Feature-Rich, Easy to Use, and Very Innovative!!
Comments:
The Pulseway Team will work hard with you to get you up and running, the agent is light, deployment is straightforward and easy. Virtually all the tools you might need are there. It has both a dashboard application that runs locally as well as a Web Interface. Remote access and control are good. The Pulseway Help site: https://www.pulseway.com/resource-centre is a good resource.
Overall for the price, Pulseway is an exceptional value.
Pros:
What I like about Pulseway is that it is easy to use. When you open the console and go to a machine, you can plainly see all the options available to push software, execute DOS or PowerShell commands, send a message to the user, remotely control the PC, scope its hardware, check what software is installed. Its all there, easy to get to and easy to control. Also, Pulseway offers Webroot as a AntiMalware option. Webroot is light and fast and does the job. Our users never complain that our anti-virus software is causing their systems to slowdown or become un-useable. Oh and the Pulseway mobile app is revolutionary!
Cons:
One feature that we have some issues with is the is integration between Pulseway and Webroot. When it works it works great, but here and there on a few systems the PC, Pulseway, and Webroot don't agree as to whether Webroot is installed or not. The fix to this is to do a comprehensive manual cleanup/uninstall and try again. Tech support could be more responsive. I miss the old days when you could call and get help for almost any product, but that's not the norm anymore. Once you get hooked up with a Pulseway technician, they will work with you to resolve your issue.

TSG Review 08-01-2024
Comments: I have been very pleased with my experience with Pulseway, Each of the reps in charge of my account have been top notch and have gone out of their way to be friendly and very helpful and Especially Ross who has made every effort to understand the needs of my company and how a one man operation needs to do business.
Pros:
The ability to easily keep track of all of my customers computers and get alerts when there is a problem so I can be proactive in their support as well as Remote Desktop Access which works pretty good for both Windows and MacOS machines.
Cons:
They don't yet have support for Linux Remote Desktop and that is really needed.

Comments: Pulseway is a reliable remote monitoring tool that simplifies IT management. Its real-time alerts and user-friendly interface are great, though there is room for improvement in performance speed. Overall, it’s a solid choice for IT professionals.
Pros:
Pulseway is an exceptional remote monitoring and management tool. Its intuitive interface and real-time alerts make managing IT infrastructure a breeze. The mobile app is particularly impressive, allowing me to monitor and control systems on the go. Highly recommend it for any IT professional!
Cons:
Pulseway is a decent remote monitoring tool, but it can be a bit slow at times. The mobile app, while useful, occasionally crashes, which can be frustrating. Overall, it gets the job done but could use some improvements.
Alternatives Considered:
A robust RMM solution that deserves your attention.
Comments: Overall, I've been very happy and at ease using Pulseway's platform. The fantastic UI and app support are great for IT workers who are on the go and can't always sit down at a workstation. Over time, I have seen small improvements that make things easier every year. For instance, the new device management page, where you can run a script or workflow on a single workstation rather than manually creating a new scope beforehand, is very handy. From my calls with my Pulseway manager and the various webinars explaining different integrations and features, I'm happy to see that the Pulseway team continues to innovate and improve the platform.
Pros:
The platform is very accessible for SMBs to set up and use. I have only had to call support a handful of times for help over the years I've used the platform. The UI and mobile support are fantastic. When I first started, I had trouble getting quotes from other RMMs because of my low user count. I am truly thankful to Pulseway for making things easy for me. The pricing is very competitive from what I've seen, and this is also appreciated. As someone with a multi-faceted role where I can't spend all my time working solely on security, I appreciate the ease of use and polish that Pulseway brings. Pulseway's support personnel who conduct quarterly or annual calls, along with their general support, are fantastic and very knowledgeable about the product.
Cons:
Pulseway, like any good RMM, comes with full PowerShell access to a single workstation or the entire fleet of workstations through a script or workflow. I wish they had more ready-to-use scripting templates for advanced IT tasks. I have noticed that they have released some nice reporting and script templates since I last checked. Their integrated remote desktop solution for accessing user machines could use some more polish. Additionally, I wish there were more dashboard templates to show other metrics.

