Efficient!

Comments: My job is much more efficient and productive now!

Pros:

As an employee who takes requests for maintenance, housekeeping, telecom, etc. it makes it so much easier to be able to give requestors access to enter their own tickets vs. the phones ringing off the hook and trying to relay requests. It was very easy to learn how to use and it's quick to give others access to various roles. The reports are very customizable and are an efficient tool to use.

Cons:

There is nothing I dislike since I've begun using this software!

Best work order management system I've used.

Comments: WorxHub is the tool that we use to manage all the work requests from team members, residents and management. It keeps our Environmental Services Department organized, lets us know when a piece of equipment is in need of Preventative Maintenance, like a filter change, and allows us to document how and when a task was done and how long it took.

Pros:

WorxHub has multiple areas for our users to identify what kinds of work needs to be done. Either housekeeping or maintenance. Tracks assets in aging them or maintenance that needs to be done or has been done.

Cons:

It can be a little slow at times in its response serverwise, but over all not alot of cons.

Comments: Overall the software works well for our needs. It is easy to use, easy to set up, simple for staff to understand.
The software helps keep my staff on track with request and with PMs.
It also help track cost that can be used at budget time.

Pros:

The software has PM procedures built in, when you set up PM you can choose to use this procedures or they help you in building your own. The easy of setting up the program Worxhub staff was great to work with The easy of using the software, easy for my staff to learn to use.

Cons:

Sometime the Category and Subcategory does not fit. Worxhub does not have an interface for Bio-med test equipment to communicate data to worxhub, it has to be enter manually.

Amazing software

Comments: Great product and amazing customer service. Customer Service is always willing to assist with any issues and they are very friendly.

Pros:

It is very user friendly and I am able to go in and create barcodes or set up work orders to track how work is being completed on a daily basis.

Cons:

I wish that you were able to scan a barcode and it track who was where. It would be more beneficial for when an employee goes into an area.

Comments: Powerful tool Worxhub is. Streamlined the maintenance tasks. Equipment no longer gets forgotten about and neglected. etc, etc

Pros:

Worxhub is a powerful database and has streamlined this department.

Cons:

One feature I do not like about Worxhub is there is no easy way to assign multiple work orders to one maintenance tech from the pending tab. Once a pending work order is accepted it's possible but by then you've made 11 clicks with a mouse per work order.

Pros:

ease of use. mobile possibilities. multiple users. printing. good record keeping.

Cons:

Early mornings the mobile version will not load or it will assign wrong person even though correct person selected or it will go back a work order so you end up assigning a different person to the one you already assigned before.

Pros:

I like that it is user friendly. It is very helpful that the system is easy to understand, since I have to train multiple staff on how to use it.

Cons:

A resident passed away before I started here at Meramec Bluffs. Every month I have to cancel his trips in the system manually. I have contacted Worxhub customer support numerous times over the past 2+ years and am always told the same thing; there is nothing that can be done to remove his name/trips from the system.

Comments: Great program - easy to use, and even easier to teach others to use.

Pros:

I love the ease of putting in work order requests through Worxhub. I can see when they have been received, as well as get an email when they have been completed. I share log in info with staff and they no longer have to come to me with their issues, I encourage them to enter themselves.

Cons:

What I do not like about Worxhub is the unaccountability of the preventative maintenance program. Tasks are easily bypassed by staff for another day. I understand it is the managers job to follow up, but sometimes these tasks add up quickly.

Comments: WorxHub has been a time saver, money saver and ensures everyone has the same information at any given time. What you put into WorxHub - You'll get out.

Pros:

(1) All departments have access to the same information at any given time. (2) Creating scheduled work orders is very easy. (3) Ability to change labor for one or many work orders or for scheduled work orders is so easy. (4) Ability to follow up on a work order and ready the notes and time stamps has been so helpful. (5) Employees have a sense of accomplishment after a days work when they see all the work orders completed. (6) Ability to place a work order on hold for what ever reason helps it to not fall through the cracks. (7) Creating tasks in a work order ensures everything will be done and nothing will be missed when pulled away from a project for an emergency. The employee can return to the work order and know what still needs to be completed. (6) Many modules available for different departments to benefit from and all having access to the same information.

Cons:

(1) We should be able to export all information we enter into WorxHub. We are not able to extrapolate information we entered into the system that would benefit other departments, i.e. run report on all pets, run report on individuals on oxygen, etc. If the role permissions have allowed the person access to the information, they should be allowed to see it and/or download a report with the information. (2) We are not able to see cell phone numbers. Majority of people only have a cell phone. We should be allowed to see the residents demographics on all work orders. It is a waste of time to go to another page, searching for the residents profile, and then being able to make the call needed to the resident. (3) Running reports could be a little easier. (4) When searching~ the header does not stay at the top. When you scroll down you loose the column header. Very frustrating. (5) When viewing information from the search mode - we can't lengthen the column to see all the details.

