Fantastic tool for social media management

5.0 last year

Comments: With several social networks to manage with posts, buffer monitoring solves the need for duplicated and repetitive work.

Pros:

Being able to manage several social networks in one place with the possibility of scheduling posts and monitoring engagement is one of the features that caught my attention.

Cons:

In itself the tool is excellent, however, with the emergence of other tools on the market and with more attractive prices I had to stop using it, however, I recommend it as it does its job perfectly.

Perfect for Big Teams

5.0 last year

Comments: Over it has been great. I really appreciate the customer service

Pros:

That we can incporate our whole team without being overcharged for each team member! I also appreciate how easy it is to use and that they have an app. This is great for onboarding new users.

Cons:

I wish it notified admins faster when a post is drafted for approval and alternatively I wish it notified the person who submitted the post for approval when there post is approved and what time it is approved for.

Simple and affordable social media management

3.0 6 months ago

Comments: Buffer allowed us to efficiently manage our social media posts and provided analytics, but it did not meet the needs of our small business.

Pros:

We found Buffer easy to use, with a user-friendly interface and affordable pricing but in the end we went with Woofy for more interesting user interface.

Cons:

We noticed Buffer lacks some advanced features like being able to integrate with Alexa.

Review of Buffer

4.0 3 months ago

Comments: It is a good experience especially for me as all I mostly wanted to do was to schedule my posts in one place. That way I can plan my content across all my platforms easily instead of individually logging in to one platform at a time.

Pros:

It is easy to use. The dashboard layout is simple to follow through and understand.

Cons:

I wish you can reply to comments while still on Buffer and engage with other content.

User-friendly but sometimes a bit clumsy

3.0 last year

Comments: Overall Buffer fits quite alright with the small businesses, but is definitely not a good choice for bigger companies.

Pros:

Buffer offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it accessible even for beginners. I also liked the fact the platform provides content suggestions and ideas to help you create engaging social media posts. There is even a free plan option that is efficient for very small businesses and individuals.

Cons:

The free plan has limited features and restrictions, so I went for the paid plan. It's still a bit clumsy sometimes, with recurrent bugs and tech issues. For example, it's very hard to post on LinkedIn (no tagging available). It's also not possible to post on Instagram.

Buffer is amazing for managing 3 accounts

5.0 last year

Pros:

I love how easy it is to setup your posts and just launch them with very little hassle.

Cons:

The 10 post cap on the free plan. Also, when posting to multiple accounts, it can get a bit confusing if you're not watching what you're doing.

Save time from Linkedin and Twitter scheduling

5.0 last year

Comments: Overall is good. I use it every week and not so much. but it saves me the hassle of having to write and edit content directly on the social media channel.

Pros:

I could easily connect the channels I use for the brand. I like it supports Twitter threads and also lets me tag other companies in Linkedin post

Cons:

I can't tag friends or contacts from LinkedIn. Only companies. I don't like the scroll down of time selecting when scheduling

The Buffer Review

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: Love the Buffer and still use it but it's over priced and they need to provide better analytics at the lower pricing levels

Pros:

The easiest service of its kind that I have found to schedule and manage large numbers of profiles - I have been with them since the beginning

Cons:

They went crazy with the pricing and increased it way too high

It is a basic but essential tool for social network programming

5.0 last year

Comments: We utilize Buffer to coordinate our company's presence across numerous social media platforms. We can upload all of our content by using it to schedule the publication calendar. Content is reviewed and approved by the user's permission level. Using Buffer, we can see at a glance whether or not we have scheduled too much or too little material across all of our social media channels. I have used Buffer for about three years, and it has helped me a lot in my work; also, its cost could be a lot higher, and being a very intuitive tool, it represents a good investment. It is very suitable for anyone, whether a professional or a beginner; it works very well for small, medium, or large companies; it is ideal for people who want to edit an image for a publication on social networks.

Pros:

It's a fantastic platform for social media management with many helpful features (including adding text to images before posting them on social media) and helpful customer service (including the possibility to schedule posts in advance across multiple channels). It has a straightforward design that makes it easy to get up and running. And let's remember its review system, enabling us to check articles for coherence well before publication.

Cons:

Fixing the problems you have when you try to contact users and when users try to respond would be a big step in the right direction.

