Comments: Apify is a great resource for custom automation, and extremely reasonable pricing. I have no reason to switch to another company.

Comments: Actually, Apify opens door for me to explore several oppotunities to come up with ideas that can be initiated and invested to deliver business user cases and may generate initiative revenue.

Pros:

Diversity and broad coverage of channels with AI capabilities.

Cons:

I wouldnt say dislike or least like, yet sometimes i feel confused to select the appropriate actor that can surve my goal. I ended up trying several actors, consuming my account before finding the proper one.

Pros:

Gamechanger for my business. Incredible value.

Cons:

There is nothing really to dislike. The developers could be advised to give examples how to use there builds. Would be more user-friendly.

i never worry about the building scrape tools, deal with proxy etc. there are lots of actors that can be used on different tasks and apify hasn't let me down so far

Cons:

projects. i don't have to be trying to manage different accounts or something. i should be good to go with projects so i can seperate things and manage costs easily. if this can be done already on the platform, then there is something im missing definitely.

Comments: It's been good. It's one of those rare services that just does what it says it does.

It does what it says it does and, does it well. Well priced and has a good selection of pre-made 'actors', as well as the functionality to create, host and sell your own actors

Sometimes it takes a while for the creator of an actor to reply when reached out to. But, I understand they're users of the site, not staff.

Comments: Overall, I can say that Apify platform is amazing for people like me who work on data extraction and analysis.

Pros:

Easy Data Parsing, as soon I extract data. It allows me to use my code as well in which helps me increase my accuracy in terms of data extraction.

Cons:

Easy to work with and almost every actor (API) I need is available. Also very very reasonable prices and pricing models (pay per use, per event, platform usage)

No issues with Apify. I would like more customization with specific actors / API but that's not an Apify issue.

This saves a lot of work and enables us to focus on the business logic and not on the repetitive tasks around the business logic.

Pros:

Apify offers a robust platform that streamlines web scraping, making it effortless to scale and navigate anti-bot defences. The documentation is thorough, and the support team is both responsive and knowledgeable. After using it daily for over six months, I can confidently say it integrates seamlessly into any workflow. On Apify, scrapers are referred to as "actors" and are straightforward to implement—especially once you've built a few. After writing two or three, the process becomes intuitive and highly efficient.

Cons:

It's the best out there, so it's hard to talk about the things I don't like. Either way, I'd love to see a couple of features that will save some time if present. I'm glad to say that I've already contacted Apify about them and one is already in their pipeline!

Comments: The apify service is very useful and convenient. It is also flexible and customizable. Thanks to this service, I was able to easily set up parsing of some Instagram pages, as well as websites. The most important thing is getting data from apify via API. Thanks to this, I was able to create my own telegram bot that receives data and translates it into another language via the neural network API.

Pros:

I liked the large set of ready-made actors, their flexible configuration and the ability to easily obtain data via API, as well as the availability of renewable credits to try the service played a decisive role in my choice.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that you can't buy as many credits as you need. Instead, you have to buy the minimum plan, which is too much for my needs.

I am a newbie, I wanted some insights into particular topics, through use of hashtags on Social Media Platforms. Value/quality at Apify is high, given I can extract data at scale. Apify provides a user-friendly interface and tools that simplify the process of web scraping, even for those without extensive coding experience. It has, if you need, rotating proxies, headless browsers, and anti-bot protection to ensure high-quality and reliable data extraction. For me, export tools is great, making it easier to manage and work with the extracted data.

Cons:

While Apify supports many common use cases, custom or niche scraping requirements may not be easily achievable on the platform. Sometimes, issues, arise and tools are not available until updates. It can get expensive for large scale projects.

The huge number of plugins available in the marketplace makes it a one stop shop for every need.

Cons:

None so far, every time it works as I imagined it should work.

It's made our job much easier as most of what we do revolves around tracking our campaigns and how they are performing. So it's much better than going in & individually recording data on each video we work with. Now we get results in minutes and have plugged it into our database so our dashboard can update with newest data & clients know how their campaigns are progressing daily!

Cons:

It's not the easiest to understand at first. A colleague of mine who is more familiar with tech & data was able to figure it out but for the rest of us, it's not as easy to understand the functions/how to make things work at first.

It is more a technical aspect, but when actors returns items with different schema, it would be great to have a way to detect the expected one to use in the runs output tab.

Comments: I think apify is the great platform with varieties of actor which are good to fulfill your most recruitment.

Pros:

In the free version they provide 5 dollar every month which is enough if you wanna to use thier scrapper which are best in quality

Cons:

Api documentation need to be improved, like if response time of actor is high then we cannot use api,we have go for persistent connection or webhook, so need detail document for that.

Changed the direction of my business

Pros:

I wanted to have a very broad understanding of businesses in my region based on the types of businesses offered. I knew Google Maps very well and when I learned that Apify had a scraper that could grab large amounts of Maps results I was very excited. It took a few tries to get the setup working as I wanted but wow! I quickly ran through the free starter offer and am now a happy paying user.

Cons:

I takes some trial and error to find an actor that does what you want. Then learning how that actor works takes a little more time. Communicating with the builder of the actor was very easy and helped a lot.
