I didn't need highly complex automations in the beginning but still needed something robust enough that could grow with me as my needs expanded, and Flodesk checked all of those boxes. > > **Cons**: Two years ago, I felt that the functionality of Flodesk was a bit limited compared to competitors. But what I quickly realized was that this company builds out their product with their users at the center of the entire development process. I was so impressed by their public roadmap and the ability for users to add feature requests and vote for others' requests. And the product team actually selects most of their projects from those user requests\!
