A Very Flexible Option at a Reasonable Price

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: Overall, our experience has been very positive. We have been able to do quite a bit with the basic setup plus custom objects. Any time I need to integrate another platform, it's pretty straightforward.

Pros:

It's a really powerful tool that integrates well with the rest of our tech stack.

Cons:

The menus and navigation are confusing at the best of times. They don't label things the most intuitive names and move things around frequently, so if you don't keep up with their emails and info articles, sometimes you're in for a real surprise when you go to find a feature/menu item.`

Can begin to be pricey when you start to add on all the packages!

My Hub Spot experience

3.0 2 months ago

Comments: It was good and bad. There was a lot of things I liked, but the platform is hard to use sometimes.

Pros:

Hub spot marketing hub was set up so you can automate your email campaign. Having your emails automated; and not doing it manually, saves you so much time. One of the best things for me is scheduling my social media posts. The landing pages lure you in.

Cons:

To me the price is too high and platform was hard it overwhelmed me. I wish it was easier to navigate.

You must experience HubSpot. You won't regret it

4.0 2 months ago

Comments: Hubspot is a great tool to start with for smaller companies that learn about marketing automation or have little clue about their stores.

Pros:

HubSpot is very easy to use, especially for non-marketing professionals. It is a very intuitive service that provides almost everything you need for inbound and outbound marketing.

Cons:

Hubspot's workflow tools are fundamental compared to more expensive and sophisticated marketing automation solutions.

Top of the line marketing platform- but very pricey

4.0 4 months ago

Comments: We used Hubspot as our CRM, Marketing Hub and Sales Hub. All of our marketing assets were tracked and directed down our funnel.

Pros:

Top of the line marketing software. You are able to drill down into the nitty gritty with Hubspot

Cons:

Very expensive and requires a lot of learning to use. Not for the average team member

User friendly but moderate learning curve

4.0 7 months ago

Comments: Our overall conversion rate increased for 18% to 29% after we started using hubspot... We still have to completely utilize the features and I am sure we will hit over 35% in next year..

Pros:

User friendly interface with all major features available in basic subscription.. campaign management is very easy and tracking campaign results is very detailed and analytics is very helpful. Email marketing and communication tool is very easy to use and creating email template is very easy and one can design responsive email templates with easy drop and design tool.

Cons:

The platform itself has some learning curve..one need some moderate time to learn each and every feature. Though they have video tutorials but still you may need to take some YouTube tutorial if you have never used a marketing tool before..

The last marketing tool you'll need

5.0 last year

Comments: I think the marketing hub plus the sales hub are priceless if integrated well. The best results from campaigns I ever had is when we were able to use this tool across the whole company.

Pros:

Hubspot allows all your marketing efforts to be managed as an easy CSM to power all the lead and customer information as a CRM. The automation and event triggering with the product work wonders once its done well.

Cons:

It can feel expensive if the rest of the company is not using its products as you need to create a hybrid model to track everything and that makes it sometimes worthless

The only marketing CRM I'll ever use

5.0 5 months ago

Pros:

It's incredibly user friendly and HubSpot has the best support and help center.

Cons:

I don't love the new navigation/toolbar! I don't think it's super intuitive. Maybe I just need to get used to it since I used the old nav for 7+ years, but it could use some improvements.

In terms of email marketing, HubSpot's Marketing email tool simplifies the process of drafting, scheduling, and analyzing email campaigns. It offers detailed analytics on recipient engagement, delivery rates, and campaign performance. Furthermore, HubSpot includes a lead capture tool for creating forms that can be integrated into websites or emails. Hubspot Marketing Hub is very easy to use and quickly becomes an essential.

4.0 4 months ago

Comments: Hubspot is an essential part of our B2B strategies. Having the ability to do campaigns using the very same tool is a comfort.

Pros:

We get to set up marketing campaigns dedicated to our in-progress prospects depending on their current stage in the pipeline.

Cons:

The number of marketing contacts is not an agile package. Once the number extends the limit, the package is automatically upgraded and is quite expensive and irreversible.
