The automation system also help manager in evaluating worker's monthly performance and remark it on the system so manager know who is the best employees of the month. > > **Cons**: Manager need to keep reminding workers to write recognition message to others so we can accumulate points that can be later changed to rewards. If no one is using the message, the monthly point is expiring and wasted just like that.
