Rating my experience with concord during the past 6 months

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: I can definitely say that I'm satisfied.

Pros:

Fast and simple. Easy to use and doesn't require prior training to use the service.

Cons:

I don't like that when in the process of editing a document you lose internet connection, your edits are not saved and then you have to make the changes you planned to make from the beginning. This is very annoying especially if you draft the document from zero, and the whole draft disappears. Happened to me twice:( I understand that there is a save button, but people don't always want to apply the changes to the main document. Would be awesome if the system remembers what you edited and you can return to the edit when you reconnect to the internet.

Concord continues to be a easy to use and valuable to our team

5.0 4 months ago

Pros:

Concord allows the entire team to access all of our service contracts seamlessly. It allow for easy search, organization, and signing of contracts. It additionally has integration with Hubspot which is our main CRM and we are excited to explore how this can help add to its usefulness

Cons:

There are some status' on contracts that are auto generated that have caused some confusion and I wish there was a way to edit them. Additionally, there doesn't seem to be ways to add additional stages of contracts which would be nice for extra automation.

Concord Survey

4.0 2 months ago

Comments: Positive experience, it does what I need wish to continue to use it.

Pros:

The organization of the platform is not overly complex. I need Concord specifically to notify me when contracts are about to expire.

Cons:

Having to manually update a contract term if the contract automatically renews. In other words, if I have a contract in Concord that is in its second year of a 1 year auto renew, I no longer get email notifications about it coming up for renewal.

My Journey with Concord

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: Concord has made my life as a sales manager easier. Before contracting process would take a lot of time with the back and forths on email. Since I started using concord, the turn over for contract signing has really improved. The other thing I love about it is the collaboration with the relevant stakeholders in real time.

Pros:

The easy collaboration in real time among parties the e-signature - Makes contracts to be signed faster the contract management life-cycle the organization of templates - reduces the complex contracting process

Cons:

I think other features should be added when editing documents. By this I mean features like the ones for word docs like different font styles, numbering, etc (Basically I would want word features to be incorporated)

A Good Contract Management Platform to use

4.0 5 years ago

Comments: Like most contract management platforms I've used, Concord is good but not perfect. All contract management systems have pros and cons, but Concord is the best I've seen... so far.

Pros:

Most liked features are: 1. Bulk Importing existing contract portfolios into Concord 2. Search function - fast, accurate and easy to use 3. Sharing contracts with others is very easy and secure

Cons:

Largest complaints are: 1. Records of draft contracts can not be changed to "signed" where a contract is executed outside of Concord. So if I started drafting and negotiating a contract in Concord and then had the final contract executed by way of a scanned copy or even DocuSign I have to create a new contract record in Concord. All negotiation history, internal / external discussions, etc are lost. This is one issue that is preventing wider adoption in my organisation. 2. Editing template contracts in Concord does not support features lawyers are ordinarily accustomed to. E.g. unable to use autonumbering in templates, unable to use indenting of template documents well. This become annoying when importing a Word or PDF document to create a template. Not all documents will import correctly, yet the native text editing features do not allow a user to 're-create' the form and structure of the original document as a template. 3. E-signature solution does not provide enough flexibility a signing request to be forwarded by an outside person (i.e. counterparty) to an authorised signatory. Concord's native e-signature solution kind of assumes the person who I share a negotiated draft document to is the person who can sign for that company. In an enterprise environment, this is not always the case as company's have rules on delegated authorities. 4. E-signature solution is limited in fields required to complete execution. End user signing experience is ok but not great.

Comments: Positive.

Pros:

Version control amongst a broad range of content contributors.

Cons:

I don't care for the linear setup of approvals. A more flexible model that would allow for concurrent review and approval would be preferred.

Game Changer

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: Concord was the first vendor I did a demo with. I knew as soon as it was over that Concord was going to be my favorite. After going through 10 demos, I chose Concord. The price wasn't something that I was concentrated on although, it didn't hurt that they were WAY lower than their competitors. The ease of use and how functional the system was stood out above all the systems I viewed. Training and support is always available and very helpful. They are there to hand hold or cheer you on - either way, I applaud this company and the full spectrum of value this system added to my daily job.

Pros:

Hitting the ground running is what I like best about this software. I barely needed training as the ease of use on this software allows you to integrate into daily workflows as if it was always there. The clause library is probably my most favorite and building it up has been a breeze. It's simple use and creation of the tool is what keeps me from going crazy looking at Excel spreadsheets all day!

Cons:

The one thing that stands out to me is the loading of 3rd party paper or the building of templates. I am not able to edit as freely when I am loading in another's company document. The formatting can get messed up and fixing it isn't exactly easy. It's definitely not stopping me from using this software but it could be better.

Contract...signed, sealed and delivered

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: Not only myself but My organization as a whole has benefited from using Concord. I am the one that orchestrates the signature approvals and adds the proper tags so they can be easy to locate when needed. and shared with the appropriate parties. I find it user-friendly and navigate through it with ease.

Pros:

I like that there are multiple ways to upload a contract into Concord. You are always able to rename it, add more tags, and most importantly share it with the proper individuals.

Cons:

I found it slightly confusing on how to add the date to the signed contacts. A little Q&A session was able to help.

We love Concord!

5.0 3 years ago

Comments: I wouldn't be able to sort contracts and offer letters so quickly without it, it has made my life easier especially at the rate we are growing being able to send these out with ease is crucial.

Pros:

We really like the usability of the platform, the user interface is easy to navigate. We have great feedback from the users, especially as we send out offer letters and contracts via concord, the new employees say it is easy to use & efficient! The audit feature is great too so you can see who has opened & read the contract & when!

Cons:

the only comment would be that sometimes if you want to edit some of the text, it formats incorrectly & can throw off the rest of the documents format, BUT it doesn't happen every time and could be our template with the issue. Recently i haven't had this problem.

Concord is an easy to use platform

4.0 3 years ago

Comments: Overall, I believe Concord is one of the best contract management platforms in the market. Although we have only used the platform for about two years, Concord has many things to offer such as a wide variety of easy to use features coupled with periodic updates and new even new features. Concord also provides competitive pricing compared to that of other contract management platforms. It is for the reasons above that I would stick with Concord for many years to come.

Pros:

The best part of Concord in comparison to other contract management platforms is its ease of use. The process in which to upload legacy contracts and manage those contracts within the repository is simple and can be done in as little as 3-4 steps. Other platforms seem more complex in the features they provide making it more time consuming and calling for extensive trainings whereas the Concord platform has similar features but with less steps.

Cons:

Although Concord provides an Analytics feature, the feature is limited to the different types of analytics it can provide such as status of executed documents as well as number of documents by status per month. It would be great to see a wider offering of different analytics such as number of documents currently in negotiations or in the approval stage.
