Best Tool For Social Media Tracking

5.0 3 years ago

Comments: Great! Customer service is top-notch, whenever faced with a challenge, it takes 0-10 minutes for it to be solved by Mediatoolkit's customer service which is great as problems tend to come in when pressure is huge.

Pros:

The ability to track all mentions based on the keywords needed makes it easy to report on the performance of various products and also helps in analyzing customer feedback.

Cons:

TikTok and Instagram Reels cannot be tracked yet which can sometimes make it hard to analyze results from products shared on this platforms.

Easy to use, intuitive monitoring platform with great customer support

5.0 3 years ago

Pros:

We use Mediatoolkit on a daily basis, for monitoring, reporting, research and educational insights. The support team is very responsive and ready to give education any time we need - weather it is related to some new feature or to our new team members. Only thing I am sorry about is that we haven't been using the total MTK potential so far, when it comes to reports and some additional options besides just monitoring media mentions, but that is about to change.

Cons:

We did encounter some of the websites that haven't been included in the mentions overview, but with regular feedback to the MTK team, that matter gets resolved asap.

Great for insights and reporting

5.0 3 years ago

Pros:

It's easy to get an overall view of the market or competitors communications. Easy access to reports provides easy arguments to present to the board on changes to comms strategy.

Cons:

The tool is great for everything around online media monitoring, but the reports would be even better if it was possible to include or import additional mentions from offline or different sources not currently tracked.

Good media monitoring software

5.0 4 years ago

Comments: Overall, it does it's job well. Allows me to track brand mentions consistently and efficiently.

Pros:

- aasy to setup - picks up on most of brand mentions - has built-in flexible reporting - easy to export raw data and then fuel into whatever BI stuff you use, e.g. Google Data Studio

Cons:

- doesn't pick up on Youtube mentions. For a media/entertainment brand that is crucial. - sentiment analysis is still kinda off-beat

Comments: In general, it is a software that provides good results.

Pros:

It is an easy to use and friendly system. It's intuitive.
