Comments: its a great way to stay engaged with a team spread out over an entire state and into another state. the information put up gives us an opportunity to learn new techniques and best practices that might not have gotten brought up if we weren't all engaged in such a way
Pros: I like the ease of use and the setup is comparable to most social media so there's no learning curve
Cons: I feel you're limited in some areas it could be operator error but it would be nice to tag people in posts, show up memories from the date. when you're looking at profiles it doesn't leave you where you scrolled it starts over every time you go back. I also wish you could make your profile more unique possibly add more photos specific to your page

Comments: Learning about everyone in the office and the events they are dealing with along with the fun time pics
Pros: Updates & posts from each office & location with details of the photo. Comments and high fives with all of the company involved. Additional tips and updated losses with details of who is making the repairs or responding to the loss.
Cons: Photos are difficult to see sometimes and the comments are difficult at times to access. Additional info of which office the person or post is from.
Fun, easy way to connect with coworkers.

Comments: It allows users to connect on a personal level, with people they've not met face to face.
Pros: The ability to connect with coworkers when you've never met them face to face. Gives the user an inside look into the jobs of others.
Cons: The inability to edit a comment after posting. Sometimes the mobile app lags. However, the latest update has helped tremedously.

Pros: I like that it has created a way to connect our offices. We have 8 locations, so to have a place where everyone can share things and interact has been helpful and created more of a team feeling.
Cons: Early on we had several issues with people not being able to see news feeds, or the app not working at all. I think the updates have helped that. One thing I am having issues with is that I am not able to see pics before approving them. It shows the post, but not the picture.

Comments: Keeps all the offices in the loop
Pros: That all the offices can communicate and talk about positive outcomes. It keeps all the offices in the loop to what is going on daily.
Cons: The whole app has been great for us as a company. No downfall and has only been helpful to us as a company.

Pros: We started using Ohana after an employee survey & we love it! It's easy to use & our employees appreciate the real time info that is shared. It helps us stay connected as an organization on the go

Pros: I love the Personal Bios, get to know you questions and high five capability. I feel like we can really get engaged with fellow employees.
Cons: Ohana seems to be difficult to change who can post without authorization or review. We have tried a couple times and failed.
I love having a social media site just for our company. It allows us all to stay connected!

Pros: Once you use it the first time, it is very easy to use and post where we can all celebrate and acknowledge achievements company wide.
Cons: I haven't come across too much about Ohana that I do not like, however, sometimes when posting a picture, it is hard to tell how it is sized and how it will show once approved and posted.
I use the product to post safety related info, give support to team mates, show pictures of events.

Comments: My team is able to connect with each other easily. It's a one stop shop for many of the employee engagement features we value.
Pros:

- The contact list, how's simple and easy to see

Cons: - No significant cons about the software. However, if I have to elaborate... Like any employee engagement software, your company is in a space with significant challenges. For example, you have a user friendly software, but perhaps some individuals may have no interest in connecting with others. If the software offered features to challenge this then I think it could add additional value.

Comments: Talking with others from different locations and being able to see what other offices are doing
Pros: Makes it a lot easier to communicate with others at other locations that I don't normally work with.
Cons: Honestly nothing. It's very easy to use and I've had no issues thus far.I enjoy talking to others from different locations.

Pros: I have enjoyed seeing the many different faces of offices employees from all of our locations, since we have many location, we don't get to see them often, so it's nice to know what everyone is doing, in each location. The fun things they are doing to keep in shape, the projects they are working on, and how they manage their jobs, it's great to see the before and after pictures of the jobs they are working on as well.
Cons: So far I haven't encountered any cons, unless you want to count asking the question: If you could have a super power what would it be? It seems kind of childish, but I suppose it's all in how you look at it.

Pros: Not clogged with spam and junk like most other social platforms. It is very user friendly and accessible.
Cons: Mobile app load time, could be due to the phone. Sometimes it will load, other times I have open it 2 or 3 times in order to see new content.

Comments: I really enjoy the ability to put faces to names with the user list. I also enjoy the ability to give "kudos" to those who are not likely to be recognized in general day to day operations
Pros: I like the fact that there are a few streamlined, well-defined options for the users to select. This makes sure there is no confusion as to which option to select. It's quick and easy for our users to get involved.
Cons: Some of the interface is a little awkward at first. Finding exactly where the options are was a little tricky, but overall, not too difficult.

Comments: I found that it is a good way to communicate and keep updated in a larger company. We always know when the next company event is and details of what is happening on a day-to-day basis.
Pros: I like that you can post comments and like others' posts as you can with other social media platforms.
Cons: I don't have anything to complain about other than some technical issues I have had in the past. At one point I would have to restart my phone for the app to work. I haven't had any issues in a while though.

Pros: Ability to communicate with co workers at different locations across the state and even interstate in real time. Like the fact that you can even post pictures and give high fives to other co workers for good performance .
Cons: The Time it takes to post stuff and see it actually post can take some times over night before seeing it. Would like a quicker upload time on pics and posts to Ohana
