> **Pros**: The support we receive from our SR Andrei Sakalouski and Sale rep \[sensitive content hidden\]
 They make the difference by being available and willing solve issues asap. They are one of the major reasons we have stay with Platform Science.
> 
> **Cons**: Since the takeover of PS they seem to roll new things out before properly vetting them. Nothing that they have not fixed but wish they would slow down until they are sure new updates are working correctly.
> 
> Good overall. Waiting to see what new innovation that can improve them system. The system has been stable with only a few issues nothing major. The support is what makes the difference. All the ELD system are basically the same. The stability and support are the most important along with cost.

> **Pros**: It's flexibility, being able to add applications to increase communication and efficiencies. It is User friendly and has been adopted well by our Drivers - we're hearing little overall negative feedback on the use of our PS tablets.

> **Cons**: PS Nav has not been a reliable GPS tool - we've had several instances of Drivers being mis-routed or sent into no-truck environments.  It is a potential serious safety / compliance issue and a significant drain on Driver satisfaction.
> 
> Generally, the PS team has been awesome to work with.  We would like to see more traction on on-off projects we're working on.  The tablet-based platform is working well overall with the exception of PS Nav that we struggle with.  Overall, our it has been received well by our Drivers, Ops team, Safety department and all other stake holders.  We feel we made a good investment implementing PS telematics.

> **Pros**: Open platform - we can collaborate with the Platform Science team to make all sorts of apps avail. on the ELD tablet to help support our professional drivers.  I also like its modern appeal versus other ELD solutions we have used in the past.

> **Cons**: The mobile app for drivers is in need of further development.  Not enough load information is available once the load is dispatched (on the mobile app).  All the load info is readily avail on the in-cab tablet, as info.
> 
> Very positive.  We are a driver-centric organization.  Its imperative the tools we use - especially when it comes to technology - make our drivers lives easier, not harder.  Platform Science has been a significant partner to that end.

> **Pros**: The ability to add 3rd party apps and outside media with Instinct.  When everything is working the way it should, AWF provides a user friendly experience for the drivers.

> **Cons**: It's technology, there's going to be technological issues.  Working with the support team can often times be challenging.

> Transitioning from P-mobile to Instinct has been quite the project.  The transition team was great, I have nothing but good things to say about all of the individuals we worked with.
