"Best ever all in one project management tool"

Pros: Flowlu packs projects, tasks, CRM, mindmaps, sprints, collaboration, mindmaps and more under one roof. That itself is the most likable element of this product. On top this, each module is still packed with even more features with granular control, flexibility and management.

Cons: There are so many features that have made it difficult to navigate. Flowlu is huge and solves complex problems so it's understandable that it has a complex UI but the UI can be improved further. A simplified UX will make the current experience even better. Some elements like recurring tasks should be given more through (recurring tasks don't show up in calendar for example).

"So far, so good"

Pros: I've been looking to move away from Dubsado for quite some time and this might just be the answer! It's easy to use, it displays information well, and it does the things I need it to do. Especially looking forward to their future roadmap. For what it costs for one year of Dubsado, I bought 6 LTDS which combined with the 3 review deal, I'll get Enterprise for life. Def an amazing deal!

Cons: QBO isn't integrated yet, but it's on the product roadmap.

"The CRM, Finance, and Project Management Tool we were looking for"

Pros: Helpful to have our important business workflows in one view while having flexibility to open up user access to certain features for collaboration. Strength is really the flexibility and all-in-one feel of the software. I've been tinkering with free tools for a while now (Google Sheets + Free Hubspot + Excel Files) and have finally made the jump to invest after finding one that covers most of our workflows.

Cons: The learning curve and automation set up will take some time but is worth it. It takes some time to get full understanding to get the features to work well together but the time to do this is time spent well as it helps make sure no step in our workflow is forgotten.

Comments: As I was aspiring to scale my solo business to an agency, I needed a comprehensive and integrated system that can help me manage my essential business processes. Flowlu offers an easy all-in-one portal to manage my clients, projects, staff, tasks, finances and knowledge-base.

Pros: #Project and Task management that can be well used for any services - software development, consulting, tech and creative services #CRM - Full Client lifecycle management - Leads, projects, tasks, staff, emails and past communication # Finance - You can manage invoices, revenue, expenses and cash flow forecasting. # Knowledge-base - Very useful for onboarding & knowledge management for both employees and clients. #Collaboration - Cool internal communication with chat messenger, company feed and project chat

Cons: - Client Portal - Though not there yet, flowlu seems to be working on a portal where clients can engage in projects directly - Marketing Automation - I am not sure how much of marketing automation is possible and planned. - Support Desk - Would be nice to have an integrated ticketing and support desk system.

"Unbelieveable combination of power and performance!"

Comments: I did extensive research of CRM software before settling on Flowlu, and I must say I have not been disappointed. This is easily the best business decision I have made.

Pros: We are a small but growing company. I have been using Flowlu for 6 months. I am amazed by the wealth of functionalities available. Very user-friendly software. I keep discovering new functionalities every day. Highly recommended!

Cons: It would be great to include an audit trail.

"Great Asana Alternative"

Comments: Overall we are very happy to track things and get lots of job done and getting off huge load off the back

Pros: I have been using Asana and Toggl and it is very hard to motivate my employees to use it as it is hard for me to use two different platforms also Asana is clunky , very hard to get top view. Flowlu is FAST, easy to use and can change Kanban, list and I can send invoice in one plaform, mindmaps, quote and estimate are a plus. We love the support from the Flowlu team in facebook

Cons: We do not like few bugs in time tracking which can be off, min map needs few update also quote sending, though it is new , the team is listening and they will improve

"An excellent CRM cum Project Management tool for Professionals"

Comments: I tried Flowlu after trying many CRM cum project management software and this online software is truly amazing. It is packed with tonnes of features, simple to use, highly customizable, and work in multi platforms and more importantly, highly affordable. The mobile app is also truly amazing. They are keeping adding new features and in my opinion this is the best bet in the market in terms of value for money.

Pros: Ease of use, tonnes of features, speed, excellent customer service, value for money, multi-function platform

Cons: lack of email integration, and limited marketing tools

"All-in-one Solution"

Comments: I was using Infinity, SuiteDash, Trello... and Flowlu seems to have totally nailed it. It's an All in one platform with a lot of useful features: Task, CRM, Finance, Mindmap, Calendar, Agile Project, Report,... It's a super deal!

"A great deal to manage and collaborate with your team"

Pros: I have tried many task management software but Flowlu is actually the one I am sticking with. With features like CRM, Finance, and Mind maps I could not have gone wrong with my team management. The reason I buy this is mostly because they also have the "Knowledge Base" feature with great UI.

Cons: As of today the customer portal is still on the roadmap. It is inconvenient to add the customer as a user. So I am looking forward to what they promise to release later this year.

"A PPM Multi-tool - A lot of use and possibilities!"

Comments: A really great set of features and functions at a fair price, especially if you were able to get in on some of their promotions. I looks like the company does a good job of listening to the customer and implementing new features regularly such as having additional integration so that's always great. I expect to use this more over time, but since it's relatively new to me what I can say is that it's a robust package and I hope it can continue to get better and better over the long-term.

