About Zoho Sprints
Zoho Sprints is a free online agile project management tool built for Scrum teams to plan, track and iterate their work in Sprints.
For us the integration with bitbucket was key, as well as the integration with a service desk (zoho desk).
No, I am still to try many things on this tool.

The Best Agile Project Management Solution ever built!
Comments: We have been using Zoho Projects and to our development model, this was a better choice. We switched to Sprints and We love it more than ever. This product has increased the entire team's productivity by a very large extent.
Pros:
Amazingly user-friendly and fast. Very fast updates and new features. Ideal for startups who work from simplest software applications to most complex one's. Amazing customization options, beautifly laid out with neat UI. Quick support and perfect resolution to queries.
Cons:
Nothing Specific but we are looking forward to get some friendly features like Cumulative timesheets across the project for a user. Its very annoying to calculate every user's individual project's timesheet to know a month's performance.
Alternatives Considered: Jira and Trello
Reasons for Choosing Zoho Sprints: Zoho Projects is meant for Waterfall model of software development. We are now into agile model hence we made the switch.
Switched From: Zoho Projects
Reasons for Switching to Zoho Sprints: This was value for money, easy to configure and get it running and was offering lot more features in a bundle ideal for our requirement.
Zoho Sprints is Manageable and Customizable
Comments: We decided to use Scrum methodology. Zoho Sprints was able to handle backlog and bug log the way we have been using it. It was available and it worked without a huge learning curve for a short deadline.
Pros:
I like the customization of features, especially creating card templates and statuses. Custom templates comes in handy when we are importing from another platform like Trello and we want to use the same format. I also like the integration between other platforms including Zoho Projects for Gantt charts. I like that we can add a custom 'Status Type'. I used this feature to add a 'Review' status for code review. I also like the integration with Zoho Projects and Trello. I also liked how I can simply reorder users stories or work items, from sprints or backlog, into different Epics.
Cons:
I found Epics to be a little confusing. I am curious as to why this is a premium feature. It appears there are many other features I would consider premium. Some of the dashboard items were hard to setup to be useful.
Alternatives Considered: Zoho Projects, Trello and Microsoft Teams
Reasons for Choosing Zoho Sprints: Most of the features were free and the rest was included with the trial. We used Zoho for other business processes and decided to give it a try.
Switched From: Trello
Reasons for Switching to Zoho Sprints: Price and availability. Messages and alerts were in Zoho.
Zoho Sprints Review: A Comprehensive Look
Comments: Zoho Sprints is a solid choice for teams looking to adopt agile practices. Its robust features, user-friendly interface, and competitive pricing make it a valuable tool for project management. While there might be a learning curve for those new to agile, the benefits of using Zoho Sprints far outweigh the initial challenges.
Pros:
Zoho Sprints boasts an intuitive interface that is easy to navigate, even for those new to agile methodologies. The tool's customization options allow teams to tailor the platform to their specific needs and preferences.
Cons:
Comprehensive feature set User-friendly interface Strong integration with other Zoho tools Competitive pricing
Worst project management software I've ever used
Comments: Absolutely horrible. Doesn't integrate well with Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM, or any of the Zoho projects. Horrendous UI. Buggy and glitchy. Run - don't walk - away from this part of Zoho. There are plenty of solid project management/agile management tools out there that offer great value - this would be dead last in ratings.
Pros:
Zoho One generally has good breadth and value for money. Zoho Sprints should be removed from the Zoho platform. I suppose if you were running a team of yourself, and hated your time but love clicking your mouse and being frustrated, this might be a good choice.
Cons:
Absolutely unusable. The integrations into the rest of Zoho One's products is barely there. The interface is not intuitive. Buttons are completely in the wrong place. If you asked a UX designer to create a piece of software with the maximum amount of clicks and that forces a user to really slow down and search for how to use the software, they would struggle to design Zoho Sprints.
Alternatives Considered: Jira and ClickUp
Reasons for Choosing Zoho Sprints: Made a bad choice, went back as soon as we could undo the carnage Zoho Sprints caused us.
Switched From: ClickUp
Reasons for Switching to Zoho Sprints: Bundled as part of Zoho One. Good value on the surface, but that was dead wrong.
