.  It's not repetitive and focuses on the individual student instead of a standard set of problems.  It tailors the assignment to each student's needs.

> **Cons**: The one thing I like least about Mylab is the grade book.  My school uses a program called Schoology for keeping students' grades.  Many other programs we use will submit students' grades automatically.  Mylab does not do this.  I have to record students' grades manually.  It's difficult when you have to check multiple times a day to see if a student submitted an assignment so you can update the grade book.  With other software, it will do this on its own.

> My overall experience with Mylab has been positive.  When I first started using it, it was overwhelming.  The UI isn't very user-friendly.  It takes a while to understand how to navigate the program.  But once you get used to it, it's a great tool for teachers to use in the classroom.  Students enjoy working online and gives them another method of learning the material we cover each day.

> **Pros**: Pearson's MyLab is a great product is you are looking for a way to manage and integrate your course content. I love how it provides students with the e-text along with videos, helpful tips, and even optional quizzes for them to practice the material. It syncs with Canvas which is a great feature so that all of students' MyLab homework is with all their other work.

> **Cons**: The thing I like least about MyLab is that setting up and editing assignments from year to year isn't very user-friendly. I also always find students struggle to set up their MyLab account so I wish it had a more user-friendly setup for students.