Pros: I like how the tasks management is handled. You can even see sub-tasks directly from the same view thus saving time clicking for more details. There are also modules for knowledge management and even mindmaping built in which is really nice because you don't need to have separate systems to use those features.

Cons: I would have liked to see the departments and company structure feature be part of the lower plan tiers. I am also waiting for the customer portal feature, but that's forthcoming (I hope!).

"Powerful All-in-One Tool"

Pros: Flowlu is one of those products that delights with every click on a new feature. Flowlu is well designed with business needs and the end user in mind. Flowlu helped my business to manage projects, track leads, and prioritize tasks in order to centralize all of my processes. It has very intuitive UI that help to have overview about all tasks, sales funnel and more. I like many useful addons like time tracker, knowledge base etc. But what really stands out is the simplicity and aesthetic design. The custom email domain and cname is very useful for communication and increase the brand credibility. This will help increase employee engagement and productivity when working remotely with other teammates.

Cons: Waiting for client portal to invite my clients to projects.

"Core CRM Functionality is Great"

Comments: I'm mainly using it for the CRM with multiple sales funnels for different financial based products. It works well for this.

Pros: I've been impressed by the CRM functionality of Flowlu. Automatically generating opportunities via Integrately has really saved me a lot of time. Access based on different user roles has also allowed me to give limited access to different suppliers & partners. I haven't dug into the financial reporting tools yet as I'm still using other tools for this.

Cons: The onboarding process that runs through the features is thorough, but it feels a little clunky. I'd like this streamlined so that I can quickly view the features only. I'm happy with most of the features, but would more robust opportunity creation automation such as the ability to automatically create opportunities based on email subject lines. There is a small learning curve to the software, especially how each of the modules fit in with each other. But, if you've used any CRM previously then you'll find this module very straight forward to use.

"Good project tracking service"

Pros: We use the service for 3 years. It greatly simplifies the work, as it is convenient to track information about customers. We immediately see what task we are performing for the client, what project is assigned to it and how much money we will receive.

Cons: The service has no serious flaws, but there are several small flaws. For example, you can not calculate the salary in the financial section, you need to do it in a separate module.

"In order to start using, you do not need to study the instructions for a long time"

Pros: Excellent functionality for working with tasks. The setting, appointment of the responsible, control, accounting of time - everything is: simply and clearly. The program has additional built-in tools - for example, mental maps and agile-module. Mental cards are prettier and more convenient than the bulky XMind and at the same time conditionally free. Finally, you can not use extraneous messengers for working discussions.

Cons: Some things are not obvious, they would not prevent articles with the analysis of the system's functional.

"All-In-One Business Management Tool"

Comments: Chalo is a complete business management tool, one of its kind. It has a rich set of features that have made our work so much easier.

Pros: Flowlu has a solid set of features that are ready for everyday use in a small to medium-sized business. It combines real-world functionality with a decent UI. It is stable and everything works smoothly. Additionally, the platform is well documented and I was able to integrate everything I needed without any issues.

Cons: There is virtually nothing that I didn't like about Flowlu. One thing that I feel missing is is a little bit of email marketing automation or direct integrations with other email marketing tools.

"Fantastic Tools for Business Management"

Comments: So far, Flowlu is helping us organize 130+ ongoing client projects. What makes Flowlu great is that it offers all of the features we've been using in three separate applications. The "all-in-one-place" concept is very helpful.

Pros: I like the email integration feature the best. We no longer have to perform time consuming searches for client messages. I also like the ability to customize our workspace.

Cons: I really wish the Flowlu client portal feature is active now. I am concerned about how easy it will be to assimilate our clients and their respective projects into the forthcoming client portal.

"Flowlu is a Game Changer For Us"

Pros: I have about 5-weeks of experience with Flowlu. I'm convinced that this combination of CRM + Project Management + KnowledgeBase + Expense Tracking is a game-changer for my business more than ever. Flowlu provides the core operational infrastructure that we need to keep our growing portfolio of projects and client relationships on track.

Cons: The existing API functionality provides access to much of the data on the platform and is suitable for many use cases. I would like to take it to the next level with greater control and logic over how outbound webhooks trigger.

"Perfect solution for my business"

Comments: Flowlu is highly customisable and well thought out. It’s not ugly and slow and easy to use. It has a lot of features. I've tried many other all-in-ones but one part wouldn't connect well with another part, but with Flowlu, it actually flows very well. It’s just a well-rounded tool that simply works and will solve many pain points once it’s set up.

