"Better than Harvest"
Comments: I've been using Harvest for a company I work for for years and it's amazing how everything can be simpler and more effective with My Hours, not to mention the extra features it provides even on the free version. I plan to get the paid one soon.
Pros: I like how it's ease to use and to duplicate a single entry to a new day. I like how it shows the different times of the entry and how you can adjust every single one of them. Also the reports, I like about the information and details that contains in it.
Cons: I use the free version so I don't know how if it's the same with the paid one, on the last update when I export the report I don't see how to export to a single client anymore, I prefered that option.

"Great for tracking projects at work"
Comments: MyHours helps me better manage my workload and understand the time commitment that certain types of projects require. This assists in future planning.
Pros: This software helps me track my time and provide backup to my boss regarding workload and productivity.
Cons: It's a bit hard to set up your tracking categories at first--projects, tasks and how to use the notes field to capture detail. If you take the time to set these up first, it makes the reports much more useful as you can compare "apples to apples" over time.

"Great time management tool!"
Comments: I have been using MyHours (free version) for a little over 2 years. I find it very easy to use and have recommended to coworkers as well. It helps me see how much time I spend on projects.
Pros:
Easy to use
Free version available
Reports
Cons: No desktop app available. It would be great to just launch from an app on my desktop rather than going to the Internet each time.

"Love it for my software company"
Comments: Gathering everyone's hours for billing to clients on multiple projects is all assembled into 1 step.
Pros: I like the reporting by project. We have to report billing hours by project, so this puts everything in a tidy report and makes billing our clients easier.
Cons: I use to be able to have 5 free users for my company, now I have to pay for all of them

"Flawless, Easy Time Tracking"
Comments: I'm the Executive Director of a very small nonprofit. I use MyHours to generally track the time I spend doing what. It allows me to create monthly reports very easily, and helps me, and my Board of Directors, see where my time is most being spent. It also helps outline the projects and scope of work needed to run our very small nonprofit.
Pros: I work for a very small, very underfunded nonprofit. There is not a penny extra, so I am amazed and grateful for the free version, that allows me to track my time/projects/expenses easily, and create monthly reports with ease.
Cons: That I can't get a free version for all of the independent contractors we use. Unfortunately, we just don't have the money to spend on it, or I certainly would. MyHours is a great program.

"Easy employee tracking and reporting"
Comments: I use Myhours.com daily to report my work-from-home ours for my company. Its easy to set up Projects and tasks, with different pay rates for tasks. Its a snap to log in, select a project and task to work on, start logging hours, clock in and out at various points during the day, and send reports to my supervisor at the end of the week. Its easy to go back and check each day's punches, tally total hours, or get daily, weekly, or monthly reports with payment already calculated. Its invaluable. The only con is that its not very operable from mobile - it should be pretty easy to set up a mobile friendly site, but trying to access the site on mobile is a lot of pinch zooming and menus that don't work - so just use a computer. A functional mobile app would be amazing too.
Pros: The web interface is clear and easy to use
Cons: My Hours does not have a mobile site or app.

"Great Product"
Comments: Very pleased with the product. I have been able to do all I need to keep my billing clear and up to date.
Pros: I used the software for four years now and it has been so easy and flexible to work with over the years. Is easy for track my hours and billing for multiple projects. I also like they are always working on improvements.
Cons: There are not any issues that I am having with the software.

"A great tool for time tracking!"
Comments: I began tracking my hours after returning from maternity. I wanted to be able to show the amount of time I was working to justify my full-time status. I had no idea I would have the added benefit of being able to really see where my time goes. This tool has been so helpful in so many ways!
Pros: I really love how I can easily access reports that show how my time is being spent each day/week/month. As a nonprofit administrator, it is so important to be able to demonstrate to our board and funders how time is spent developing our organization. This tool has really opened all of our eyes to how I spend my time!
Cons: The Andriod app is clunky which makes it difficult to use. I prefer to use the online/desktop version but that is not always possible.

"Flexible and Productive"
Pros: When I was looking for a time tracking app, I was impressed by the My Hours website. I thought, "if they can create a website this useful, their product must be well designed, too." I was right. My Hours is easy to learn and easy to use. Setting up new parameters for my jobs on the fly is quick and intuitive. I never have to relearn anything. I have been using My Hours for documenting my projects, breaking down my activity, and keeping track of billable hours. I've used it for contract jobs and temp roles. I've also used it as an employee to log my daily activity in order to be able to communicate my value and quantify my labor for budgeting to my department. Whatever I need to do, I've always found My Hours can do it, all while sporting an interface that is clean, uncluttered, and user friendly.
Cons: I have no complaints. I have been thinking I might suggest some additional input shortcuts for autofilling the time form fields, after I play more with the current features.