Satisfied with features
Pros:
I like all the available features & easy to manage.
Cons:
A blog relating to how to start your sprints journey as a beginner could've been helpful.
Alternatives Considered: ClickUp
Reasons for Switching to Zoho Sprints: Focusing on one thing while being affordable.
Make your life Agile with Zoho Sprints
Comments: Organization problems mostly. Benefits of simplicity, what I like the most. I solved the problem to have to think about project management software at a very good price.
Pros:
I am like falling in love with this. I think it is amazing that Zoho brings this amazing platform to organize projects. For me, it was a great to find out about it, and then when I start using and understanding, just so easy to apply agile methodology to my work. The best is the simplicity of it. Easy to customize your projects. I love the apps for mobile, get things faster.
Cons:
So far nothing. maybe there should be more ways to create templates, it has it, but it is kind of hidden. I do not like that the platform does not have a desktop app for Mac or PC, that would be awesome.
Alternatives Considered: Wrike and Asana
Reasons for Choosing Zoho Sprints: Costs, benefits, features, stability.
Switched From: Bitrix24
Reasons for Switching to Zoho Sprints: Simplicity and Price, Love the idea to be Agile and use the SCRUM methodology for all my projects. Also, what I need is task management so this is perfect.
How we changed from a cascade methodology to a scrum one with Zoho Sprints
Comments: We are still growing around it, learning how to implement it in a proper way, but we are feeling very satisfied with the starting results.
Pros:
How easy it is to move your team from another solution to this one, after a proper scrum training and with the online training available.
Cons:
We are currently using Zoho Projects coming from a cascade methodology, we wrote to Zoho's customer service to check if there was a way to migrate our projects data to Zoho Sprints but we have not received any answer yet.
Alternatives Considered: Jira, monday.com and Asana
Reasons for Choosing Zoho Sprints: Going from a cascade method to a scrum/agile one
Switched From: Zoho Projects
Reasons for Switching to Zoho Sprints: We have already used Zoho products before, it felt easier and closer to use than other options.
Intuitive software with good feature to price ratio
Pros:
The main advantage - easy integrates with projects and zoho desks.
Cons:
No option to manage more than one project in one scrum board
zohosprints pros and cons
Pros:
Zoho Sprints has a user-friendly interface that's easy to navigate. The drag-and-drop feature for managing tasks is great, and it integrates well with other tools. Customizable dashboards and detailed reports help keep projects on track. The collaboration features make team communication simple and effective.
Cons:
It can be a bit overwhelming for new users, with a steep learning curve. Some customization options are limited, and there can be occasional performance issues with larger projects.
Zoho Sprints has been a game-changer for our project management needs!
Pros:
So user-friendly, great for tracking sprints, and collaboration is a breeze. Love the integrations with other Zoho apps.
Cons:
I wish the reporting feature was more customizable and there were more third-party app integrations available.
GREAT UI
Comments: Only using the trial but looks promising so far
Pros:
SIMPLE TO USE MINIMAL CONFIGURATION - Scrum out of the box, don't have to configure anything to get started. EPIC UI is great - can view user stories in epic and see all the sprints they are assigned to, as well as overall completion of the epic.
Cons:
Tagging Feature - Don't care about the counts or having to click to see the tags - just show the tags No Release Planning and Capacity Planing features Cannot prioritize user stories when viewing the Epic list No concept of teams, you assign users to a project or sprint No customized reporting
Alternatives Considered: Jira and Yodiz
Reasons for Switching to Zoho Sprints: Possibly, weighing ease of use over feature set. Would like a better tagging feature, prioritization within the epic, would like to see more robust release planning features.
Zoho Sprints Review
Pros:
Features: Most of the project management tools in the market have the same features but at a higher cost. Surprisingly Zoho Sprints have all of the features needed to manage multiple projects with very less pricing.
Cons:
I need to dig down more to find the Cons!!
Good Product
Comments: Good Product, Recommended for all types of startups.
Pros:
price, easy to use, and have all options to manage a scaled project with a dynamic team.
Cons:
Revised Pricing is way too high. The previous slab was good.
Alternatives Considered: Jira
Reasons for Switching to Zoho Sprints: Pricing and All features that i need for my Team and Project management.