Pros: I've been searching for a long time and lots of other options I've tried were doing my head in. I've finally found it, won't need to search anymore and have moved my whole business to Flowlu. Flowlu is feature rich and well thought out. One part of the system is well connected to another part. - Flexible, customisable

Comments: Easy and efficient, the onboarding and the organization of the solutions are very integrated. The grade of personalizing the business operations across all the features is versatile and convenient since automating thinks reduces organizational process-steps that could be time-consuming. Flowlu helps to economise in processes, which as business owner, this is an huge advantage when it comes to escalating the results.

Pros: I like the integration of the whole business management ecosystem that Flowlu offers. From the CRM to the last feature they have. You can manage different businesses in a single place! How good is that?
Also, the integration with other applications to automate some managerial functions is excellent! Efficiency in its maximum splendor. Great for SMBs or Solopreneurs!

Cons: The UI is well organised, nevertheless, it's not so intuitive and lacks of more adaptability and responsiveness. However, this is in motion, and it will be improved in the upcoming months!

"The Swiss army knife of project management and so much more"

Comments: Flowlu has helped centralize the inner workings of the business. No more switching between apps. No more having team members not knowing whats going on or where people should get involved. Everything is more clear and organized.

Pros: The software has a really easy way to help bring teams together, create invoices, manage leads etc.

Cons: There could be some work when it comes to the CRM. Adding a calling feature would be huge. Outside of that i have no complaints especially with what they have planned for the future.

"Flowlu is Amazing!"

Comments: I feel like I've barely scratched the surface of what Flowlu has to offer but so far, I'm really liking it. I like how polished the project management and CRM sides of it are—neither aspect feels half-baked from what I've seen so far. But above all, I really liked how the interface was fast, smooth, and very intuitive, despite Flowlu having so many moving parts.

Pros: 1. The interface is really simple and intuitive. It didn't take me long to figure things out on my own. 2. I like the ability to create subtasks and assign those subtasks to different people, independent of who's assigned to the main task. And you can even set deadlines, or track time spent on tasks. 3. The different task views and the ability to have almost granular control over the search filters can really come in handy, especially if your business has many moving parts. Likewise, the ability to create automations with a variety of customizable conditions can really be helpful in streamlining workflows. 4. The ability to create different project workflows, each with its own predefined tasks, milestones, etc., can really be helpful when managing multiple campaigns and/or client-related projects. 5. I like the ability to sync Flowlu calendar with Google calendar—as well as the ability to connect any email inbox to Flowlu. Likewise, I think it's great that they have the option to integrate with online payment gateways like PayPal, Stripe, and Square as it makes things even easier on the client side. 6. You can create your own lists if you want to record any important information for your business.

Cons: 1. I wish there were other ways to upload documents/attach files other than from your local computer or Google Drive (i.e. Dropbox, iCloud, etc.) 2. A client portal would be nice (although they are already working on it) 3. It's not much of a dealbreaker (since more integrations seem to be on the horizon) but having more in-app integration options than what's on offer right now would be more than welcome.

"Highly Recommended All-in-One Platform!"

Pros: 1. The platform is intuitive, super easy to use, and secure. On top of that, the App is fast compared to the previous platforms we have used. This platform is not in its early development stages. It is a very mature product and can handle many business use cases. 2. Behind a successful business, excellent customer service! The Flowlu team members are good listeners to their customers’ feedback. I have purchased many apps, but I haven’t seen a support team that cares about their customers’ feedback like this team. All my questions were answered very quickly within 24 hrs! When it comes to customer service, I wish there were more than 5 stars to give!

Cons: Does not support the Right-to-Left (RTL) languages.

"Amazing Team With An Amazing Product"

Comments: I have absolutely fallen in love with the software. It has made my life easier by keeping on customer information cloud based so my whole team can access them anytime. It has also help me to have to avoid writing out lengthy invoices since the system has a simple setup of clicking and all information previously created (price, description, tax, etc) is automatically imported and calculated for you. The support has been great as well. No matter what trouble I run in to, they are right there beside me helping me every step of the way. They are like a part of my team. They go above and beyond your expectations to ensure you are happy with the service and that it works the absolute best it can for you and whatever your needs may be.

Pros: I like how simple the software is organized. I also love how the invoicing is directly implemented into the customer accounts and how Flowlu keeps track of all revenue and expenses for my company. This is really help to not have to hire an accountant.

Cons: The only thing I can say I have found that I don't like at this moment is probably that there is no voip implementation. However, Ive brought this up to the designers and they assured me that this is going to possibly change in the future. Other than that, I have ZERO complaints.

"All in one"

Comments: I have been looking for an all-in-one product for quite sometime.
If you don't want to have your project management, CRM, budget and financing, product development and time sheet management in separate apps then this is the one you must use.
I have used multiple software for project management and finally settled with Flowlu. It has all the necessary tools to run your business, does what it says and is feature rich. The updates have also been frequent and support has been good so far with all the queries being answered to. Stacked 6 codes hoping to stay with them for long!

Cons: the ui can be a bit modern and upgraded
needs a one click feature enable disable for organisation type that may help user to setup faster