Pulseway RMM Review: User-Friendly, Powerful, and Feature-Rich
Comments: I've been using Pulseway RMM for a couple of years now, and I can confidently say Pulseway RMM is a game-changer when it comes to remote monitoring and management. The mobile app is for me its standout feature, allowing me to monitor and manage systems administratively from anywhere with just a few taps – super convenient for on-the-go tasks! Its intuitive user interface makes it incredibly easy to navigate, even for less experienced users. I also love the seamless Bitdefender GravityZone integration, which provides solid endpoint detection and response protection without lengthy tuning at a price I couldn't turn down. However, not including graphical remote desktop control for Linux systems is a huge missed opportunity that I hope the Pulseway RMM team will remedy. Overall, Pulseway RMM has greatly streamlined our IT management, transforming our productivity. Highly recommended!
Pros:
- Ease of use / Intuitive UI - Powerful, feature rich mobile app - Integration with Bitdefender GravityZone EDR
Cons:
Lack of graphical remote desktop control for Linux systems

A good RMM tool at a good price
Comments: Overall it has been a good platform to use. It offers very helpful tools at a very good price. While I have my complaints about them, they are willing to listen and improve as I have had previous complaints that have been resolved.
Pros:
I like that the platform is constantly improving and adding new features. They are fairly open to criticism and following through on feedback and requests.
Cons:
I am not a fan of the lack of certain features on the web app that their mobile app has such as installing apps and running workflows both ad hoc. There is also a lack of dark mode on the web app. My biggest gripe though is their documentation. It feels incomplete and can be tricky finding information on a certain feature.
No better company than Pulseway
Comments: My experience with Pulseway has been nothing less than awesome! The team at Pulseway has been quick and helpful if we do experience an issue. I feel the Pulseway team understands the importance their role plays in the daily success.
Pros:
We currently use PSA, RMM, and IT Glue through Pulseway. The most helpful feature is that all three applications integrate into each other, Azure and on-prem Active Directory. These products are easy to use and navigate once everything has been set up. We use all three of these systems daily, and the RMM mobile application helps us keep tabs on the systems when we are not in the office. The few times we've had to reach out to support, we received fast and helpful responses and solutions usually within a day.
Cons:
It's tough to identify a downside of Pulseway. If I had to be picky, it would be that we cannot do everything in the mobile application that we can do with the web version of RMM. I understand it's tougher to fit all those features into the mobile application but if I HAD to choose something to make better.
Alternatives Considered:
Many promise it, only pulseway gets it
Comments: I have been relying on Pulseway to manage my 400 devices, and it works great. Plus they never stop releasing new features.
Pros:
It works in Windows and Mac "several promise to do it but just Pulseway do it fine". Give me the chance to connect and launch admin commands. Is a perfect solution for an environment like ours.
Cons:
The invoices and payment process must be improved.

Best RMM for small MSP's
Comments: For a small MSP like me it offers everything i need to monitor and remotely support the systems i manage. The mobile app is definitly a huge factor. Also my account manager is regularly in touch which is nice (this was not alwas the case). The lack of integrations will make it more difficultto manage if the amount of systems grow but then again pricing is very fair, and did i mention they have a mobile app to manage your systems?
Pros:
Pulseway makes it possible for me to monitor systems on the go. With the app I can preform most of the basic troubleshooting steps, even remote into the system. With the 3PP add-on i can update the OS and 3PP apps. For a small MSP like me its more then sufficient. I have tried Datto this year but renewed my contract with Pulseway in end.
Cons:
You have less posibilities then a solution like Datto and support is not always as good as it should be. I also use Pulseway PSA which is a great tool but there are not a lot of 3rd party vendors that have integrations with Pulseway. Also the need for having a contract for everything is a bit annoying. I get it for backup, PSA and RMM but when i want to get a couple of SAT licenses contracts are a bit of a hassle.

Fairly OK mid-range solution
Comments: It worked well for a time, however we did switch to an alternate product.
Pros:
Very friendly GUI, easy to learn and to instruct others.
Cons:
Lacks a lot of features present in other RMM solutions, pricing is fairly steep too when considering this.
Alternatives Considered:
Solid product with nice features!
Comments: Pulseway has been responsive to requests for information or assistance and both our sales rep and tech support has been available when needed.
Pros:
Product has been reliable and there's new features on a regular basis.
Cons:
Pulseway tries to get you to commit to a 3 year term. However, after speaking with the rep and clearly explaining that we would not agree to a 3 year term, things have been fine.
Alternatives Considered:
Pulseway for the WIN!
Comments: Overall support and services and all things Pulseway work very well. I've not had issues and they are continuing to release new and improved features regularly which do benefit the MSP space.
Pros:
I like the support and integrations and the ability to also do automations.
Cons:
I locked my account out once and it took a few days to regain full access.

Pulseway Pros and Cons
Comments: Very good, support and training is exceptional.
Pros:
Functionality is the main reason, it just does what I need it to do. Relatively easy to configure and maintain.
Cons:
A little costly, be good if some modules could be removed, ie many server related modules are not needed with the growing use of cloud apps.

Effective RMM Solution
Comments: My overall experience has been very positive with Pulseway. New features and enhancements are constantly being introduced.
Pros:
Pulseway provides a large feature set on a consolidated platform. The OS and third-party patching are extremely effective and easy to use.
Cons:
The PSA is not as feature rich as some other offerings in the space. I would like more granularity in setting different required fields per ticket type.

