"Info and follow up"

Comments: The business problems we have been able to fix is the follow up time and the way we go about tracking customers information and jobs going on.

Pros: I liked most about crm is that it shows you valuable detailed information and graphs to track current business and future business as enterd.

Cons: So far I like all that the program offers,still entering information and finding my way.

"Using the Followup CRM"

Comments: Overall this is a great system for sending out proposals to the client with A Professional look.

Pros: I love how I can enter pictures and add my deficiencies and when you add the square footage or EACH
it totals out the price for that measurement. You can also adjust the time and materials.

Cons: I didn't like how sometimes when you adjust the labor time and update deficiencies it will back the number back down to what it thinks the time should be.

"NV Roofing Review"

Comments: So far we have been able to pull reports off the CRM to help with follow ups with customers, salesmen tracking, and so much more. We have been able to utilize this Followup CRM in ways we couldn't before.

Pros: We love the ease of access to this software and that everyone can do their own updates and emails through the program.

Cons: Something that our company has found would be helpful but as far as we can tell right now, there is no way to add documents to each profile. We would like to be able to upload contracts so we can tell which job is which.

"good revamp"

"Great Sales Tool!!"

Comments: Best sales tool I've ever worked with. Makes it very easy to see when you have to follow up with a customer. I use it even as a meeting reminder. Easy to get reports, customer service goes above and beyond to help! Thanks to Customer representative!!!

"Lack of thought in scheduling process"

Pros: Can sort through all jobs quickly and reminders are very nice

Cons: This program doesn’t account for times on the days of appointments. Insane that I have to skip to the notes on the bottom to look for a typed appointment time. Times should be immediately under each day. Also jobs list need ability to define in another color for ease of visually segregating.

"Pipeline at a Glance"

Pros: The dashboard lets each employee know what is on their schedule today and in the future, which keeps all tasks in sight. Nothing gets lost or forgotten, which is important to our customers and our company.

Cons: I have some trouble running reports if I don't select the correct type of project, but other than that, nothing.

Comments: Good tool for sales reporting and customer follow up. Good reports.

Pros: Easy to use, customizable and simple, good product for a lower cost then sales force and other CRM's

Cons: Reports export to adobe rather then excel. You can not sort them and manipulate them to arrange as you see fit.

"FollowUp Power Review"

Comments: Tracking our clients, bids and managing follow up dates and steps of each process have helped our whole team greatly! Hands down love this system over the previous systems we have tried!

Pros: Ease of using, being able to locate client information very quickly and the Dash Board.

Cons: Would be nice to customize fields to fit our particular needs better and/or hide fields we do not need. Notes can get very long with all the auto system entries, I feel this is not necessary for us (maybe good for others?).

"Follow Up Simply Works"

Comments: We recently started using the Follow Up system and I cannot recommend it enough. If you make proper use of it, you will see your sales increase. It is just that simple.

Pros: Ease of use and results.

Cons: Sometimes the browser display has to be adjusted to view everything properly.

"Great tool to help keep traction and follow up with customers"

Comments: Great company because of their follow up with us. They reach out with solutions to issues presented or just follow up on what is needed or if there is more we need from them. They have always answered the call and they have not disappointed.

Pros: This software helps hold you accountable each week and provides a means to follow up with customers, and leads.

Cons: Still a new software and still adding features as needs come up.

"Follow up helps track and keep projects in front of you."

Comments: At our company our job list grows pretty fast on at a drop of a hat, so follow up helps us input the job information, track what needs to be done on daily tasks, estimating and status of them, and collections also. It has been an invaluable help in all these areas since we signed on with Follow Up more than a year ago.

Pros: Ability to set reminders

Cons: Would like to have a more detailed version that I could use to track costs in each individual job.

"Roofing Sales"

Comments: I'm able to keep track of quotes and regularly follow up with customers.

Pros: It is a great source for follow up on current and past accounts. everything is at your finger tips, as long as you do your inputs. I like being able to email customer directly from follow up site and having it go into "notes" section.

Cons: There are a lot of categories or boxes I don't have need for.

