> **Pros**: I like it now that the cad integration has worked without crashing all the time and I don’t have to waste hours creating pdf’s for the purchasing department (they can view and select items directly). Propel maintains a version history; therefore, I always know who changed the bom incorrectly last week. I am surprised that it synced with the correct prices from the vendors list.

> **Cons**: The ui are extremely dull and resemble a web site from 20 years ago. Propel takes an excessive amount of time to load large data bases and you cannot move to another tab until the current tab finishes loading. I find it odd that there are multiple icon representations of the exact same item on the same page. Setting up Propel was a complete nightmare and took significantly longer than the salesman said it would.

> Propel eliminated our usage of broken excel spreadsheets that caused everyone frustration. Now the engineers and shop floor personnel can reference the same information and will not build something incorrect. Propel also automatically adjusts the inventory when I make a change to a design and thus eliminates the need for me to manually type this information.

> **Cons**: There is definitely a learning curve with using the software for users who are not tech-savvy. A mobile app would be amazing, but i was still able to access everything I needed on my mobile device.

> Overall, I am pleased with the way the system works with our ECO and DCO processes. It's really easy for our users to see where a change is at in its process. Having phase changes helps keep the group informed about statuses which can save a ton of time in meetings.
