Better collaboration between teams

Comments: It allows me to have better organized work and easy integration with the tools, and its interaction with AI helps improve the workflow

Pros:

Work is more efficient since you can have more focused communication with the work topics that are needed at the time of each project, all the documents are in the same place, which allows us to be more focused on each topic and not have the information scattered across different platforms

Cons:

There is nothing that I dislike, I just wish the advisors were a little faster in answering questions, but they are very good at their functions

Betetr organization and tracking thanks to ClickUp.

Comments: I use ClickUp daily for project tracking and management. Every week my team holds meetings using Click-up as a guide. I mainly use it to track the evolution of the projects I'm involved in, and to track and schedule tasks that I might forget otherwise.

Pros:

- Wide functionality. - Different views to suit different needs at work. - Easy and fast to use. - Very reliable. - Great for project tracking.

Cons:

- Sometimes there is a lag when creating tasks or documents.

Not my favourite

Comments: - I didn't like it overall, I would much father the other tools out there to do the job this does.

Pros:

- Allowed me to project manage and keep track of where things were and what is being worked on and completed

Cons:

- Didn't like this tool as it was quite clunky and inefficient way for me to keep track of them

Amazing versatility for task management

Comments: Better task management than Notion and more versatile than Asana, ClickUp sits right in the middle between typical task management tools and business platforms.

Pros:

I really like ClickUp's versatility. It has a wide range of features and could potentially replace many other software solutions. For small and growing teams, it provides a great way to organize and visualize work. Lastly, ClickUp's AI is a great tool to help my team search for items.

Cons:

ClickUp's automation setup process is not user-friendly and easy to get started with. It also lacks some seemingly basic features, like automatically creating subtasks in a task upon a trigger.

The best task management app as of 2024

Comments: It has been a step up from Jira and from Trello
For day to day management of an eng team it has everything I need

Pros:

A lot of features, easy to use, multiple views for tasks It's the value of truth for everything that we do in my eng team

Cons:

The learning curve is a little bit steep The dashboards are sort of limited right now, we have to export the data and build our dashboards

Pros:

Task management, after all that is the reason why we have started using it. It really is a great task management software and the ease of assigning specific tasks to people, assigning time, assigning additional subtasks, adding attachments and then having them all in the kanban board - it's just amazing!

Cons:

At times ClickUp just feels too heavy, in my opinion some of the features that are there are nice but for most of the time we haven't used them, they felt rather unnecessary and just bloated the UI.

Feature-Rich Project Management Tool with a Learning Curve

Comments: Overall, my experience with ClickUp has been highly positive. It has streamlined project management tasks and improved team collaboration significantly.

Pros:

I really appreciated ClickUp's comprehensive feature set, which includes task management, reminders, and goal tracking.

Cons:

While ClickUp offers a multitude of features, this can also be its downfall, as the interface feels overwhelming at times. Additionally, I encountered occasional bugs and slow load times during periods of high activity, which disrupted the workflow.

I am obsessed with ClickUp!

Comments: It has been way better than other stuff I have used. Super helpful for running my agency.

Pros:

It got rid of 5 programs that I got to roll into one which made my company more efficient.

Cons:

A few minor bugs on desktop app that either loaded slow or needed to be refreshed manually. Maybe it is user error?

Love everything about ClickUp, but beware of the cost creep!

Comments: Overall, I like it. I really like that my team can seamlessly communicate via email to my clients right within Clickup and it is visible to the whole team. It creates a seamless client experience and cuts down on bottlenecks

Pros:

I love the continuous updates to improve the software and the integrations with almost all of my other software to make it super easy to add and assign tasks wherever you are. The desktop app allows you to do so in real time on any website or document that you are in

Cons:

There is a steep learning curve, and although I have used Asana, Trello and other project management software, this one is by far the hardest understand and get used to for me. the other part is that as they continuously evolve the product, it seems like some features that were included in the free version were move to business and enterprise, so you kind of have to use a paid version. When I was using Asana, the free version had all of the bare minimum features I needed, so the added cost is a con.

Almost perfect for me, could be for others depending on their needs!

Comments: Very good and has allowed me to track projects much easier in a short space of time.

