Easy navigation and simplicity

Comments: This tool has served me a lot at work, since it has allowed me to monitor all employees and verify all the work they do. In addition, it contains a very intuitive and powerful interface. It also has excellent functions that make it very professional.

Pros:

Teramid seems an excellent tool, since its functionality is effective and very fluid, I like it because it allows me to monitor remotely and has the ability to record videos easily.

Cons:

The only thing I do not like this tool is that when I try to log in, it is a bit slow the procedure, as it tries to recover my password and has complicated functions for beginners.

Teramind is your eyes on your company

Comments: Teramind is an amazing software and it has so much features than i can't even remember all of them. I've done a lot of tests with other solutions and i couldn't find any that satisfyed my needs, but Teramind do!

Pros:

I think Teramind is the only solution that provied all the features that i searched in a solution like this. The best feature certainly is the video recording and live video streamming. I cannot find that feature in any other solution, and while it is available on Teramind, it provides even more that i was looking for, like remote control of the monitored machines and 6 months of video recording saved on cloud, for EACH monitored computer.

Cons:

It is an expensive software. Even choosing the on-premise version (which should be the cheaper option), it costs a lot. I think they could lower the price, so they can sell more.

Easy to use but worst customer support

Comments: It solved my problem of employee monitoring for a while until I came across the issue of video recording which is a real deal breaker for me. I am now looking for other apps to switch to and would not recommend Teramind to anyone.

Pros:

The software has great features and is very easy to implement and use. When you get so many features, the high price seems justifiable.

Cons:

The customer support is really bad. I purchased the licenses mainly for its video recording feature but since last one month, I am not able to view old recordings. I can see only a week old recordings. It has been a month since ticket has been raised but they don't care to respond. And when they do, they just say the devs are working on it. So if you face any issue, only god may help you.

Fantastic system with plenty of applications

Comments: Retro-active security monitoring, threat management, & system diagnostics. I can't count how many times I've watched a recording because someone complained of a system error, but I had no evidence. Teramind footage is a major help in that regard.

Pros:

Teramind is a very comprehensive monitoring system that has plenty of functionality and customization. If you have plenty of employees, or want to implement a monitoring/tech security application, I would say Teramind is your best bet, if not top 3. The support is definitely knowledgeable in regards to their product which I can appreciate. Bottom line is, with the extensive customization, alert options, and security features, I would recommend Teramind to employers looking to better control how their employees interact with company resources/technology.

Cons:

It can be a bit daunting if you are new to tools of the sort, and monitoring in general. The massive customization, especially with alerts, requires a decent amount of system knowledge, both Teramind & OS.

Its has been an amazing expericence and a winderfull software that does exactly what you want!

Very easy to use! friendly"! I love the layout and how its organized. it gives you real data! its has given us the proteccion that we need!

Cons:

For the mac integration there are more funcitons to be added like the pc version! the downloading of the videos takes time and sometime there are issues.

Limited usability for Mac users

The interface looks very good and the level of detail you can get access to makes this a great bit of software for tracking staff. The ability to view a users system live is a great tool. I loved the idea of email tracking

Cons:

I was very excited about the email tracking but after testing this out multiple times and contacting support turns out they don't support multiple features like this on a mac Mac not supported Network monitoring Emails File Transfers Behavior Rules Didn't see one mention of this on their website so wasted 1 hour setting this up.

Easy to use and monitor activities, I like the privacy features of the software as well Performance review is easy as well as tracking activities done hence improve productivity

Cons:

The costing for five user for my small organization, they can increase number of users or consider the chargers. We can get a free version for 30 days so as to recommend the s/w to others

Overall pretty good software!

Pros:

I haven't used this software much, but in the past i found it to be pretty easy to use in the past. Obviously designed to help larger organizations with more employees, the software was intuitive and provided a lot of interesting features. I personally loved the ability to printing sensitive documents with a little more protection and enforcing some compliance issues. This is often a problem in higher education that too many people simply ignore.

Cons:

I've heard the price was a little high, but I honestly cannot really say for sure as I do not deal in that area. Though their support team were helpful, unlike many other software companies.

perfect for the start of a company

this software provides security is useful for those companies that are in search of collecting data from employees and identify suspicious activities, detect possible threats, monitor the efficiency of employees and ensure compliance of the organization.

