> **Pros**: Our experience is that it was easy to implement and the support staff at Safeguard are very responsive and will help you get the most out of the software based on your business.  It is also easy to use on a day to day basis and can be customized to narrow in on the real issues that require attention.

> **Cons**: It is excellent for social media platforms but has room to grow in the area of monitoring emails or other types of communications.
> 
> Very good.  Have no interest in changing vendors and look forward to Safeguard continuing to enhance the platform as communication mediums evolve.