"Solid, affordable choice for time tracking"
Comments: We have been able to have our contractors and employees log their hours using My Hours and everyone is as satisfied as they can be when it comes to tracking hours. It's not the sexiest business problem to solve, but when it comes to being accurate and reliable, you don't want something that's flashy and sexy, you want something that's dependable. That's what I would say My Hours is.
Pros: It is incredibly easy and simple to use, both from a user's perspective and an admin's perspective.
Cons: Last time I used their mobile app, it was so awful that I had to stop using it. However, since most of my work is done on a laptop anyway, tracking hours from the web is a good experience, so the app thing hasn't been a deal breaker.

"Essential in my time-keeping!"
Pros: Generally its really easy to use and does what I need it to. I think almost all of my colleagues use it to track their hours. I love the new weekly email summaries it sends (before I had to download spreadsheets and then enter the data from there into our corporate tool). The ability to edit/personalise the different levels of information (project and task) is really helpful, because we work on so many projects for different clients, with tasks that are similar across projects.
Cons: It would be great if I could edit the format of the weekly reports it emails me (it's in decimals, but I report my time in HH:MM).

"My Hours time tracking"
Comments: I can easily keep track of the time spent on each project/task which is great for backing up charges to clients; and absolutely invaluable in analysing time costs in product development.
Pros:
This software does everything that I, as a one man business, need to track my time spent on individual tasks - both internal whilst developing product, and for invoicing purposes when working for clients.
It is simple, comprehensive and it works.
Plus it is easily extendable to cover employees when I get to that stage.
Cons: I have not to date found any cons with this software, although the frequent useful free updates have occasionally led me to realise that functionality can ALWAYS be improved!!

"Great organization aid for tracking and time management"
Pros: It is a very intuitive interface and I appreciate the freedom to make it what I need it to be.
Cons: Some of the recent changes have taken away the option to see your comments/note from what you've tracked on the activity report. Perhaps it's on the download, I haven't checked. This is really my only con is that you can no longer see that all at once.

"My Hours is PERFECT for small businesses"
Comments: I am a small business providing marketing and strategy services to other small businesses and charge on a per-hour basis. MY Time enables me to easily keep an individual, detailed timed record for each client. I have recommended My Time to all my clients.
Pros:
I love the GUI - it's intuitive - easy to use and easy to set up without any fuss or muss!
I love the fact I can create activity lists for each individual client
I love the everyday ease of use - you can start and stop the clock without any issues and even edit your timings.
I love the fact it has a history - so I can look up my hours for any given client!
Cons: Honestly, I don't have any issues with it.

"I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE MY HOURS!"
Comments: I no longer have to fill out a time sheet. All of my hours are n the screen and sorted out as per the tasks that I assign to them.
Pros: Ever since I upgraded my computer, I have been looking for a timing program that allows me to keep track of my actual working hours with a toggle switch that allows me to turn the program on an off, while answering the phone. I have used Billing Tracker for years, which was another great program, but they have since stopped producing their software. After doing countless hours of online programs, My Hours is one of a few that has this "on/off" toggle switch. It is simple to use and I can keep track of all of my tasks pertaining to one project. I am a small Architectural Firm, and My hours has solved my time sheet issues. I highly recommend it and the bonus is it is FREE!
Cons: I have no negative comments about this program.

"My Hours is the only time clock you need."
Comments: I use this time clock daily as a freelance graphic designer / developer. I was actually using it just before writing this review and will start it up again as soon as I am finished. I started using My Hours approx three years ago. I sampled over six different time clocks and this was the only one that even came close to fitting my needs.
Pros: It categorizes earnings by daily / client / project and you can select any date range as well. It is very easy to add a new client, new project per client, add in an expense or adjust time manually if needed. You can save / export reports by same designations for easy client review.
Cons: I have nothing negative to say about this product.

"Great hour tracking software for consultants"
Comments: I don't have to worry about keeping a log of my time anywhere. The app is handy as well to start and stop time, although I wish I could manually add complete logs. If this software had no free version, I would gladly pay for it. I'm probably going to eat those words once the owners read this review, haha.
Pros: This software has been free the entire time I've used it. All of the features I need are in the free version. I can have multiple customers and hourly rates. After I add all of my time log, it can print a report of how much I can bill for. I attach this report to all of my invoices.
Cons: The invoicing function never worked for me, which is why I don't use Myhours pro. I'm sure it works well now though.