Teramind is raising the bar

Comments: As with any company, we have our own set of problem users. Even with best-in-class web and content filters, users tend to find a way to abuse the system. Furthermore, the built-in reporting capabilities of most filtering systems lack any way to pin-point and associate a particular incident with a user. This left us having to manually investigate when problems arose. During our research on a new employee monitoring solution, we trialled several of the major vendors products. All of which were either bloated, outdated, or difficult to setup and use. Thankfully, we found Teramind. We were immediately awestruck by the entire interface of their live demo. Their site also features a live chat that actually connected me directly to a real person after normal business hours, on a weekend! We ended up purchasing the on-pemise version of Teramind, which is available as a VM. This delivery method alleviates the setup difficulty we had with many other products. We then just deployed the hidden agents though group policy making our setup, all in all, entirely automated. To this day, the interface and reporting capabilities of Teramind remain unmatched compared to other products we have tried. Having an actual web interface means I can access Teramind without remoting into the server or installing a console on my administrative workstations. The colored charts and graphs make it easy to distinguish information. There are multiple reports available from website history and email, all the way to keystrokes and printing. Live and recorded sessions from the monitored user's display also enhance our ability to track and view activity. Overall, Teramind is far more advanced than the other competitors. They are definitely raising the bar and I'll back them up any day.

Best for employee monitoring

Comments: this meets our employee monitoring needs in all ways

Pros:

Most impactful that many other monitoring software don't have is the live remote viewing, and ability to take control of the remote screen. This helps with training.

Cons:

We had this software installed on one of our employee's computer which was a MAC. The software did not work at all.

Monitoring review

Pros:

That it has live viewing of the employees screens, and not only screenshots.

Cons:

I don't know of any cons for this. The only thing with most of these software is that once the computer disconnects from the internet you lose control.

best for monitoring and training

Pros:

This software has the option of live viewing and that helps training new employees. It has keystroke tracking to see every click.

Cons:

The price! It's pretty expensive, the yearly fee for 5 licenses.

Great service great system

Pros:

We've been with Teramind for over 4 years and have seen significant improvements. We are happy to have invested in this platform.

Cons:

Nothing I would say negative about it. Just looking forward to seeing a slightly faster method for installing it on our workstations.

Comments: We could increase productiviy of employees by analyzing wich day of the week and also the better hour to produce better work for each role, also we identified the least productive days and the kind of apps to block in order to stablish better policies

Great program, buggy software

Comments: Peace of mind and stability.

Pros:

I love the functionality of the overall program. It offers me peace of mind in the sense that I can know what is going on and set triggers for potential issues and threats.

Cons:

Very slow to load. Sometimes, it does not pull up the live feed and I have to double check that the software has not been discovered. Also, It does not recognize the email platform we use so we are in the dark about that. That is a very big deal.

System is a little too complex, but that is due to the amount of features it includes.

Comments: Remote management of offshore computers

Pros:

Ability to view multiple computers at once, and have remote access. The labelling of activities within the system, allows for easy sorting.

Cons:

Complexity, I feel that alot of the information is duplicative on many pages. It would be best to try and centralize all the computers to one page and filter from there.

Teramind has give me the insight I need to track the trouble users

Pros:

I can see how productive my users are, and you can look for flags that can tip you off if they are going to quit or trying to steal sensitive data.

Cons:

The initial setup was difficult because our anitvirus software kept on thinking it was a virus. so we eventually had to remove antivirus for it to work.

We are happy extremely happy with the overall product and the Customer service is outstanding.

Pros:

We like the ability to view staff productivity and performance, we not only utilise this internally but for our customers. The video capture feature is useful in our industry as we utilise this for forensic evidence.

Cons:

The rules can be a bit of a hassle to setup, not having a clear guide on how these should be set up can delay the install process.

Software does the job that is needed. User friendly and on point.

Pros:

The things I like the most about this software are the screen shots and video of items that are being monitored. The tool is straightforward and easy to use. Setup is really quick. Default items to monitor are a big help.

Cons:

The think I like the least is the Price. It would be nice if it was cheaper on a yearly basis. Then I would roll it out to the entire organization.

Excellent product, easy to install, easy to use

Pros:

Very simple and straightforward to install and use. No problems with firewalls or whatsoever. It simple works!

Cons:

It is a little bit expensive, I would suggest to have an entry level price mode with a basic fee per agent and limited to one week data, and then pay more if you really need to store longer periods. In any case is the best product in market.

Great tool for monitoring

Pros:

We use this everyday to track productivity of our employees. we are able to see the websites and emails they are sending out live.

Cons:

It takes someone a little more techy to setup the triggers and actions to take as the users trigger them.
