About Nifty
Nifty is the ultimate project management app to keep people, projects, and functions aligned with automated progress reporting.
I like the integration with Zoom. And also really love the UI/UX.
CNAME has long been delayed its still on their road map for a long time.

Congratulations! You Found The Best PM Software Available!
Comments: I had the pleasure of talking with the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]! Not only is the software itself extremely value-based, but the customer support that is included also goes beyond expectations. I am happy to support his company, and recommend you do the same!
Pros:
Luckily, my team and I were able to find Nifty right before we committed to a competitor which would have increased our overhead substantially. Compared to the 3,000 Dollar Annual Fee + the 7,000 Dollar overhead, it was really a tough pill for us to swallow. Before we bit the bullet, Nifty found it's way to me and let me tell you as a Project Manager and Operations Officer, Nifty lives up to its name. I could go on about the features, but the best part of the software is its multitude of integrations. Softwares like Trello, Basecamp, and Zoom are already integrated. This isn't a PM software your team will just refer to once a day, it's a platform from which your team can not only communicate, but work together and collaborate to complete projects, tasks, and goals.
Cons:
The only problem with project management is getting a team to utilize new PM Software. Luckily, the support team is there to make sure your company's transition is as smooth as possible.

Great project management app, support could be improved
Comments: I've been using Nifty for over 2.5 years now. It's a great, customizable project management app that helps our team stay organized and get work done. I like the UI, it's easy to understand and easy to use. Minimal learning curve for users. They continue to add new features every month, very active development. The product is great, they just need to improve customer support follow-through until resolution.
Pros:
Nifty offers a friendly UI to manage projects, tasks, and collaboration tools. It's easy to create projects from templates, create and manage tasks, embed various content in tasks, use markdown in task descriptions and comments, and know who's working on what and the status of projects and tasks.UI is very fast, one of the main reasons I chose Nifty and switched from Plutio. Navigating from project to project, opening and managing tasks, etc., is very fast. It saves time. It's a complete and customizable project management solution.
Cons:
I like Nifty. It offers everything I need. My main issue is with support. Occasionally, there are bugs. But that's the nature of SaaS businesses, and I don't consider it a negative if they are fixed. So when I contact support, it can be frustrating when they disappear and don't reply. I often have to initiate a new conversation in Intercom to get an update on an issue they stopped replying to over email. For example, the most recent issue with overdue notifications for recurring tasks was fixed, and I replied to them confirming it was fixed. But I also reported another bug with markdown formatting. No reply. 10 days later, I sent an email to get an update, and one day later, still no reply.Luckily, Nifty works 99% of the time, so I don't have to contact support often. They need to improve their support follow-through and resolve tickets.

Great All-Round software
Comments: Positive. Bought a lifetime plan. Never looked back.
Pros:
Features all my favourite tools rolled into one piece of software
Cons:
Will many powerful features the interface and usability becomes clustered and confusing for newbies.

Good Project Management Platform for small organisation
Pros:
Ease of managing projects is the something I like the most. Also editing/ deleting project is very user friendly.
Cons:
Too many updates, not working sometime and unable to find things very easily

Great project management software
Comments: It is easy to use and flexible product. Software is matured and well done, has all main functionality project management tool would need. I find it easy to do project and task management for myself. It also has a good project collaboration functions but I haven't tried them yet as I use it only for my personal needs.
Pros:
- It is easy to use yet flexible product.- integrates with Zapier and Pabbly for automations- natively integrates with Google Docs and Calendar- you can do empbeds from other other tools (e.g. Miro) to have relevant information in one place- different views for tasks: list, kanban etc.
Cons:
- tagging functionality can be better, more flexible- native document function is very basic - but you can use Google docs so it is not really important- forms are not offered with standard plans and need to be bought as addon seperately- there are only tasks and subtasks - more levels of subtasks would be handy- while you can set anything as a task status, the built in logic of backlog->doing->done remains built-in
Alternatives Considered: Plutio, Trello, Ora and Asana
Reasons for Switching to Nifty: I've tried many project management tools - Asana, Trello, Plutio, Ora etc. - but somehow Nifty was closest to my needs.

