"Best CRM software available."

Comments: Easy to use

Pros: Great interface and functionalities, effective use of available database, nicely put up desgin of the software.

Cons: Price is too high for the available functionalities, dependence on user modification is also very high.

"Not easy to lean"

Comments: I did not use the software all that long because it was not user-friendly

Pros: Not a whole lot. The software was hard to learn and been difficult to use I didn’t like it all that well

Cons: The software was hard to learn and been difficult to use The paid version cost a lot of money and I don’t think it would be worth buying for that cost I didn’t like it all that well