Pros:

Create tasks with ease for yourself and others. Simple and easy to manage dashboards to keep an eye on progress.

Cons:

No CRM functionality, feels like its only downfall. Having switched from insightly the whole experience is better, however it is missing that useful function.

Marketing's Timeline Manager

Comments: Different project management tools it offers have been very helpful in tracking timelines of the campaigns as well individual undertakings. Simply the chance to create fields and automate a lot of similar operations has freed our time so much.

Pros:

The key distinctive aspect of ClickUp that can help users manage projects more efficiently is the ability to switch between the Gantt chart, the Kanban board, and the list view. The other distinctive features are the timer that is tied with the tasks and can track projects’ and teams’s activity.

Cons:

On the other hand, it also means that there are at times too many features that cause some general issue, especially when dealing with large data and multiple integrations.

Almost helped me get my life together! Almost.......

Comments: Overall, I really appreciate ClickUp and I want to be able to utilize it consistently. For myself personally, as someone with ADHD tendencies this software is extremely intriguing, yet at the same time it's too complicated and time consuming to be a helpful day-to-day tool. If I had more time (and attention!) I could see this software being an intrigal piece in how I managed my life - both for work and home. Someday, I could see this happening. But until I have the time to make this happen, I'm off in search of the one true software that might finally help me to get my life organized!

Pros:

Click up has SO many features! Even their free version is loaded with different tools to help you organize/plan/create/coordinate etc.. I love all of the options that are available throughout the experience of uing Clickup. Users are able to tailor and personalize almost all default settings/templates at every step along the way. I also appreciate the emphasis on versatility and adaptability of this software. This software is fully functional for user's Work and/or Personal goals/projects/plans etc.. as well as when being utilized as an individual user or within a team of user's who are collaborating..

Cons:

The software has so many great features and options but the one downside is accessibility and ease of use for user's. The app on my IOS apple iphone SE was almost unusable (for me!) I am not an expert when it comes to using software but I'm also not a novice. For me the app was very confusing and took so much time/energy to set up that it was not worth even trying.

Easy to use as project management apps

Comments: We have been using it for years and it fills our need of project and program tracking and management system.

Pros:

All in one project management apps. Many things can be done such as work tracking, performance, timing, project, even social media management in one apps.

Cons:

Not full enough feature for table/database view.

Misleading payment structure, poor user experience and horrible customer service

Comments: Very poor experience with features, the user experience of the platform and what it can realistically accomplish without errors is very limited (only tasks and set of tasks). Very poor customer service that hides behind policies instead of helping when it comes to misleading and problematic payment structures. Click up wants to be easy to use but a lot of necessary features are hidden and not explained properly inside click up to the point that you have to go hunt in their website or get to the point of sending an angry email to staff because a bill just appeared that you did not sign up for. Be extremely careful in giving access or trying to built a client portal. Those are the absolute worse parts of this system and are built to confuse and mislead people. Customer service is clearly understaffed (they mentioned it and it took me 3 weeks to resolve an issue that could have take 3 days top in my experience). Very clear the [sensitive content hidden] care about competing in the market by adding a ton of poorly built and implemented features instead of working on making click up a reliable tasks management and possibly project management software that cares for the usability of its users and have real support of the customer service. We all get capitalism but when it is felt that this platform is being failed by their [sensitive content hidden] it is best to jump ship and moved to another one. It is sad to see the potential of what it could be and how it is utterly missed and misused.

Pros:

Click up is about tasks management and it excels at that and it is easy to set up simple tasks.

Cons:

Problematic and misleading payment method with poor invoicing system. Extremely problematic adding user access and/or the possibility of client portals. The users options is the most confusing and horribly designed and necessary feature of click up. Absolutely beware! Horrible customer service (unhelpful, gaslighting and understaffed). The platform is extremely poorly designed for all the added features. Anything related to workflow, project management, time tracking and the like is so badly implemented and designed that it cannot be used for serious projects without risking errors.

