What I love about it is that you can use it ANYTIME and ANYWHERE, because all the scores are uploaded to the cloud. All my previous composition is still listed under my profile and it's a great way to keep track of my progress. Noteflight is relatively easy to use, although I would think that it can be a little unstable working on the browser. That aside, it has enough features that you need to do a very simple composition, including playback to check if your composition sounds exactly like what is in your mind. I've have used Noteflight and will continue to use it for my personal as well as career needs. > > **Cons**: It has a subscription plan for users who want to create more stuff on their platform. Also, I believe the layout of the features and functions can be organized in a better way. I do spend quite a bit of time trying to find the function I need to write my score, and that can be quite frustrating. The left sidebar is confusing. I assumed that once I get to the function I need, it would appear in my score (e.g. I want a crescendo, I press the icon on the left sidebar, it automatically appears). However, the sidebar is just for the user to see what functions are there in a general category, and pressing it makes it appear at the top bar.
