"Great CRM!"
Comments: There are endless features for whatever functionality you are looking for, and they are intuitive and easy to use.
Pros: It is very easy to use, and has a ton of functions!
Cons: I don't really like the format for sending client emails.

Comments: I use it everyday would like a few more bells and whistles

"Best CRM for Real Estate"
Comments: I would pay far more for this great CRM. The ease of use and customization is outstanding.
Pros: Ease of use. My small team can all access the site at any time and update information in real-time. Exporting client data is super simple. The best feature of WA is its customer service. Hands down the best of any technology company I have ever worked with.
Cons: I don't use all of the features but love the ones I do use.

"Database and transaction mgmt"
Comments:
Any person on my team can have access to any transaction via any device at anytime.
Track all database contact, calls, emails and texts.i know exactly what I need to do everyday through the calendar and follow up system
Love it
Pros: Needed a system that could track all transactions and our individual database for everyone on my team for the least amount of money
Cons: Not clear notification when updates are made. Would waste time trying to figure changes to the system

Comments: We don't use all features any more because we use task lists, etc on DotLoop but we do use it for the calendar and CRM
Pros: The CRM ease of entering contacts and the calendar feature. Like the app
Cons: Don't like the autofill feature that was just added to CRM

"Value, Simplicity and Integrations"
Comments: I’ve been a user wise agent for about 10 years, I use it to manage all of my real estate transactions, the calendar is ideal for teams and individuals. Wise Agent keeps all my clients and vendors organized and we love the integrations wise agent offers.
Pros: Easy to use and navigate, very little learning curve. Transaction checklists, and integrations with other platforms.
Cons: The task feature is clunky and ineffective. I’d like to see Vendors integrated so I can access them on my phone just like my client database. Probably my 2 biggest complaint s

Comments: Good overall organization - easy contact and (previously) file access
Pros: Great Contact/Property organization and retrieval capabilities
Cons:
The changes that are made without any notice and make the system more time consuming . The most recent collapsing of tasks and file sections is not user friendly to the point that we are looking to find an alternative CRM. You should be able to see all the task/files at once if you so choose.

"Super Helpful Checklist"
Comments: I have been using Wise Agent for the last 8 years. I tried other programs and always go back to Wise Agent.
Pros: I use Wise Agent primarily for the listing, contract and closing checklists. I have recommended Wise Agent to many of my colleagues. Since each checklist item is assigned to a contract/closing date, you can't miss anything. I like the ease of changing dates on the checklist if a closing is delayed, as it adjusts all of the unchecked items.
Cons: It is not the most beautiful platform. It has had some recent updates that help.

"Wise Agent"
Comments: Once you input your clients info, everything else ties together. Newsletters, drip champagnes, calender reminders, emails, just a great program
Pros: Wise agent is a very user friendly programs plus their support staff is excellent. When you do need help, they take all the time necessary to help with or solver your issues. The system is easy to navigate and everything ties together. Great system for the money.
Cons: I honestly have not found anything I dislike.

"The most user friendly CRM I have tried"
Comments: This is a great tool to save, organize and set reminders for my database.
Pros: The ease of inputting leads and categorizing them.
Cons: Not as easy as I thought it would be to use Mail Chimps, but that's probably user error.

"CRM is amazing"
Pros: I love using the call list feature and how it automates my business calls and client/prospect follow-up, but there is a host of other features, like DRIP campaigns, marketing templates and the ability to send emails to any segment of your database!
Cons: Interface takes some getting used to, advanced search features are a little cumbersome to set up or find.

"Wise Agent is great for our team!"
Comments: It has been the perfect database for our team! Better than any other database we have used in the past.
Pros: We have loved using Wise Agent as our database the past couple years! The price is fantastic and it is easy to use! Plus we don't have to worry about loosing any of our contacts.
Cons: When searching for a client in the search bar, sometimes it just goes to a name instead of showing you all of the choices with the first name "Alan", for example.

"EASY to use!!!"
Comments: It allowed me to take a number of systems I wanted to set up... and had already set up and get them all into one convenient place!
Pros: It pretty simple and doesn't require a degree to use it. It make the process simple and links to many of the things I want it to link to!
Cons: I would really love it if it had a dedicated app and could link with with a couple other pieces of software.

We have a mobile web application for easy access on the go...just open your phone's browser and go wiseagent.com, login to your account, and a message will pop up asking if you want to save to your home screen. This will save an icon that you can click on anytime! Also, if you have suggestions on any integrations you'd like to see added, please send those to [email protected] and we will gladly add them to the list! We are always making updates to improve the system for our users!

"I love Wise Agents"
Comments: I have used it for many years -- I believe it is one of the very best options for real estate agents.
Pros: I have used Wise Agent for many many years as my database -- I love that it can search for information on a new contact. Other features I love: (a) ease of using on my mobile phone; (b) the call list, and © the ease of creating campaigns.
Cons:
I wish I didn't have to log in each time on my mobile device.
Also -- I wish everything was on one screen rather than having the different tabs so I can see all the info on a contact at one time.

"Easy to use CRM with lots of extras. Great value"
Pros: I love the ease of use, the intervention of the software with other programs like mail chimp and bombomb. Wiseagent has many features included and I believe it’s the best CRM out there especially for the money. I recommend it often!
Cons: Can’t think of anything! I am not in there as often as I should be so I’m probably not the best gauge of this.