Forget Asana and Trello when you have Nifty
Comments: Nifty is my go-to project management tool both for my business. Switching from Asana was super smooth and I was able to transfer all of my projects exactly as they were, with all my numerous notes, too. The other great thing about Nifty is that you can work on Google docs within the app. It's not something I actively use, but it's quite handy if you want to share docs with someone without sharing dozens of links in one go. The templates and the customization of Nifty in general are absolutely amazing. Since I set up my workflow and everything I needed inside the app, I've never looked back.
Pros:
Since I started using Nifty after looking for an Asana alternative, I haven't looked back. I start my day by firing it up and keeping all my focus-tasks for the day in front of me. I am pretty minimalistic with my setup and don't like a lot of fancy stuff, so I know I'm not even using half of what's available. But that's what makes Nifty perfect for me. I've also created my own super basic custom CRM to keep track of new leads and any client-related projects I'm working on alongside my own.
Cons:
One things I'd love is fr the time tracker tool to be a little more intuitive. Right now, tracking time or even manually editing or adding time when you've forgotten to start the timer is a bit cumbersome. I'd also like to have more customization options for those custom tags because the color palette is limited and it leads to occasionally messing up some tags.

Teamwork and task management combined
Comments: Using Nifty, we don't have to worry about juggling two separate apps for work-related communication and task management. With everything being handled in one central location, including meetings, I've noticed a marked improvement in the effectiveness of the business.
Pros:
Though there are numerous apps for both work management and team communication, none of them combine the two. We don't like using a bunch of different programs on my team. Nifty is an innovative solution because it combines four formerly separate apps into one.
Cons:
When compared to other market leaders like Slack for conversation and Monday for task management, the app's stability falls short. There would be gaps in the conversation logs when past conversations mysteriously vanished. This is an additional annoyance for us.

Sean
Great product and always working on new features to make it better.
Comments: It's been great and the support has been amazing. I keep using it knowing more features will come and that you listen to your users.
Pros:
The options and how you can change settings per project.
Cons:
My biggest issue is partially my fault but also could be something I'm missing. One thing that would make the Kaban layout perfect would be to auto move tasks. If it's "In PRogress" and I check the box, have it automatically move to "In Review" and notify anyone that needs to review it. Instead I have to manually move it over and it never gets checked. I keep NOT using it because I want it to keep moving down the pipline.I keep ending up using note taking apps as thats a huge part of how I work. If there was a way to intergrate with craft.do and even have my note be attatched to different parts that would be great.

Our Team Thanks You!
Comments: Overall we love Nifty. It saves me time not only on organizing projects, but has saved me time as well since I am no longer having to search for better alternatives and setting them up - my team thanks you for that ;)
Pros:
We love that it is simple to use, and makes total sense. We switched from a well-known tool that was over complicated. The team was very excited on making the switch. Was a seamless transformation - glad we did it.
Cons:
Wish there was an easier way to edit templates, maybe I'm missing something but I find I have to resave a new one and delete the old one.

Comments: It has helped me to stay on tract with my projects
Pros:
Milestone and task allowing me to keep track of my projects
Cons:
Easy global view of milestones is a bit lacking but confident the team will figure it out
Joshua
The absolute best project management software you will ever use
Pros:
There are so many pros, I'm not sure where to begin. The experience of the tool so far gives me the vibe that the tool is very mature, but the team is very adaptive and open to new ideas without compromising on their vision. Qualities I can definitely stand behind. So anyway, back to the pros: - Beautiful and FAST interface: When staring at something all day, you want something great to look at. - Fool proof UX: Everything is so easy to use and intuitive. - Milestones Swimlane View: Changed my life and way of doing things - Dark Mode: A must have for me - iOS App: Makes my life a ton easier - Zoom Integration: I wonder why so many other PM tools didn't think of this - Recurring Task, dependencies, and the list goes on so I won't bore you. If I could only praise one thing, I would give mad props to the Nifty team. They have rolled out multiple updates in the span of a month, and have been extremely involved with their community. Every issue I encountered was fixed, and every question I asked was promptly replied.
Cons:
There's only 1 con so far that I encountered. The ability to export to other PM tools. Sometimes we get clients who specifically want to manage their project on Trello or Asana. It would be great if we could export our pre-existing task templates and milestones across for such use cases. It's easy to port in, but not easy (for not) to export out. However, I understand they are already working on this, so we'll just have to wait.

