Super tool that I would use again at any time

Comments: Overall, I am very happy with Facelift as a social media management tool and I would recommend it to others.

Pros:

What I like most about Facelift is that you can control almost all of your social media management through this tool and you can work with people from different countries or with agencies in the tool.

Cons:

The integration of Instagram can be improved. I would like to see that you can also reply to Instagram messages via Facelift. It would also be great if you could save text modules or templates in Facelift for community management.

It can be so much better

Comments: It's one of the best two options one could have at the time being. I appreciate it's stability but it could look, feel and function in a much more modern way.

Pros:

Once you get the structure, it's fairly easy to use. It's stable and straightforward.

Cons:

The mobile app isn't too functional, I wish you could post stuff from there too. Also resharing/retweeting posts have to be done manually, which is a main part of content marketing. I wish these could be done inside the Facelift platform. Ideally I would never have to leave Facelift to do anything on social media, but I find myself very often doing so. Some new features from social media websites take too long to get integrated in the platform. You still can't post multiple pictures on Linkedin, or Instagram. There are very strict limits on video/image sizes to be used on platforms. I wish Facelift would auto-size these instead of telling me to squeeze a huge video into 15 MB. The UI is a bit stagnant and too "German". I wish I would have the option to make "Monday" the first day of the calendar. There are too many menus which I feel like could be simplified a lot.

good product that helps us a lot

Comments: easy and handy platform for us and our customers. sometimes we use it different as the other lacelift clients (publisher is our main feature and there are many things that could be better, like archive, marked posts which you already used, better quality of thumbnails,…)

Pros:

it's easy for us to create content for all of our customers

Cons:

we cannot schedule campagins for our customers in facelift

Good Service and Datasecurity

Pros:

The customer service is quite good and the datasecurity is one of the best on the market.

Cons:

The software has a lot of functions, but sometimes it is too much for a good overview.

Facelift review by Alnatura

Comments: We use it mostly as a Publishing and Community Management tool.

Pros:

We do use the Facelift Cloud since our communities are growing rapidly. Facelift is a easy to use and easy to implement Software solution. At Alnatura multiple different Teams are working with Facelift and everyone Needs not more than one to two Hours to start working with the platform.

Cons:

There are no real cons About the Software. :)

Good campaign management

Comments: I'm happy with Facelift Cloud and the customer service they provide.

Pros:

Facelift Cloud has made campaign management within our team a lot easier. The UI is good and was very easy to work with. Facelift Cloud also made good documentation about their product. The software also includes a free trial, which made it possible for me to find out whether the mobile support it gives is any good (and yeah it is alright).

Cons:

I haven't used Facelift Cloud for a long time, and within this time I haven't really experienced anything that I dislike.

Review of Facelift Cloud

Pros:

Very easy to use. Not too many functions - everything at a glance. Nice support and success team.

Cons:

Not so fast with adjustments of the social networks & developments. Do not have as many developers as some other tools, but cost less.

Nice Social Media Tool with many different options

Pros:

- Control so many different channels in one place. - Very good opportunity to provide content templates. - Many possibilities to evaluate the channels. - The constant further development of the system

Cons:

Unfortunately, many modules do not work at the team level. This means that the authorizations cannot be released for everyone and many functions cannot be used.

Facelift is nice cloud

Pros:

Thanks to its interface and content, it is very easy and functional, saving time and work. And one of the plus aspects is that it's free.

Cons:

It doesn't offer a comprehensive enough analysis, other than that, I liked it very much

A lot of channels in one tool with many options and a very good and nice support.

Pros:

I like the pusblisher and the monthly reports. It's easy to use.

All features are fine for me. You could add a picture tagging function.

Gutes Produkt, wenn auch relativ kostenintensiv

Comments: Insgesamt kommt das Tool sehr professionell daher. An manchen Stellen hakt es etwas und man muss dann über Workarounds gehen. Insgesamt hat das Tool uns den Arbeitsalltag an vielen Stellen erleichtert. Das Tool ist vergleichsweise kostenintensiv, sodass ich es nicht jedem Kollegen (Budgetfrage) empfehlen kann.