The trusted and perfect software
Comments: An excellent and very efficient platform!
Pros:
The platform is very easy to navigate and use as it is accessible to all team/platform members. You can customize it and integrate it with other Zoho applications which is very simple to do.
Cons:
Although the platform offers some limited customization options, it is very annoying to be able to determine the timesheet and project performance of each user of the platform.
Sprint Analysis
Comments: It can improve Gitlab support: Move tasks between columns automatically, create a comment in the MRs informing the task url in Zoho Sprints, you can display Gitlab labels in Zoho. It can too improve Markdown support.
Pros:
I liked the features: Sprint and Release Managements and too labels and columns customization.
Cons:
I didn't like the low integration with Gitlab. Many features are missing that would make Zoho Sprints more automated. It also needs to natively support markdown.
Alternatives Considered: Jira, Tuleap, Taiga and Shortcut
Reasons for Choosing Zoho Sprints: Seeking better integration with Gitlab.
Switched From: Jira, Kanboard and Shortcut
Reasons for Switching to Zoho Sprints: Testing
Efficient agile project management using Zoho Sprint
Comments: Its a best fit for our projects that require an agile approach; simple, easy to use, works for agile teams!
Pros:
Its very simple, lots of reporting and viewing style to choose from that makes it easy to review progress or projects
Cons:
it takes to getting used to it having used the full Zoho Project where I see the "full picture"
Recommended for modern Team Collaboration
Pros:
Zoho Sprints is a great for working in teams. I used it with my colleagues and it is effective in sharing documents and files and everyone can keep track of their progress in tasks and you can manage multiple tasks and schedule meetings with it. It provides a modern way of team collaboration.
Cons:
It can be overwhelming when you start using it because it is not as beginner friendly as one would hope but you can get used to it with time.
Great product experience so far
Comments: We're using Zoho to organize development and track productivity
Pros:
Zoho Sprints is pretty simple to use. Easy to set up backlogs and new sprints, and for users to track tasks. Our objective was to gain the ability to properly measure developers' productivity and it helps us do that.
Cons:
The UI and user experience could use some work. The functionality is there but some things could be easier to find, for example.
Quick and easy way to coordinate
Pros:
My team was charged with developing a new version of the software that we use on a day to day basis and so we not only needed to coordinate with our own internal team members but also external contractors and software developers. Zoho Sprints is fast and great for use on mobile phones (at least, on iPhone). Clean and manageable as well, which is we we kept using it for 2 years.
Cons:
It would be nice if the file sharing feature were more robust as it is rather limited. It also take a while to upload/download files from different projects.
Recommending Zoho Sprints
Pros:
Ease of use and feature set. Set up and getting started is very easy.
Cons:
Most good features are part of the premium package, hence one has to take that.
Good first impression
Comments: We got up and running very quickly. Currently, we are testing out 2 projects and our team seems to onboard pretty smoothly.
Pros:
Zoho sprints seem to cover all needs we have for an agile development process. - Epics - Sprints - Kanban board
Cons:
I'm not convinced about the built-in chat yet, but, also haven't tried it much with slack, hangouts, and similar already in use.
Good Software
Pros:
I found the program super good, the organization and the way of ordering everything is good. However, I find it a bit complicated to understand the difference between task sprints and projects.
Cons:
Difficult to use. I find it a bit complicated to understand the difference between task sprints and projects.
Best Agile Project Management Software
Pros:
+ Very Clear Product Messaging + Easy Onboarding + No-Nonsense Features + Excellent Support and Customization Help We switched to this from Jira, because the team was new to Agile PM Tool and Jira was a bit heavy to consume.
Cons:
+ UX Could be a little better + Features Unlocking in Pricing - Could be better.
Ease of use
Pros:
Our team use Zoho sprints on daily basis, we use most the feature, especially we like timesheet and global feature.
Cons:
For a small team zoho sprints provide all the required features, we are team of 8 we couldn't able to find any issues so far.
Alternatives Considered: Jira
To the point Agile management
Comments: We are using JIRA and I love the UX of Sprints compared to JIRA its simple to use and to the point
Pros:
Its user interface and user experience is to the point
Cons:
It has all the features of JIRA but at the same time its very easy to use loved it,