"Perfect for my small business!"
Comments: My Hours has made invoicing my clients & managing my time blissfully simple. It does what I need it to and doesn't have a bunch of stuff that I don't need. Love it!
Pros: I love the versatility of My Hours, and it makes sending out my monthly invoices a breeze! My setup is just for myself so I've kept it simple, but you can add functionality for multiple employees and My Hours would keep up. Simple to set up and edit clients and tasks. Most of my clients are small business owners themselves, and I only work part-time for some of them. If I'm not working for them at the moment, I can just archive their projects to keep my workspace uncluttered. I love that it's web-based so I can access it from any computer if something unexpected comes up. I can't imagine working without it.
Cons: There's nothing I don't like about My Hours.

"Time tracking anywhere"
Pros: Great software, easy to set up and covers all my needs. I can have different rates, dozens of clients and create Projects and Tasks easily. I like being able to use the app on my iPhone and finding the information on my desktop I have recently started using it for my invoices and it works very well.
Cons: It would be nice if it integrated directly with my Outlook.

"My Hours is the Most Important Tool For Managing My Business"
Comments: My Hours is one of 2 software allies that keep my business thriving. My success quite honestly depends on My Hours
Pros: My Hours is always accessible and powerful. At any point in a billing period, I can produce a snapshot of my customer activity. This is particularly important for contract customers with a set number of monthly service hours. My Hours let's me know when a customer is going over their contract allowance and notify them before the billing period is over. Mission critical for my IT business.
Cons: I've been a My Hours customer for 10 years and have nothing negative to report. Why is that? Because the team of developers and support staff at Spica are finding ways to improve My Hours daily. I wanted more power and detail in the activity reports but before I could reach out with my concerns, a new release of My Hours went live and VOILA!

"Very userfull tool for time tracking with great reports"
Comments:
1) Control the amount of time I work with projects and each client.
2) Know exactly what to charge from my clients
3) More control over time consuming tasks
Pros:
MyHours is very easy to use and generate reports with nice graphics and statistics.
I can review time consuming tasks and have more control over the projects. MyHours also give me information about how much each task costs to me and what to charge in my billings. I'm using the free plan for 2 years and this tool is a big help for my webdesign projects.
Cons:
The color pallete :)
I enjoy dark interfaces, perhaps in future this option could be available. For now, MyHours is perfect for my needings.

"User friendly with many useful features, love it!"
Comments: My overall experience with My Hours has been quite good. I have been able to now measure how long I take to do particular types of design projects and general tasks, towards improving my work efficiency.
Pros: The ability to just simply start the timer without needing to fill in any task details until when I am able to do so. The ability to start multiple tasks and edit the details/time of the tasks even manually as I go. I also enjoy the offline app integration that helps me to continue to track my time even when not connected to the internet for syncing when connected. I have also found the "Copy to today" feature quite handy.
Cons: I have still not yet figured out how the 'tasks' work. I often find I can't repeat a task name for different projects. I can rather say, I have only managed a makeshift working knowledge of how to organise projects and tasks however I do not think I am using the features effectively. I also wish the option to export the dashboard summary and data visualisation was available, or I could at least figure it out if it is there. I end up just saving a pdf of the dashboard through the Chrome print/save pdf feature.

"Great tool!"
Comments: Tracking time is so easy on this app and program. The software works concurrently between my phone and my computer. It is very easy to manage all of my customers and my time on each project. My customers like my time reporting on their billing, it helps them see how my time was actually spent. It helps me see when I am productive and when I am not.
Pros:

"Some very good bits & 1 or 2 niggles"
Comments: Our old time recording system ceased to be supported so we had to find a new one. We looked at lots of alternatives and ran a new one for almost a year but it was dreadful. Lots of systems want to manage your whole practice rather than just log time so finding My Hours was a real relief. We run it alongside Xero and our CRM both of which we didn’t want to change. Apart from niggles as above this has been a great system for us.
Pros: It’s great to be able to log time as you work, whether in the office or in the move. I’m sure being easy to do so means we capture more chargeable hours than we did using our old (very annoying) system.
Cons: Overall this is a great product but I have a few niggles which I hope might get sorted out. I don’t like that time is logged to the second rather than whole minutes or nearest 5 minutes - it makes us look money grabbing. Not being able to set up a new chargeable project without having to go into a more detailed screen is annoying and no longer having a link back to the time record from a time report is slowing us down. I don’t like the time report layout as you have to look for the client name and project name - our old original system included a header with this detail which made for better client presentation.

"Even the free version is excellent"
Comments: The free version is easy to navigate and lets me track all my hours and export them into an attractive, well organized spreadsheet.
Pros: I've used the free version to track my hours for four years and have found it very helpful. I can easily split my time among various tasks - and then bill appropriately. The interface is self explanatory. Sometimes I start the clock to record in real time. Sometimes I go back and enter past work. I run a report at the end of the week and download my hours to send to my respective employers. It's all very easy to operate.
Cons: I haven't found a way to reallocate past time by combining tasks.
