Comments: It allows for the organization of incentives and for them to become reality in order to encourage all workers to have better performance

I think this type of incentive implemented through Awardco is wonderful for the benefit of all of us workers who recognize effort and good performance, which is more valued. Awardco is a way to create recognition programs, giving incentives more easily and really to the people who deserve them

Cons:

I like the function developed by Awardco, and there are no complaints about the software

Comments: I thoroughly enjoyed the different settings and uses. And ease of use for our employees. Even our older employees felt comfortable using it.

Pros:

It’s very convenient and easy to implement. There are a range of settings and options to set it up to your company’s needs.

Cons:

Just getting everyone used to using awardco instead.

You can use this for your company to give more active to your agent.

Comments: Upon using this app we can get a point from our incentives or performance and we can convert it to any following available way like sodexo rewards any etc and I will recommend it to my friends or to my future company so that we can perform to receive an award.

Pros:

Awardco is easy features you can locate or navigate on what you looking for.

Cons:

Sometimes there is no available way to use the reward but this is okay as well since you can choose more option to use your reward.

Cashouts not working. Awful experience with support.

Comments: see above. massive award redemption issues and support is useless.

Pros:

Awarding others with monetary compensation based on work done. Getting rewards based on the work I've done.

Cons:

The redemption process has failed for me on two separate occasions, with support taking 20/30+ (ongoing) days. First instance of failed remeption happened before the christmas break where after cashing in a gift card for a store through awardco, I didn't receive the gift card and heard nothing for 20 days. After this time passed, awardco support messaged saying that the company who I got the card with was no longer doing awardco cards. Got a refund, but it still took 20 days. Second instance was when I cashed out over 100 USD of visa prepaid cards before leaving the company. Awardco sent confirmation emails and links to activate the cards before I left. These cards failed to activate, requiring a login through the company I worked with (which I didn't have). After contacting support, 9 days later I received replacement cards which failed with an "apologies we have encountered an error on our side". Still resolving this case. It's been 30+ days since starting this mess. Support have been so far unable to resolve this and I still haven't received my card. Utterly abominable results from a company whose only job is to provide gift cards... I'm unsure if getting users to give up on redeeming their codes is baked into their business model. Honestly unsured if this company is genuine or not. Do not recommend.

AwardCo Is Awesome!

Comments: Everything is great with Awardco. I also do like on the side where it keeps you updated with other employees' milestones. That makes it more personable with your coworkers and I know they appreciate other coworkers reaching out and congratulating them.

Pros:

The site is very user friendly. It also has great awards and variety of awards as well.

Cons:

It would be nice if there was a chart of some sort that tells you if you have X amount of points, you qualify for this, etc.

Awardco is Awesome

Pros:

Awardco offers a physical or virtual spend rewards card. This is the first software I have used that had a physical card, my employees enjoyed this. Another great feature is Awardco partners with Amazon. My employees absolutely loved this because they could truly select a reward they would use and enjoy.

Cons:

There is nothing negative to say at this time. The software has been great.

Awardco Improves Engagement of Employees

Comments: What better way to boost the engagement of employees by incentivizing the rewards & recognition platform and offer a wide array of prizes

Pros:

curated range of rewards definitely helps employees to be more engaged in reaching a certain goal

Cons:

there was an instance that the option to claim your points via gcash was disabled but that could've been an issue with gcash themselves doing some sort of maintenance as usual

Awardco - A Platform Helping Organization in Recognizing Employees

Comments: Overall, Awardco is helping our company in recognition of employees provide rewards, incentives etc. It is even included Amazon business which allows variety of rewards, gift cards etc.

Pros:

Awardco has the best UI with employee recognition and rewards are customizable and even integrated with Amazon for gift cards.

Cons:

Awardco is a bit costlier and complex for the beginners.

New to me, and I love it!

Comments: I think my company failed to introduce and educate me on Awardco, or I somehow totally missed it with onboarding. I suddenly started receiving recognitions, looked into it, stumbled upon the Awardco site/tool, and it seemed clear enough. I felt uncomfortable for a while about how exactly the points and ultimately $ were funded. I still don't know, but I've just been going with it. At some point, I finally became curious about how to redeem. It seemed intuitive enough, and almost "too good to be true" that 1 point = 1$. That's very generous of BPM! I didn't spend much time looking at the options to redeem, because the items in the catalog didn't catch my attention or interest me much. I was super happy to see that I could redeem into a credit card! So, I became an even bigger fan! I love the interaction with coworkers, feeling appreciated, validated, and the fun friendly element of it.

Pros:

Awardco's interface and feature suite is very nice. It's complex enough to be useful but not too cluttered etc. I really appreciate that email notifications are sent out to clue you in about being recognized or prompting you to recognize points before they expire.

