The ability to create rules based on nearly any criteria allows us to refine our shipping costs even more. we ship items that roll up so on paper, they are hundreds of feet long. With rules, we can turn it into a box that is just 48" wide. Customer support is the best of any software company we have/are using. You have to submit support tickets to know why certain carriers don't show up as an option.