Pros:

Zusammenarbeit wurde enorm erleichtert, auch das Generieren von Statistiken ist nun super schnell erledigt.

Cons:

Monitoring-Option muss man extra hinzubuchen; für einen "allrounder", der relativ kostenintensiv ist, ist das ein Minuspunkt.

Alle nötigen Portale in einem Tool, plus super Support

Comments: Ich bin absolut zufrieden mit der Handhabung und auch dem Team der Facelift Cloud. Dieses Bufget ist mehr als gut angelegt!

Pros:

Sie deckt alle nötigen Tools ab und vereinfacht die Prozesse in Planung und Reporting. Sollte man einmal nicht voran kommen, ist der Support immer da.

Cons:

Verbesserungen sind immer möglich. Aber ich kann nichts bezeichnen was ich gar nicht gut fand.

Social Media Allround-Lösung

Pros:

Die vielen, verschiedenen Kanäle, die man damit bedienen kann. Neben den "gängigen" Facebook und Instagram, eben auch LinkedIn, Pinterest und Youtube. Ein wichtiger Entscheidungsgrund war sicher auch die eigene facelift-App, mit dem man zB Instagram Stories oder auch Carousels planen und hochladen kann. Die App ist zudem auch praktisch für Community Management zwischendurch. Onboarding und Eingewöhnung auf die Plattform ist durch die große Knowledge Base und die vielen Erklärvideos sehr einfach.

Cons:

Die anfängliche Unübersichtlichkeit des Publishers, die Dank der Filtermöglichkeiten besser wird. Leider sind die Filtermöglichkeiten nicht speicherbar. Aufgrund der API von Facebook und Instagram können einige Features nicht (direktes Posten von Instagram Carousels über die Plattform zb), das liefert aber keinen direkten Negativpunkt an facelift. Die technischen Issues (Ausfall von Moderation oder Publisher) treten leider immer wieder mit den gleichen Problemen auf.

Perfektes Tool fürs ganze Team

Comments: Facelift hilft uns, uns im Team zu organisieren und den Überblick bei der Vielzahl an zu betreuenden Profile zu behalten.

Pros:

Die Integration der Paid-Kampagnen war für uns eines der ausschlagenden Argumente für das Tool.

Cons:

Wünschenswert wäre noch eine stabile Verbindung von Profilen, bei denen man selbst nicht Admin ist, sondern lediglich Moderator etc.

Arbeitserleichterung und Effizienzsteigerung

Pros:

Die Zeitersparnis v.a. beim Erstellen von Beiträgen über mehrere Plattformen hinweg und das Bearbeiten von Kommentaren und Direktnachrichten an zentraler Stelle. Der ständige Ausbau und die Verbesserung der Funktionen. Der exzellente Support und die eng getaktete und partnerschaftliche Kundenbetreuung.

Cons:

Der starke Fokus auf Facebook im Vergleich zu ebenso wichtigen Plattformen wie Instagram, Twitter oder LinkedIn. Das Advertising-Modul ist weniger gut zu gebrauchen als der Ads Manager von FB; Twitter und LinkedIn sind gar nicht verfügbar

Tolle Software, die noch ausbaufähig ist.

Comments: Alle Kanäle und Firmenaccounts sind gesammelt an einem Punkt verfügbar. Das schafft Transparenz, Vergleichbarkeit und optimiert vor allem Redaktionsthemen und Abstimmungsprozesse. Durch verschiedene Teams und Zuweisungen kann effizient mit Dritten gearbeitet werden. Es werden keine Kommentare/Nachrichten vergessen und die Nachverfolgbarkeit ist super.

Pros:

Bereich Publisher und Moderation für die redaktionelle Planung und das Community Management.