Cons:

I really can't think of anything negative about Awardco, and I'm kind of a critical user who is frustrated by many apps, websites, interfaces etc. Awardco has been awesome.

Love Awardco!

Comments: I haven't experienced anything negative with Awardco. The products are nice, the shipping is fast, the shopping is easy. The only thing I've noticed is if you considered a point per dollar, sometimes the products cost a few more dollars than they would if you just ordered straight from the source.

Pros:

I love receiving my points through here, bc i save the points and feel like it's a savings account that i can use to spend on fun things i wouldn't normally buy. The shipping is really fast and it's super easy to order.

Cons:

Nothing really, but if i had to choose, it would be sometimes the products cost a few more dollars than normally buying off Amazon or the store.

Appreciation & Improvements

Comments: I love it and use it nearly daily. I love being able to recognize others for what I am aware of which may not always be known or visible to other leaders in the corporation.

Pros:

The ability to send to anyone in the company. The ability to get gift cards for placed most tend to shop.

Cons:

There is no way to see the intended Award vs. the approved award.

Highly Recommend AwardCo for your Company

Comments: I would rate this a 10/10. AwardCo should be at every company.

Pros:

The ease of use for searching for a possible reward is wonderful. There's a lot of choices to get something from the employer or even other outlets that I love, such as Amazon. Its easy to use the points and it is really nice to see everyone's comments and recognition. The ability to provide feedback is amazing as well.

Cons:

I do not have a lot of cons about awardco. I do wish that there was a 'dark mode' option. The overall lightness of the page is very harsh on the eyes if you're taking time scrolling through things.

Awardco, the best employee rewards and recognition platform

Comments: My overall experience is just awesome. I like the fact that I can have all my employees rewards and recognition needs in one platform. I highly recommend Awardco to all business owners and employers.

The best thing with Awardco is that it is like a one-stop shop for all employee recognition, and rewards.

Super easy app and cannot beat 'free money' for taking care of myself

Comments: I regularly tell coworkers this is a great system. And why would people not want to get free stuff for taking care of themselves and tracking their progress as they do it?

Pros:

The awards are terrific - dozens of choices to spend my award money on. And I really like the group activities where several people join together to earn points.

Cons:

Nothing bad about it. I love this app and how it works.

Great rewards program

Comments: Great program!! Like the feed to employees can be see employees outstanding service.

Pros:

Great options to choose from, you can receive products or can order e-gift cards. Many options to choose from.

Cons:

Sometime the shipping may take time to receive, depends on the product. I thought i ordered a new Air Fryer, turned out to be a restored item.

life saver

Pros:

i love awardco because getting rewarded and recognized for my hard work pushes me to not only be a better worker but a better person. the rewards come in handy when helping me purchase things for my kids. Awardco is a life saver.

Cons:

i love everything a out awardco. i like the many options awardco offers

Awardco: When you want that quick, easy and "extra" opportunity for recognition.

Comments: Excellent from the moment it was launched it was easy and well received.

Awardco Review

Comments: So far, I have been using Awardco for about 4 years. It has been a good experience!

Pros:

Awardco gives you a chance to complete wellness activities and earn points that are redeemable for monetary gifts and awards. It also allows you to recognize peers for their outstanding performance and award them with a monetary award.

Cons:

Awardco seems to be very user friendly. The tracking is easy. I think that Awardco could allow more points to be gained from the "My Choice" activities for additional awards and incentives.

I love it.

Pros:

The prizes and reminders to BE good. And the classes are nice. Can't wait till next year.

Cons:

A lot of activities seem to overlap or strive for the same thing.

Awardco Rewards Employees

Comments: I have had a great experience with Awardco, I especially like the "only show items I can afford" feature when I'm shopping for items.

Pros:

the ability to "bank" points, providing for greater spending power.

It seems that items that are Awardco options are priced higher than traditional shopping i.e. on Amazon Awardco eligible options appear to be priced a few dollars more expensively that on the Amazon site directly..

Amazing Employee Recognition and Rewarding Tool

Pros:

I like that with Awardco, it has been easy to recognize and reward our employees. Thanks to Awardco, we have been able to effortlessly boost employee morale.

Awardco Makes Life Easy

Pros:

I have about 2+ years of experience using this software, and I am thrilled with it. Whenever we have contests, or any kind of recognition, awardco makes it super easy to login and view all of your points. I love how it has the gift cards built in as well as me and Company merchandise if you’re not interested in gift cards, so there’s something for everyone. It also gives me a sense of being connected to everybody within the organization because we are all remote, so I like that I’m able to recognize people for doing a good job and have them potentially be rewarded for it.

Cons:

I love everything about AwardCo, it makes recognition easy.
