"Thumbs up for Tracker!"
Pros: It tracks our activity well and has the ability to function with our phone system.
Cons: There are still some bugs being worked out, but the updates are frequent. They are minor issues.

"Very intuitive and easy to use!"
Comments: We were ATS newbies, so we needed an ATS/CRM that would would be intuitive and easy to use. Not having any experience prior with a recruiting ATS platform, this was the answer. It has an easy interface and has so many features that I'm sure we're just touching the surface of it's capabilities. There's more for us to learn having only been using this product for 4 months, but I would not only decide to go with Tracker again for it's use and service, but I would recommend it. The feature that stuck out best to me when deciding is the invoicing capabilities as along with it's CRM functionality unlike most ATS offerings out there. Good luck!

"TrackerRMS Extremely Responsive"
Pros: The vendor was extremely responsive throughout the initial engagement. Questions were quickly answered and any concerns addressed immediately.
Cons: The vendor was fairly new to the Canadian Market so there was some initial education that needed to take place on some of our processes.

"Great so far.."
Pros: The resume parsing and robust searching capabilities are great. It will definitely help us hone in on relevant candidates. Phenomenal customer service!
Cons: The candidate lists can take quite some time to navigate. I would prefer a sort & filter option based on specific text rather than ascending.

"Tracker Streamlines our Business"
Pros: As a cloud based solution I have access to it on any device without having to install and maintain software.
Cons: Occasional software bugs provide a distraction. For example we began receiving an "out of space" notice and had to open a support ticket to get it resolved, during the period affected we were unable to upload docs.

"Reached out to our CSM as we are getting close to creating out own website. She is great on sharing us the needed info we needed to get jobs posted to our site."
Pros: Drag and Drop multiple resumes feature. Also adding candidates to tracker via the email add-in.
Cons: Easier search tools that bring up candidates and rate your match based on requirements. Ex) right now the best way to do that seems to be from a job posting and not the candidate page. Also, we can't find the feature to fwd a candidate information to another co worker from tracker.

Comments:
TrackerRMS was shortlisted amongst three other CRM providers by the Senior Management Team within Voicenet Solutions. After looking intensively throughout the CRM providers it was a decision that was not taken lightly.
TrackerRMS provided us with a total unified system for every area of our business from Support, Project Management to Marketing, Finance and Account Management. The information put in there can be accessed by all if required, but the access and security can be handled in a way that gives all users separate availability to their data.
Also, the support given from the staff at Tracker is second to none from the Account Management and it's easy to get to Account Manager to the Technical Engineers in the background.
All in all - the application, support, and ongoing management has been first class and I would gladly recommend TrackerRMS to anybody considering taking on an all round CRM System.

"Great product with even better support"
Comments: One of the rep is the best! She's always quick to assist me when I need it. She's very professional and personable.
Pros: Tracker is easy to use and allows us to customize reports to meet our business needs. We love having dedicated support for when we have questions or would like to learn more about the functionality.
Cons: Occasionally, Tracker does not save properly. Although it is a very rare occasion, it does happen from time to time and usually it doesn't save the History which reflects documents sent.

Comments: I have worked in the UK recruitment sector for 11 years in Executive Appointments, Business Change and IT; and enjoyed a successful career as a top billing Consultant, Team Leader, Manager, and Director in both large (100+) employee national consultancies and smaller boutique firms. In this time, I have trialled just about every form of recruitment software available in the UK (including many provided by the large US firms) to deliver the best results in both permanent and interim/contract employment sectors. As a Director and large shareholder at Kyna Associates we drew on this experience to select a new recruitment software partner in early 2012 and chose TrackerRMS which we integrated in March 2012. I rate TrackerRMS as the best recruitment software on the market. This is why we selected the system and continue to be extremely satisfied with both the functionality of the system, and the customer service and support we receive from the Tracker team.

"Small things I wanted to change with my reports"
Comments: Customer service is literally the best part of this product, Customer rep is incredibly fast at responding to any issue/question and has fixed or completed anything we've thrown here way. 10/10
Pros: Search is quick, built in email is nice, it's quite customizable which is something that takes some time but makes it much more productive.
Cons: Quite a few bugs but the most frustrating is completing a phone/email task and manually setting the date for a previous date and it'll change it back to current date. Double the work if I want to input doing something for anything previous than today.

"Very easy to use and very robust"
Comments: Great system and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Pros: Texting feature, ability to say in contact with candidate, ease of use, operating solely out of this system.
Cons: The only bad thing I will say and its not even TrackerRMS, but I wish out limit on text feature was longer.

"Excellent ATS with even better customer service"
Comments: They handled the data migration incredibly well!
Pros: Tracker RMS has clean and easy to navigate UI, customization, very good web-scraping, Job Posting, and convenient to use outlook integration.

"Poor customer service and support"
Comments: Very poor, use Airtable or find an alternative
Pros: Ok generic ATS with very limited options to customise. The new version is ok, but still a bit clunky
Cons: Phone support is premium rate. Email support is limited and slow. System was recently updated, but still clunky. Total lack of covid 19 support. Built my own system on airtable that outperforms TrackerRMS for a fraction of the cost. Tried to get support during covid 19, non offered and accused of holding out a begging bowl. Shocking attitude and customer service.