Hospice Facility Review

Comments: My situation was rather unique in that I had nothing to start with. Creating our locations, and assets was a time consuming task. For those that currently have a CMMS system the transition would be rather easy. I also want to mention the training and support documents were very helpful.

Pros:

The primary objective was to get a handle on our compliance needs. Fire suppression & alarm system testing, emergency lights, emergency power systems, etc. Many of these inspection \ testing requirements are available in a template form for easy implementation.

Cons:

In reality every location contains assets, and every asset (equipment) is comprised of sub-assemblies and parts. It would be nice to reference common used parts for each piece of equipment. Such as bearings, belts, filters, hoses, and fluids. This really helps control parts inventories. To be fair I did not purchase the inventory modules so maybe this is included in that system.

If the Asset recorded is incomplete- No Value, No Dates, Has absolutely No Value to Me or My Company...

A necessary partner

Comments: I've really begun to open up it's features and have it do the work that I depended on other programs to do.
When we attended the Dude Solutions Workshop/Seminar, I later realized that it was a necessary component to understanding the scope of the program, and the industry.

Pros:

Easy of use. History at your fingertips. The ability to categorize for more immediate retrieval.

Cons:

Would like to have more control over the sub categories.

Comments: I'm glad to use this software, most issues with the repairs, appliance replacement, rent calculations has been solved, easy to keep track on what has been done, even send out different types of letters to the tenants.

Pros:

Rent calculation, keep a clear evidence of the tenants. Issuing work orders for repairs. I would like to get more trained in how to use more fixtures like: inventory, accounting, etc.

Cons:

I didn't have the chance to use all features, but for the work orders, rent calculations its much easier to use them comparing with Yardi software.

WorxHub

Comments: Overall the entire organization is more than pleased with the WorxHub program. The hospital previously didn't have a work order system and were using Excel spreadsheets to track requests. The transition to the WorxHub has been a huge benefit to all. Staff is always kept updated on their requests through the entire work order cycle. The online support is awesome. The WorxHub staff is very helpful in addressing the limited concerns that we have had, most simply required a little education on the matter. The support is the best! You never feel like your just another number.

Pros:

This was easy to setup and get implemented. The support from Dude Solutions during & after setup was great. They were always available to assist and were very prompt in addressing any concerns that came up. The canned reports were sufficient for a small hospital like ours. The staff submitting work requests find it to be very intuitive to use. New employees are ready to use the WorxHub with minimal training required. The subscription cost is very reasonable. We evaluated several other CMMS programs and found the WorxHub to be the best bang for our buck.

Cons:

I wish it had an adhoc report writer function to allow more options in creating reports. It still gives us what we need but more options are always better. Also wish the fields of the work order allowed more customization.

Great Calendar system

Comments: Pretty good.

Pros:

The ease of the Calendar module allows the user to create events in the future. See what was scheduled in the past. Personalize a room or work order request to the needs of the event. Adding room setup information/photos is exceptional.

Cons:

Deleting/changing or skipping holidays for a room booking is the biggest issue with this software. It should allow me to skip what dates I want. Instead of omitting a particular day, I have to set an end date, go back, and create a new occurrence.

Affordable and Functional CMMS

Comments: TheWorxHub has made it managing our medical equipment inventory and keeping up with scheduled PM's so much more efficient. We are a smaller facility so we had been working off of Excel spreadsheets and making manual changes to due dates every month and things like that. We couldn't afford to spend a lot on a CMMS system either so TheWorxHub was a great fit. We had a lot of good support and training through the implementation process as well.

Pros:

My favorite part of TheWorxHub is the way all asset data starts with a model. You input a manufacturer, model, risk assessment, PM work order template, etc. one time. Then, you can add as many assets to that model as you want, only inputting the data that is unique to that asset. i.e. control number and serial number.

Cons:

My least favorite part of TheWorxHub is the "long way around" approach you have to take to view past work orders for a particular asset. You either have to run a report, then look up each work order individually so you can see the details; or go through a process of 7 steps. It seems like it would be much easier to add an "Asset" filter when searching work orders.

It works! I'm a Fan...

Comments: We run our entire campus on WorxHub. Repair orders, PMs, Inspection tracking including Life Safety. It allows us to be "excellent" instead of just "OK". We complete between six and seven HUNDRED work orders a month. I am certain that WorxHub would allow any type of business to be greatly improved if they use it consistently. I'm a fan...

Pros:

I've used this software for almost five years. I think the thing I appreciate the most is the software company's continued effort to make the product better and better. It has improved tremendously in the past five years in both breadth and depth. I also appreciate the flexibility it typically offers to be able to manage the menus and other input data to make it "work" for the particular users.

Cons:

Some of the data entry is still cumbersome. You still have to fill out six individual boxes of data to complete the work order and that doesn't include the details or the requestor. Reports are also a problem. I'm never really sure if the data I'm getting is the data I'm after... Sometimes the results seem to be incorrect--probably based on incorrect input or input that I'm not sure what it does. And I gave up completely on assets...