Streamlined Social Media Management with Room for Improvement

4.0 2 years ago

Comments: Using Buffer was a positive experience with its user-friendly interface and seamless deployment. The tool's quality and features met my expectations, and despite some hiccups with customer service, it still provided good value for money. Buffer's ease of use and functionality make it a reliable social media management option.

Pros:

Buffer's ease of use and deployment were impressive, making it a breeze to schedule and manage social media content. The features and functionality offered were robust, allowing for efficient campaign management.

Cons:

Although Buffer's customer service was satisfactory, there were occasional delays in response time, which affected the overall experience.

This streamlined approach not only saves me time but also helps maintain a consistent online presence, which is crucial for engaging with my audience and growing my online brand.

Pros:

It efficiently accomplishes tasks, saving you time and allowing you to allocate more time to other activities. This productivity boost enhances your overall efficiency and enables a better work-life balance.

Cons:

I'm still enjoying it right now so I don't think I have any issues with it

Not a Big Fan!

4.0 10 months ago

Comments: It is fine if you want to go for scheduling. but if you want to go in advance and use a lot of features i suggest you to explore other tools much cheaper and better option than buffer.

Pros:

Well I was using Buffer earlier when there were not many options available. I like it buffer that time because of its features as compared to Hootsuite

Cons:

They have very few features and channel integration available.

I use another product now- Buffer was a good place to learn and practice.

4.0 11 months ago

Comments: It was a good place to start learning about social media scheduling, however, I use another program now due to a superior ease of use of the other product.

Pros:

It was a good place to begin to learn how to use scheduling software. It was the only service that I knew of at the time, and helped get me into the rhythm of posting to social media.

Cons:

The system changed during my time of use of this product. The explanation of the changes was minimal, and the changes were not easy to understand. I started with the free product, and that became unavailable at the time of the change, but I was not clearly informed of the new price and system.

Manage multiple accounts in one!

5.0 last year

Comments: You will also need to monitor your scheduled posts to ensure that they actually post because every few months, social media accounts will disconnect from your Buffer account and require you to sign in again before scheduling any more posts.

Pros:

Buffer allows you to schedule posts to multiple social media accounts in advance. This is critical for anyone to save time while planning content. The app was self explanatory and easy to use.

Cons:

Depending on how many social media accounts you’d like to connect to Buffer, you may be able to find a better deal somewhere else. There are different tiers of paid plans that allow you to connect more social media accounts for more money. Depending on how many social media accounts you plan to connect, Buffer or Hootsuite May offer you a better deal.

Nice tool for starters, not suitable for enterprise

3.0 2 years ago

Comments: Buffer is a good tool for small companies or freelancers, but is too clumsy for having a real scalability path, and is not suitable for enterprise or mid-market companies.

Pros:

Buffer has quite a short learning curve and is easy to learn and use even for non-techie people.

Cons:

Sometimes a bit clumsy, especially when it comes to scheduling posting - it's quite impossible for example to tag people correctly on LinkedIn, and you often have to let your posts as a draft and go to the platform.

Buffer is great for your automated reposts

4.0 last year

Comments: Very good! I've been using buffer every week for out daily posts and during the weekend our social media accounts still looks very active!

Pros:

I love that we can schedule many posts to be re-post automatically. Also it is great that we can change the title so the post would not look the same

Cons:

Sometimes it works quite slow and makes is difficult other programs to run in the background

Good option

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: In general, good option. Easy to use, and follow up on social media content and marketing strategies

Pros:

Very straightforward, easy to use, even if you're not familiar with this product, you'll get the hang of it real quick.

Cons:

Sometimes, the analytics are not quite right. For example, when I used this for Twitter reports, it didn't took into account posts I shared on Twitter without using Buffer. So this is something to keep in mind when tracking. I had to always double-check Buffer and the Twitter Analytics to get the final numbers.

Great for small businesses

4.0 2 years ago

Comments: Very good and will continue to use for the foreseeable future

Pros:

Being a small business, being able to schedule up to three social media posts at once is a great help

Cons:

Buffer's Instagram connection isn't perfect, and often requires manual triggering. However it does warn you of this and includes clever workarounds to assist you.
