> **Pros**: DocTract is extremely user friendly and the customer service is top notch\! Our policies and workflows have never been more organized. It is so nice to be able to search the system at any given time, and quickly find the most updated policy. Not to mention, it allows you to require attestation on certain policies, which helps satisfy HR and HIPAA compliancy requirements.

> **Cons**: From a policy approval standpoint, I would like to see the ability for the approver of a policy to edit/change a policy and still be able to approve/publish the policy without having to go through the entire policy approval process again (drafts/collaboration/approval).

> Overall, DocTract has been a true value add to our organization and especially to me.  We used to manually track all policies/workflows and it was very easy for the maintenance of policies to fall through the cracks. Once the initial setup of your policies in the system is complete, DocTract truly does all of the heavy lifting for you. I've also had a fantastic experience with their customer service. They are fast, friendly and incredibly helpful. We are very happy with our decision to go with DocTract for our policy management needs.

> **Pros**: We were previously using a policy program from the US that was very expensive, but similar to Doc Tract.  We have found since changing over that it was easy because the two systems were quite similar, however Doc Tract has a far more advanced search ability for content in the policies, we've had amazing customer support through the process of setting up, training us, and a friendly check in on how we are doing.  We were able to easily set up staff to use the system, train them with the tools we were provided and had everyone up and running within a 2 month span.   Staff have expressed to us that they love it, they love that its accessible when they are out in the community and need to refer to a policy or procedure when providing service so this has truly been a win for us and given everyone's tight budgets this was totally affordable in comparison to what we were paying in the US.

> **Cons**: The only issue I have is that when you are transferring over your policies when you are setting the effective date of when they are created. So it automatically generates the renew date based on the duration you have it set. I understand there is an override section however, we had several policies that were past due and i was unable to set that date because it was in the past.  I wish the date fields were a little more flexible for that.  &#10;One more thing... When a policy goes to revise and you open it in word, i wish it would automatically track changes.  I have a few 'owners' of the policies who constantly forget to trigger that and end up changing the whole document and not knowing what is new and what is old or revised unless i compare and highlight it myself.   So just having it set to automatically open the draft document as tracking changes would be AMAZING\!\!

> **Pros**: DocTract is primarily used for the management of our agency policies, procedures, and plans and the workflow templates allow multiple groups within and affiliated with our office to provide collaboration and approval as needed. We also regularly use the training course/test features with specific policies/plans that must be reviewed by all personnel.

> **Cons**: I was not a part of the implementation team for our Agency but am the responsible party for maintaining it now. At first, it seemed very "clunky" having to manually assign multiple users to review, collaborate, and approve documents. The customer success lead and the support team have been super helpful in learning how to navigate through everything though.

> **Pros**: AtriCure, Inc., has been using DocTract for 1-2 years, and it has been a fantastic addition to our policy management program.  Our internal customers have found the user interface incredibly easy to navigate, making their experience with the portal categories seamless and enjoyable. We especially appreciate the search function.   Launching the international local language option for portal categories has facilitated our global operations.  &#10;From an administrative perspective, DocTract has proven to be a breeze.  The system is intuitive and user-friendly, which has significantly streamlined our processes.  The automatic version control and reminder emails are particularly useful, ensuring that document reviews are timely and never forgotten.&#10;Moreover, DocTract's customer service has been outstanding,  They are always available for a face-to-face meeting to help us walk through any questions or issues.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the written job aids did not address our specific needs, but we were always able to clarify our questions through direct calls with their customer support line.