Very easy to use but powerful
Comments:
We are a smalla gile team so we are always looking for teh best project management tool that can help us collaborate without juggling btween 10 differnt tools.
Nifty servers the pupose of making it possible to bring everyone of our team ona single page specially when we are remote.
Pros:
This is what our team liked about it 1. Easy leaning curve 2. Chat feature within the system. 3. Google drive files can open in the same interface , our content team could join the same group 4. The design is great. 5. Support is fast and helpful(I had asked whether the sidebar could be collapsed and teh reply came quick on intercom) 6.integration with Github. 7. The feature to lock certain tasks to ceratin task completion. 8. The mobile app is really nice , I was able to use the chat while travelling.
Cons:
These are few of things we didnt like 1. No integartion with Gitlab yet. 2. The zoom call feature is pretty useless ebcasue it is nto native yet basically you just geta link to join . Initially I found it buggy. 3. The templates should have preview option , also I would liek to have templates around OKR's 4. Chat within the Projects is sometimes confusing , also discussion on any pertitcualr task .. If a log is provided for teh same it would be easier to follow.. 5. If we can access Gdrive files directly from nifty it woudl be nice.

An easy and complete project management saas that doesn't try to be everything !
Comments: Nifty is helping us stay organized, keep at the top knowing what, when, who, how everything happens.
Pros:
There's regular updates. Not only new functionality. They are actually listening to feedback and getting existing functionality better regularly. Nifty is a project manager. It doesn't try to be "everything", which many others are trying to do nowadays, losing quality and coherence.
Cons:
There is a learning curve and you will have to take a little time in Nifty before you can really enjoy working with it.
Alternatives Considered: ClickUp
Reasons for Choosing Nifty: We tried Ora which wasn't getting updates quickly enough for important points for us, like permissions for different users. It was simpler, but lacked some functions. Asana was really good, but Nifty was way less to use.
Reasons for Switching to Nifty: Higher cost.

Simple enough and complex enough
Comments: Nifty helped me to view my projects as projects needs to be, but also is a run and gun tool. You can just open and start populating it as a trello board.
Pros:
You can open and start managing your projects. Their support is fast and attentive. Google Docs/Sheets integration in incredible. It’s simple and quality-oriented. Not too many bells and whistles.
Cons:
It’s not perfect yet. Since I started using it in January, the tool got more robust, but it still lacks some features as some ordering and filtering, but their support is already aware of it so I believe these won’t be a issue in a couple of months anymore!
Alternatives Considered: Trello, Ora, Asana and Notion
Reasons for Choosing Nifty: Too many bells and whistles from other PM tools slow down my tasks. Nifty has enough without Lacking features.
Switched From: ClickUp
Reasons for Switching to Nifty: Nifty has a great UI/UX and it’s simple enough yet complex enough

Stands out as a very nice alternative to better known project management and collaboration apps
Comments: Very good on boarding email series and live chat support is very responsive.
Pros:
These guys have built a very well thought-out app in terms of functionality and they have done it in a way that includes a beautiful UI/UX which is not the case with many better known solutions. Things I love so far: * High level of control with project management but simple interface * Project management alongside team/project chat, create google docs NATIVELY within Nifty, file storage/sharing, shared calendars * Ability to share some parts and hide other parts of a project with collaborators * Seems to be designed in a way that makes it a great tool for both technical teams & product/corporate teams * Comes with native Mac App, Android App, iPhone App
Cons:
Would be nice to see more native integrations rather than relying too heavily on Zapier which is pricey.
Alternatives Considered: monday.com and Asana
Reasons for Choosing Nifty: Trello was the initial trail blazer but then they lagged behind in features and UX. Nifty combines most/all essential project management tools in one place.