"Great CRM for the Money"
Comments: Keeping track of clients and timelines.
Pros:
I've had a subscription to Wise Agent for 10 years. It's a robust CRM that can almost anything you need it to do. It will sync with google, etc.
The customer support people are awesome and easy to reach.
Cons: There is SO Much that it CAN do, I get overwhelmed.

"The Wise AGENT CRM Review"
Comments: My overall experience with The Wise Agent CRM is good. It does 90% of everything I need it to do (no software is 100%). If was to give it a grade, it would be a "solid A".
Pros: Transaction coordination with up to 5 team members for a reasonable price. Ability to send out mass email (usually I do this only once per month). The ability to store documents in the software. The ability to have all the parties involved in a transactions and critical dates / task / to do lists.
Cons: I would like to be able to eliminate sections of the software (i.e. commission tracker - I don't use it) and have the ability to customize the home menu in the order I would like it.

"Getting better all the time"
Comments: Pretty familiar, but I don't really use all the marketing tools.
Pros: Easy to sort contacts, set up custom groups and sources, and print mailing labels.
Cons: Disjointed in some places, such as adding notes. This may be a user issue (me), but I have contacts I want to keep, but they aren't active. But when I want to see only my active clients, I have to set a filter and run a sort. I'd like to keep those old leads somewhere where I don't have to see them all the time.

"Wise Agent Review"
Comments: Great customer service and the software gives me the two functions I value most: a good calendar and a good way to keep track of my clients.
Pros: Love the Contact Notes feature which allows you to back-date notes, so if you get behind on note input, your notes can be based on the date the event happened and not the date the information was inputted, like some systems. Also, love the calendar that syncs with phone.
Cons: Do not like the email function. The message format looks dated.

"Good Software, Could use updates but does everything you need"
Comments: Overall it really does what you need it to for cheap. I Like it.
Pros: This software is like 1999 Toyota, she aint pretty but she does everything you need her to. Love the commission tracker and the checklists, makes our job easy as long as we update consistently.
Cons: Many features, some are kinda clunky like the automated newsletter, they just arnt nice enough for us to really use so we make them outside of the software.

"VERY PROFESSIONAL"
Comments: I just love it. It's the best CRM I've used in 8 years. I worked with Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams and United Real Estate and all their company free crm's just didn't work. The cost of this CRM is so reasonable that I rather pay and do it right than have a free one with a company and it not do what I need it to do.
Pros: There is so much you can do with Wise Agent. The price is super nice and you can do all that it offers or just what you need. I haven't fully utilized everything it can do yet, but I plan on using it more and more in my business for follow up, marketing and keeping a full database with notes on every customer. One of the best features I use a lot is that if you tie it to your Gmail account, all your emails go in the notes automatically. Then when I'm following up I have every email at my fingertips without having to set up folders etc. This was the best feature that sold me on this product.
Cons: I wish I didn't have to switch screens to make notes or see notes. When I pull up a customer name, I wish I can just start typing notes or see notes instead of hitting another tab. It's not a big deal but when you are doing 30 to 90 updates at a time per day it does become a big deal.

"Great Product"
Comments: excellent
Pros: WiseAgent makes it easy to track my clients and vendors. I also appreciate being able to set up custom templates with action items that my assistant can follow thus keeping us both updated although we work remote from each other. Customer service is great.
Cons: When creating list it is extremely difficult if the spouse have different last names to get the information exported properly.

"ModernDayAgent"
Comments: I love WiseAgent and the support is awesome! Just some of it's limitations that are a dream for me would make it better.
Pros: I love the affordability and the fact that I can have my check list, tasks, documents and contact information all in one spot. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the FUSION concept. However, it needs a bit of tweaking.
Cons:
1. It would be great if individual agents on my teams emails worked like with ACT and other CRM's I have worked in the past. You have a work around but it is not optimal.
2. The Zip Form tie is awkward being on the contact page. Should be on the property not the contact. Or better yet if it created a property at the same time that would be awesome.
3. The Fusion.. I LOVE this idea. I wish I could customize it to just be a place I keep my clients checklist and documents so they can see the status. Don't care for the collaboration with title and lenders etc... Should just be for me to share what I want to share with my client. That would be GREAT!!! I love that...I hear that is on the back burner and I hope you bring it to the front.
4. Having to create two separate records for a husband and wife contacts page is kind of a hassle. Is there no way that they can be together but also searchable and traceable? Have both emails show up in the history?
5. I use JotForms for my listings. my clients fill out the form from my website. It would be super if you integrated with Jotform so it automatically adds contacts.
6. Skyslope integration would be awesome. That is my brokers transaction platform. We now have 1800 agents and are the fastest growing brokerage in the country.
7. The BombBomb integration is good, I wish I could send previously recorded videos and add notes to the email. This inability makes me have to go out of WiseAgent and open Bombbomb to do that.

"WISE AGENT CRM"
Comments: Clients and leads must be "touched" atleast once a month in order for them to remember you as their Realtor. This program allows us to stay in touch with every client/lead. It also has a Goal Tracker that helps keep us accountable for our production.
Pros: The ability to keep in touch with clients and leads thru a drip campaign. It has "standard letters" you can use in your campaigns or you can customize your letters
Cons: I love everything about it! I honestly can not think of even one thing that I am not happy with. They are always upgrading and adding additional feature that are a benefit to Realtors.