Systems manager
Comments: Overall, Pulseway has been an integral part of my management of 300 endpoints, providing a feature-rich platform that saves time and ensures operations run smoothly. Its consistent development and adaptability make it a reliable choice for businesses that prioritize cybersecurity and need robust automation features. Despite the remote control limitations, Pulseway has proven itself invaluable for my IT operations. If you're looking for an RMM solution that continues to evolve, values customer feedback, and excels in areas like patch management, Pulseway is an excellent choice. The dedication to improvement and community-driven development sets it apart in the RMM landscape. The only reason I'm not giving a 10/10 is due to the remote control experience. If that gets resolved, it would be a perfect score. Finally, I've been a customer for two years and am currently in a new 36-month agreement, if that provides some context.
Pros:
Pulseway is truly a fantastic Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) product, and I strongly believe it stands at the top of its class. One of its greatest strengths is the constant development and improvement. The rate at which they are introducing new features and enhancing the product is impressive—comparing the Pulseway of this year to last year is like comparing night and day. Another standout feature is their patch management automation. In an era where Cyber Essentials certification is crucial for many businesses, Pulseway offers the strongest patch management system in the market. The automation capabilities streamline updates and reduce manual intervention, making it a vital tool for keeping systems secure and compliant. Their openness to community feedback is refreshing. You can request features, and the developers genuinely listen to user suggestions!! This level of responsiveness shows that they value their customers and are committed to improving based on real-world use cases. A must in my opinion.
Cons:
While Pulseway excels in many areas, the one significant drawback is the remote control experience. Having switched from Splashtop, I’ve found it quite challenging to adjust, as Splashtop offers a superior user experience in terms of stability and usability. One specific issue is with multi-screen support. Pulseway’s current implementation of multiple monitor support is subpar, forcing all remote monitors into a single screen. This setup is awkward and hampers productivity. It would be far more practical if they allowed each monitor to open as a separate window, similar to how Splashtop handles it. The ability to remote into multiple devices and full screen each one across different monitors is also something I miss dearly. Currently, Pulseway only allows full screening of one remote session on the default monitor, which feels quite limiting. Addressing these issues would significantly improve the remote control experience.

Pulseway is a great RMM for any size organization
Comments: When leaving our MSP, I needed a solution that would give me the same remote monitoring and access they had. I'm a consumer of Linus Media Group content and I have seen them advertise Pulseway numerous times, so I reached out to Pulseway and I've been happy ever since.
Pros:
The cost of Pulseway really seems to be unbeatable. Pulseway also has a robust feature set for the price.
Cons:
If I had to pick a con, it would be that they add features faster than they can document them for use. Ah, I just thought of something else. I absolutely detest Kaseya and the increasing integrations that Pulseway has with them gives me some reason for concern.

A user of pulseway to 10+ years
Comments: I have been using Pulseway for over 10 years, and overall, it has been a great experience. The product continually evolves, and the new features are always relevant. The pricing is reasonable, making it affordable for small and medium-sized businesses like ours while still providing great value. Keep up the excellent work, team!
Pros:
Managing servers and desktops remotely allows me to deliver an excellent end-user experience from our IT team. The Windows and third-party patching module has significantly minimized the time I spend keeping servers and desktops updated, all while maintaining oversight of the deployments.
Cons:
The remote control feature requires improvement to match the reliability of TeamViewer and currently lacks a centralized management screen for seamless connections. Additionally, the marketing team appears disconnected from the client database, leading to emails promoting products that I have already subscribed to.
Great software for IT management and support
Comments: I've been using Pulseway for approx. 10 years. The software is very stable and I havent experience any downtime or faulty. it's has a lot of functions (patch update management, software deploy, third party patch, anti-virus deployment ) and easy to navigate. Pulseway support has been very good and useful.
Pros:
[sensitive content hidden] has been really great in her customer service field and account manager. she's alway there to help with our enquiries, improve and flexible adjust to our business need. Pulseway RMM is a great product with everything IT management needed from assets management to remote sessions. They are also keep updating and adding more functions to it.
Cons:
Integrated anti-virus Bitdefender need to be fully manageable in pulseway instead of logon to Bitdefender GravityZone itself.
Aturc Bilişim Sistemleri
Comments: Till now, Pulseway is the best tool I ever used, I wish to meet and start to use before
Pros:
All hardware info is under my fingers, easy to manage
Cons:
Remote Desktop still needs to improve, connection speed is low and sometimes lost connection and need to reconnect.
An on the good tool.
Comments: It allows me to be on the go but still monitor client assets
Pros:
The portability makes it a tool that I can use but doesn't tie me down to an office.
Cons:
sometimes I have to go to the web interface for things but I know everything can't be on the mobile UI.