Nifty, a collaborative tool for project and portfolio management under an agile strategy.
Comments: Nifty is an excellent platform that automates many activities associated with the project execution flow, as well as the possibility of generating reports for our client clients and maintaining fluid and updated communication with each of them.
Pros:
With Nifty we can create shortcuts to the views we use most frequently to make our work easier and more efficient. Setting favorite views is found as an option in the side menu and is an easy way to visit the most used features. And any project screen can be bookmarked, including roadmaps, discussions, documents, and much more.Another widely used aspect is the ability to create custom fields, plus we can control their visibility for guest users, who do not directly belong to the execution of our project.
Cons:
Nifty is an excellent tool for monitoring projects through widely used methodologies such as Kanba, plus we can try it and use it in its available plans, which include free use for the management of two projects. On the other hand, there is a large number of third-party integrations and sufficient documentation to migrate without trauma from other project managers to Nifty.

A Powerful Program for Managing Projects
Comments: It's useful for reporting automation and project management. It's useful to work with other divisions to address issues or complete projects. The ability to sync with popular services like Google and Microsoft's Outlook is really helpful.
Pros:
By centralizing all aspects of project management, it facilitates increased output. As an alternative to using multiple programs, it allows you to keep track of your conversations, tasks, files, and objectives, among other things. Nifty's characteristics allow for significant productivity and revenue increases when put to use. Useful for making sure nothing has been overlooked and that everything is organized as needed.
Cons:
The amount of storage available is inadequate, and the UI is not particularly appealing. Many users would benefit from greater support for connecting via social media.

Simplify your Project Management
Comments: So far I am enjoying the simplicity in which I can create a project and configure it to my needs depending on the specific project requirements. I might be going overboard but I've already created 20 projects in the matter of a week while still being able to get some sleep.
Pros:
I was able to onboard Nifty and get started within an hour of signing up. The workflow and design make it very easy to use for experienced Project Managers and even those just getting started with project management.
Cons:
I haven't found any roadblocks as yet. Possibly deciding on how to structure your projects could be a sticking point. There is the all in one approach of putting everything in one project but it might mean having multiple administrators or making multiple projects based on function within the same portfolio. I recommend the first option for smaller projects and the second for much larger projects with multiple project administrators and users.
Alternatives Considered: TeamGantt and monday.com
Reasons for Switching to Nifty: Nifty has a better value per feature per price point. I can easily scale up or down depending on the project workload. Having that flexibility is important as no project lasts forever, every project is a bit different and every project requires different resources.

Nifty could remove the use of emails with clients and teammates to manage projects
Comments: I use Nifty with several clients and I am very happy because we have been able to drastically reduce using email and WhatsApp.
Pros:
-File manager -Integration with Zoom -Unlimited guests accounts -Time tracker -User real-time messaging system -Spanish translations/interface
Cons:
-The automation they offer is basic. -The calculations and formulas are basic.
Alternatives Considered: Taskade and Airtable
Reasons for Choosing Nifty: At the time I tried Ora, it was a little buggy and the learning curve for the clients I invited was too high.
Switched From: Ora
Reasons for Switching to Nifty: -Spanish language -A lot of good reviews from other users

