- **Pricing Details**: Working with Holidu is 100% risk-free. Our goal is to help hosts succeed, which is why we do not charge any pre-payments when hosts are signing up. This means that Holidu will first optimize your online presence with texts, photos and optimized pricings and only once you receive your first booking a one-time activation fee of 80-150€ and a commission per booking of 5-8% is being charged (depending on the location of your property). After your first booking, the commission is deducted directly and offset against the guest payments, so that you will always receive the correct payment and you do not have to worry about anything else.

Customer sees Holidu as the renter on the platform and sees thousand of rental units and very good reviews so is more trusting and more confident to book. 8. Holidu customer service

> **Cons**: 1-Que se den los teléfonos para contactar directamente.Debería ser como las páginas directas, escribes en tu idioma y al cliente le llega traducido en su idioma a través de la aplicación y no por whatsapp.
2-No llega notificación de reserva a la aplicación , solo por email.
3-Cambiar datos fiscales(no poder cambiarlos yo directamente) (llevo un año con mi nombre mal escrito)