Comments: 40yrs +. Commercial Roofing as Estimator/Project Manager.
I have worked for large and small companies utilizing various forms of bid tracking. This is somewhat intense for my needs but not a cumbersome process.
To be honest I did not use it much this past season but have started off this year with it; Hoping to see trends with respect to the various types of success with various contractors to eliminate sending quotes to contractors that never use our services. I never realized how much I bidding I do for certain general contractors that never give us an opportunity. We also want to see which specific product /system types we tend to be most successful in winning.
I also like the ease of customer base entry when quoting to multiple GC's.

Pros: Ease of information input.
I like how it compares my performance to the rest of the company.

Cons: Have not discovered any problems.

"Great Sales Tool"

Comments: I am a commercial roofing account manager, This tool is the best tool I have ever used for a follow-up reminder. It gives you the ability to never forget a follow-up and to always pick up the conversation where you left off. Always. You customers will be more than impressed which doesn't alway get you a contract but it always gets me last look to decide whether or not it is beneficial for me to get to the number they want.

Pros: The customer management portion, not only does it remind me to follow up with a customer, it gives me the ability to pick up right where we left off.

Cons: Maybe just the aesthetics, I don't think that's very important though so its a non-issue.

"Followup CRM has helped our business succeed"

Pros: Followup has helped our sales staff keep their clients organized. They know exactly what the next step is, when to contact them, and can write detailed notes about meetings and phone calls. We are also able to reference past clients that don't show up on the dash board and get any information again if needed.

Cons: I wish the home page would remember you so you don't have to sign in every time your visiting.

"Followup is a lifesaver!"

Comments: Followup Power makes it simple to stay on top of my pipeline. It allows me to stay organized and follow up with my clients when I say that I am going to. It allows me to stay in touch with my clients on each and every project until a decision is made. Especially in the construction industry where the sales process can take months and even years to complete, it gives me a competitive advantage by easily setting follow-up dates to stay in touch with my clients long after my competition has stopped. I would be lost without this software and highly recommend it!

Pros: I like that this software is simple to use and has many tools for staying on top of my pipeline. It also makes it easy to track progress, trends, and create reports.

Cons: Overall it is really great.

"Brain damage"

Comments: The program I'm sure is fine, it's hard to put much value to it all since we are still in training and we are fine tuning how the program adjusts to what we do so it's still a bit cloudy right now. You have to understand I'm before computers so the simpler the better. I'm sure those that were brought up with computers think this is easy but it's involved and and has many moving parts. Since our company is putting their twist on the details like how to categorize the the leads it's still an issue as far as I'm concerned. In a couple of months when we get most of the training done we'll see what it's all about. Thanks, Steve

Pros: It covers many details about a file which is good.

Cons: I think because there are many dialogue boxes to acknowledge different details I wonder if the right info is being seen by the right people that are also involved in the job.

"5 stars"

Comments: I don't know what I'd do without it. The old way of tracking with files & whiteboards is not nearly as effective to keeping me on task in a timely manner with all of my clients.

Pros: The most important feature this software gives me is a at a glance look at my leads. NO ONE is forgotten with using this program.

Cons: It would be nice if my appointments could be automatically synced with my google calendar so that i don't have to enter them in twice.

"What get's measured gets done"

Comments: I have become more organized and realized what clients are the best suited for our product and which are just obtaining bids.

"Wanna look like a Rockstar? Use FollowUp CRM"

Comments: Being in front of a customer and they start asking questions that pertain to finance or square footage. It's extremely Important that you look knowledgeable and educated on the project. With CRM I'm able to pull up all my notes/spreadsheets/docs, etc.... Makes me look like a Rockstar instead of some guy searching for answers.

Pros: I can track a project from start to finish. Add start and stop dates for projects. attach all quotes/bids/statements. Everything that pertains to this client and his needs, I can pull up on his/her created account.

Cons: The Email features needs a TON of work. It is probably my biggest complaint. It just doesn't streamline with all of our other services and features. We don't use that capability.

"FUCRM"

Comments: Decent so far. Had some problems with pulling accurate reports for a month.

Pros: Keeps me up to date with tasks. I enjoy the overall functionality.

Cons: Seems to be a little strange on the mobile app. Sometimes saves many times for same entry. I'm used to Salesforce and this has many stripped down features that I would like to see.