Awesome Project Managment Tool
Comments: Biggest problem we faced was streamlining discussion with clients, stake holders and staff. Using discussion module we have been added to reduce the exchange of emails between clients and our company. Tasks / Milestones Templates have made us to create a particular project easily and quickly
Pros:
Nifty is one of the best project management tool we have used till date. Onboarding Clients as Guests Onboarding clients on Nifty portal is pretty straight forward. With simple few clicks we can add our clients as guests on their respective projects. They can add their tasks and check the overall progress of their project. Tasks Module & Milestones It's easy to create tasks in nifty and at the same time attach a particular task list to a Milestone. We can assign each tasks and its sub tasks to a particular member and create a task dependency , milestone dependency Discussion This is by far - my most favorite module of Nifty. This allows my team to have discussion with clients. Clients can attach their files , comments , leave message about project etc. Docs & Files Docs & Files section helps us to keep all relevant project details in one place. Mobile APP Nifty has a mobile app. It's so user friendly. Using the app , our clients, users can leave their comments attach files on the go.
Cons:
It doesn't offer white label project portal. For few agencies, this might be a deal breaker. Also it doesn't have an Invoice / Payment module built in.

Great for remote teams
Pros:
As the manager of a remote team, this software allows me to see everyone's workloads, individual task progress, project progress, and share with clients as needed! Everything you need is in one platform - communication, task management, document sharing, project planning, and so much more.
Cons:
The only thing I would like to see improved is how you use the software with clients. I wish there was a way to print the project roadmap reports without requiring the client to login to view it.

NiftyPM is a fantastic project management software
Pros:
It's very easy to use, very intuitive UI. We have been using it since the last 2 years and have been following their development and growth since then, the team works hard and keeps adding useful, practical features every few months. We'll keep using this as it's very flexible to manage all kinds of projects.
Cons:
Sometimes, some integrations break (for e.g. JIRA). However, the team has been proactive, and they fix it in a few days. One more con is sub-tasks need more options. And my final gripe is lack of integrations, it needs to talk with a lot of other services FULLY. For e.g. even though they say they have an integration with Slack, there's no way to customize what updates I get in Slack (I want updates when a task is marked as DONE for example, that's not possible).
Michela
Decent PM platform, wish it could also manage files/material
Comments: Honestly, I think that Nifty is a decent project management platform, but it is a bit far from the ideal platform our media agency would need. Sometimes I find it not so intuitive when I need to retrieve the files or the tasks we upload/enter. Also, notifications are not always precise and easy to manage: settings are a bit messy, and sometimes the links don't point to the exact spot I was tagged in.
Pros:
I like the fact that Nifty is designed as a tool for workflow management and includes different features to help teams coordinate, monitor the task progress, and get the work done.
Cons:
As a Media Agency, it would be easier if we could have both the actual files/material and the tasks/assignments on the same platform. However, Nifty is not designed to act as a storage platform.

Leonardo
Easy to Use and Productivity Focused PM
Pros:
We tested a lot of PM's, if you do client work or any project related tasks, I think you have been there, right? Each new PM, brings a lot of new excitement and features, but, also problems :( Nifty has become our main tool for projects, it's easy to use, full of features, Google Docs are integrated and you can share files with one click! You can also track time, control workloads, integrate your calendar, subtasks and all the good stuff that you want to see on a product like this. If you need use to use and granular control at the same time, without the need of a bachelor degree in nuclear engineering, you will be happy with Nifty
Cons:
I like the app, just think they could add a client portal, with login and password.

Nifty is a fantastic Project Management Tool
Comments: As a small business operating a remote first team, Nifty helps us organise client and internal projects, improve productivity and maintain overall accountability.
Pros:
As a small business owner, Nifty PM has been a very handy project management tool. Features that I most like:- Clean, clear interface- Short learning curve- Ability to create automations and recurring tasks- Time tracking
Cons:
A few features that the Nifty PM developer team could improve:1. Its possible to create Project templates within Nifty with pre-set tasks etc and reuse them across different portfolios, which is great. However, the recurring tasks set up in such templates don't seem to clone across. It can be a bit frustrating to have to set it up again from scratch for every single task. I hope the Nifty team can pick up on this and fix this glitch.2. It would be really useful if there was a way to create Sub-tasks as checklists within Nifty