Cons:

Der Bereich Reporting ist nicht ausreichend ausgebaut. Die KPI‘s der Kanäle Instagram und Facebook sind sehr unterschiedlich und daher schwer vergleichbar. Generell fehlen viele Funktionen in den Widgets. Die Beschriftungen und Verschlagwortungen in der Medienbibliothek könnten vereinfachter dargestellt werden, aktuell dauert es sehr lange ein Bild korrekt einzupflegen. Antwortvorlagen sind unübersichtlich aufgebaut und lassen sich mobil schwer bearbeiten.

Solides Manegemnt Tool mit sehr gutem Support

Pros:

Wir nutzen vor allem die Moderation und den Publisher. Das Community Management läuft in unserer Einheit fast ausschließlich über Facelift und erfüllt für uns alle Voraussetzungen. Der Publisher ist ebenfalls einfach zu nutzen und bildet die meisten derzeit von den Plattformen möglichen Funktionen ab. Der Kundensupport ist sehr gut und zuverlässig.

Cons:

Bei LinkedIn nicht immer auf dem aktuellsten Stand, derzeit kein Multi-Image Post möglich.

Seit Jahren sehr zufrieden damit!

Pros:

Wir benutzen seit Jahren Facelift für verschiedene Anwendungen, von der Content Planung zur Moderation, und sind sehr zufrieden damit. Bei der Moderation ist es besonders gut, dass man den Inhalt gut filtern kann und so schnell den gewünschten Inhalt findet. Diese Software ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Ab und zu gab es einige Bugs, aber die wurden sehr schnell gemeldet und gelöst.

Facelift hilft

Pros:

Moderation verschiedener Kanäle an einem Ort inkl. interner und externer Weiterleitung. Zudem ist der Kundensupport extrem schnell und hat in allen Fällen hilfreich agiert.

Cons:

Dass (noch) nicht alle Plattformen im gleichen Umfang und mit allen kanal-spezifischen Funktionen genutzt werden können.

4 Sterne

Pros:

Der Support und die Transparenz bei der Implementierung neuer Features. Man gibt sich Mühe, den Nutzer bei der Entwicklung neuer Features einzubeziehen.

Cons:

Vergleichsweise „träge“ beim Aufruf. Das UI (Stand Dezember 2020) wirkt eher altbacken.

Tolles Social Media Tool

Comments: Facelift Cloud unterstützt uns in vielerlei Hinsicht im Bereich des Social Media Managements. Absprachen können super koordiniert werden und wir bekommen in einigen Punkten mehr EInblick, um unsere Kompetenzen im Bereich Social Media auszubauen.

Pros:

Facelift Cloud ist grundsätzlich ein sehr übersichtliches Social Media Tool. Vorallem die Unterteilung in die einzelnen Bereiche und vielen Möglichkeiten konnten überzeugen. Zudem sind die Ansprechpartner von Facelift unfassbar hilfsbereit, immer freundlich und man kann super zusammen arbeiten.

Cons:

Bei manchen Punkten braucht es etwas mehr Hintergrundinformation, um die Funktionen vollumfänglich zu verstehen. Zudem wäre ein einfach Export an mancher Stelle hilfreich, an Stelle der komplexeren Variante über den Druck.

Solides Tool, Vereinfachung Social Media Marketing

Pros:

Die Integration in unseren Geschäftsablauf war relativ einfach. Größte Vorteile sind auf jeden Fall die übersichjtliche Planungsfunktion und die Inbox für alle Nachrichten.

Cons:

Manche Funktionen sind von den Social Media Kanälen noch nicht für Drittanbieter Software freigegeben

Planning like a pro

Pros:

Die einfache Möglichkeit Posts zu planen und sie mit Mitarbeitern zu besprechen.

Cons:

Ich kann die Funktion der "Kampgenplanung" nicht ganz nachvollziehen, bzw. sind mir die Auswertungsmöglichkeiten nicht klar.

Nahtlose Integration in die täglichen Aufgaben