"Preliminary experiences with Tracker RMS in recruitment"
Pros:
When I went looking for an ATS for my Recruiting business, it had to have a number of features to support my business. I was looking for the following items which Tracker provided:
1. A solid candidate management tool, including resume parsing, communications history, Outlook integration.
2. An integrated campaign tool
3. Website integration
4. An integrated timesheet/approval system
5. A web-based system, as I travel and wanted access.
6. An extensive help file with videos of how the product worked
7. A responsive ticketing system
8. A powerful template system to automate routine tasks
Cons: There are cases where the help files and the product do not match. This is a double-edged sword, as Tracker is bringing new functionality on board rapidly, and sometimes the help is behind.

"Great Product"
Pros: The software has so much functionality and the customer service is exceptional. They listen to ideas fromt heir customers who use the product daily to make it better and more efficient.
Cons: The only con would be the user who doesn't use the software to its maximum potential. Only con might be that it's not super intuitive but the capability is there.

"Great tool"
Pros: Always growing and improving. Loving how you can get to the candidate's job placement record directly from their profile now.
Cons: The lag time. Also, the reporting tool is not easy to use as well as creating custom dashboards. The calendar is not easy to read or use.

"Great functionality and reasonably priced"
Pros:
Huge amount of flexibility with what information to show/hide from different system users - streamlining many of the everyday processes that recruiters, admin staff and BD reps have to complete.
There are some great reporting tools to help managers keep track of KPIs - again, flexibility here far exceeds many of the competitors in the market.
Although the company is small, they are very attentive to our needs, and did a great job of importing the data from our previous CRM.
Cons: Currently, the look and feel of the product is a little dated, but it seems like the next update will modernize the software to be more in line with competitors.

"Collaboration with the Customers needs at the forefront"
Comments: Very few ATS' bring an easy to use CRM for sales, that is simple and intuitive that the staffing industry requires. TrackerRMS is most interested in listening to the needs of their customers to develop a best of breed product. Genuine authenticity in the business partnership.
Pros: Easy to use interface, customer first approach, committed to constant enhancements. Integration with technologies that are constantly changing and evolving in the staffing and recruiting industry makes the product very attractive. Customization of verbiage used by your own firm allows the product to feel like you made it yourself - engineered for just your firm.
Cons: Continual advancements in mobile (phone) application will enhance usage in the field that will bring speed to the activities of staffing sales professionals.

"I Love TrackerRMS"
Comments: Overall TrackerRMS has been one of the best programs that I have worked with. Simone, as well as the other employees, are very helpful and willing to assist. No matter the issue or concern she is willing to listen and help figure it out and if she cannot most importantly she will do her best to find out. I love TrackerRMS and look forward its continued growth in popularity
Pros: I like everything about this program, it makes it very easy for workflow and process. It is very user-friendly I can easily pick up where I left off and the email functionality is awesome, now that I am using it.
Cons: There isn't much I do not like, maybe there can be additional color options added to be able to use in display settings

"First-time ATS admin, Experienced CRM User"
Comments: The value of TrackerRMS can only be appreciated when the platform is being used to its fullest capacity by everyone on your team. If there is someone not committed to the process, the data input accuracy, or their due diligence, it decreases the potential of what this system can offer. Having impressively responsive customer success and account management team at TrackerRMS means that there shouldn't be any excuse for underutilization.
Pros: I appreciate how TrackerRMS offers many ways to accomplish the same result. It doesn't force me to do any activity using a singular approach. I have experience with CRMs; however, this is my first encounter with an Applicant Tracking System, so coming into this organization, I reset my expectations. What worked on other platforms wasn't going to apply to this one and, more often than not, not being realistic with ANY software can create negative experiences. The FAQs, orientation videos, and support via the account management and success teams make learning the functionality easier than most systems. The trick is actually to focus on the material, though. If you do, you'll be interacting with everything the platform has to offer and more in no time. If you don't, I guarantee it'll be a source of frustration because it is the same with learning anything new or unfamiliar. Having the ability to store communications, documentation, comments, company, and candidate details all in one place is more of a strength than most realize. It reduces the time you have to search for things in your e-mail, cloud storage, desktop, etc. The workflow is logical, and the customizations allow for a company or department to generate specific reporting applicable to their team. The LinkedIn integration, ability to forward e-mails to a record, change dashboards, and streamline processes as you see fit is a tremendous asset.
Cons: The "con" section of any review never seems fair to the company, from my perspective. What I see as unfavorable from my view may be a positive for someone else. The platform does what it promises. It allows you to track leads, add details to records, manage candidates, automate marketing campaigns, integrate with applicable apps such as LinkedIn, track time, manage payroll, store documents, and produce detailed reports. The only con I have with the system is the information being put into it by the other fallible human beings (nothing and no one is perfect). What goes in is what comes out. Not having everyone be as conscientious of their data entry is the source of my frustration as an admin. Some may say "inflexibility" and a lack of customization are cons. However, from a development standpoint, the more flexibility and custom options you build for clients, the higher the risk for issues. So even if some of my ideas are great ones, that doesn't mean they belong in a system with thousands of others that it'd negatively impact in the end.

"Customer Service is excellent!"
Comments:
I have worked closely with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and she has taught me so much about Tracker and what it can do. Before [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], I was using Tracker for basic tracking. After working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] for a couple of sessions, she has taught me so much about how Tracker can help me do my job and automize essential emails, marketing, tracking, reporting and keeping in touch.
It makes my job much more effective.
Pros: The software is great. It is user-friendly. Colourful, easy, great with reporting and automation.
Cons: I wish Tracker were a little more integrated. When you upload a new resume to an existing candidate or something from LinkedIn, it would automatically change the title and current company that the candidate works at in their file.