Professional working experience on clickup ay Builder.ai

Comments: Working with builder.ai and for an agile team, managing tickets is a daily task. You get to know about the task you have to work on, integrated with GitLab its easier to manage as well for different branches. Also I can track my daily progress using points

Pros:

Its UI, very interactive, manageable. Any user can fall for the way they have designed it. I also like the way it is modularised

Cons:

Their notifications system, slightly could have been better. Sometimes I miss important comments in my ticket

Best Visual And Audio conference's

Pros:

ClickUp has the best visual collaborations which are based on real-time communication and this helps because I can have video and audio conference's with my team members at ease and we work on projects.

Cons:

It has nothing to get alarmed that is a worry with the system.

Robust Tool for PPM: ClickUp

Pros:

It has ever been straightforward to carry out task and project management through real-time workflow automation.

Cons:

I have not yet discovered any flaw on this PPM tool.

Pros:

The ability to have multiple types of projects in the same space with different layouts.The UI is clean and easy to use which makes it easy to navigate.

Cons:

It could be little bit cheaper otherwise the customer service is amazing.

Great Project Management Tool for Remote Teams

Comments: We use ClickUp as a Marketing and Communications team at a large national non-profit. I love the way that as a large remote team we can manage projects easily. The platform is easy to on board new team members while also being very powerful for automation, views, integrations, and tracking.

Pros:

We love that we can assign tasks, subtasks, comments, etc to team members and assign due dates with automated notifications via email. It has helped us work on large events to small campaigns. I especially like the UI/UX with the customizable columns for project statues. This helps us to keep our teams project language.

Cons:

I wish it was easier to quickly view a project in different ways (calendar, list, columns ,etc.) This can be done but it doesn't feel intuitive to me how to switch between those views quickly.

ClickUp Clicks Projects and Tasks for 24/7

Pros:

Creation of unlimited gantt charts and real-time chat for team collaboration is what I like most.

Cons:

It doesn’t have built-in message board but I have merged with external apps.

Pros:

What I liked about ClickUp is that it is effective in task management due to collaboration tools such as file attachments, and document sharing. These tools helped my team to stay coordinated and manage tasks collectively, improving our overall efficiency

Cons:

At the beginning of using ClickUp, i found it difficult to use because of its complexity. ClickUp requires time and effort to master.

Comments: Overall clickup is good ticketing tool to work

The thing i don't like in clickup is search some times i feel search is not that accurate and it lags when we search for the tasks and had few bugs like when we search for the keyword and click enter first task will open instead of search results

ClickUp is a must for high performing teams who value execution

Comments: I couldn't imagine our company without ClickUp. It continually enables us to power execution across a fast growing scale up and it continues to deliver on it's mission of a super platform with an incredible depth of features tools like Asana simple do not have.

Pros:

ClickUp has an incredible depth of features that very few other project management tools can match. They have such a vast array of features which empowers us to stop needing different platforms for different things. The ClickUp team is clearly world-class when it comes to shipping features and this stands out.

Cons:

ClickUp can be very buggy and you need to routinely refresh to see changes you may have made which is frustrating. This is the downside of a business that introduces features rapidly which is a positive and a negative

ClickUp: PPM Tool with BIM Capabilities

Comments: Eradicating manual workflow when managing tasks and tracking time on projects improve productivity.

Pros:

ClickUp offers an extensive range of features in one place. BIM, live chat and PPM are my favorite capabilities which I use on a daily basis at workstation.

Cons:

I rarely come across any issue when managing tasks with ClickUp.

Podcast/E-Learning Production Awesome-ness

Comments: It's the program I was looking for, and I don't use a team (yet), which is where it's spending most of its development time (understandably). If/when I am prepared to expand my business, ClickUp will still be the tool.

Pros:

GANTT charts and dependencies, timelines and warnings, reminders of steps and re-usable templates episode by episode, online lesson production to next, ClickUp does what I need it to. Anything else is a stand-alone spreadsheet in comparison.

Cons:

The initial interface for a new user is truly intimidating, and it doesn't have to be. ClickUp University does a fair job of leading folks through (but it was incomplete when I began using it). So prepare for a period of time for learning its functional power and versatility--and definitely engage the user communities on social media who are very helpful. Recommendations: Design an onboarding experience that shows a more rudimentary interface that increases in complexity as the user gets comfortable and engages new options; right now, it's the opposite: showing everything and having users slim down what they don't need.
