> **Pros**: SSIS tool is a very user friendly and efficient for ETL Developer. I have been using it for a year now and I felt the setup was pretty straight forward on Visual studio IDE and no prior perquisites needed. SSIS tools always helps me to fetch the data with all sort of transformation from various servers and load it into database to bring it to users dashboards

> **Cons**: There are sometimes the tool takes huge time to load the initial package load itself. But in general the tool is intuitive to use.
