> **Pros**: Peer recognition system by Mo is unique and it does encourage my co-workers to join the celebration when one of our colleagues get promotion or recognition by manager for their good work. The automation system also help manager in evaluating worker's monthly performance and remark it on the system so manager know who is the best employees of the month.

> **Cons**: Manager need to keep reminding workers to write recognition message to others  so we can accumulate points that can be later changed to rewards. If no one is using the message, the monthly point is expiring and wasted just like that. Improved gamication system will encourage worker to use the message and start communicating with each other.

> **Pros**: Mo is an excellent and most effective way to recognize colleagues and sending them recognition and appreciation message for their efforts and success. Every message that I sent isn't just a blank message, each contain point that the recipient can collect and use it to redeem a reward. Reward selection is quite okay and most of my favorite store gift card is available here.

> **Cons**: The notification center can get messy if many people is tagging my name in the conversation. It can get hundreds of notification alert just because someone keep mentioning my name on the main chat board. I really hope there is a way to stop the notification or at least to pause it for several hours or days.
> 
> Share and celebrate someone significant event and occasion like birthday or work anniversary.

> **Pros**: Recognition in workplace isn't just a lip service in Mo, it comes with redeemable point for digital reward that has various option and store type. My favorite Starbuck store is also available to be redeem in here. Mo give a simple platform which anyone can express appreciation towards anyone on the company in digital way. I give my thanks and gratitude  to my team mates every time we successfully finish a sales project to appreciate their hard work.

> **Cons**: All the reward is redeemable to only digital product or shop, there is no cash reward or incentive. I have to choose carefully which reward I want to use because not every shop is available on my local area and would be a waste if I not use it immediately because it has expiry date.

It really has increase our communication, both in professional setting or when we interact in social settings environment. Easy dashboard navigation to share life update, celebrate colleagues special day or to recognize achievement make Mo is very suitable for our organization to utilize.

> **Cons**: No option to edit post that has been posted or delete it from public view. It is frustrating and the option should already available. I have make mistake posting comment on the public dashboard when I originally intent to post it privately to my colleague.

> **Pros**: Mo provide us with a reliable platform special for employees recognition and reward distribution. Manager now able to easily view which employees is excel to be reward as employee of the month and get the monthly reward. The platform is automatically run performance evaluation and recommending to the manager who is the top performer based on the key data that has selected by manager.

> **Cons**: The recognition message is rarely used by my colleagues and we relied on managers to get rewarded. We need a good strategy to motivate worker to start sending message and distribute the Mo's karma point so everyone has a better chances to collect enough point for reward redemption.
> 
> We never miss anyone birthday celebration anymore after Mo because all employees birthday date integrated from the HRIS software.
