"Perfect for signing contracts"

Comments: Overall I like this program a lot, it has made my job much easier

Pros: I like that it makes it very simple for my clients to sign contracts from their phone or computer, as well as it keeps all of my documents in one place

Cons: It is frustrating when you have to add each tiny signature field one at a time and assign them one at a time

Comments: Huge time saver

Pros: Dotloop is so easy to use, and has saved me so much time. I used Docusign for years and thought the transition would be a challenge. Nope, so easy to learn and use. Love it!

Cons: The only thing I found a little cumbersome is when you add initials and signatures to a document uploaded I wish you could select one person and just click several boxes for them to initial at one time.

"Dotloop Review"

Comments: I use dotloop for all real estate contracts

Pros: What I love most about Dotloop is how user friendly it is. You can access your loops very quickly and find the forms you need in seconds. There are not multiple pages that you have to flip through to access certain tools, it’s all on one page.

Cons: The only thing I dislike about dotloop is if you leave something out and have to edit the form after your clients have signed it you lose the signatures and they have to resign all over again, I understand why, I just wish there was a way to edit without losing every signature, for instance just losing signature on the page you edited and a way to reshare the one page

"Keeping up with the times!"

Comments: It is so amazing and helpful I use it every time. We use it throughout our company, and I use it with clients regularly. It is so easy for them to get the email and sign docs on any device. I'm pretty sure you don't even have to make an account-- although it is wroth making an account! Anyway, great experience overall.

Pros: The best thing about this software is its convenience. You can have paper work sent to clients, signed easily and sent right back within minutes. Props to this company for keeping up with the times because this is the future of documents-- online.

Cons: One thing I find meticulous is that you have to enter a specific "sign" or "initials" box everywhere you need a client to sign... its kind of time consuming! It would be nice if the system could recognize regular documents and identify the already established signed boxes to complement them with the e-sign box. Also, you have to go back and assign each one to a client! Sheesh! It's still better than long hand, don't get me wrong! But there is definitely room for improvement there.

"Dotloop"

Comments: I am able to keep up with all the important documents throughout a transaction with ease. No more going here and there to find documents.

Pros: I absolutely love dotloop! I love how it makes keeping up with my transactions seamless and easy! Dotloop is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I also love how it allows the other agent to access the file for the transaction as well.

Cons: I honestly can't complain about anything on dotloop! I love the system and wish I would've started using it sooner.

"Keeps me on track and simplifies my life!"

Comments: It makes me super efficient.

Pros: I love having all my contracts with me in my pocket! (iphone) and the ability to share documents when anyone needs them. There are always last minute items needed for closing and it's great not to have to go to the office to send them.

Cons: Hmmmmm....I can't think of anything at this time.

"A Must Have Software"

Pros: Dotloop brings all of the needed paperwork involved in any real estate transaction into our technology-driven lives very easily. Adding signatures, editing paragraphs, and filling out contracts couldn't be easier. I love that I can switch from my laptop to my phone and still have access to all my files. Additionally, presenting my clients with such a well-built software helps them see that I'm a professional and that leads to more business. In my opinion, every RE Agent (and many other professionals from different fields) should be using Dotloop.

Cons: That the mobile app is missing some of the features from the web version.

Comments: Wow love the support staff regardless of situation they will help you get your contract to the correct parties to get signed end of story love the customer support

"Great Software!"

Comments: My team has experienced a massive amount of growth and this software has been a large part of it.

Pros: This software has made mine and my teams work lives so much easier. Being able store forms and easily share documents has sped up our process exponentially.

Cons: Honestly, the information the software shares with outside parties is my biggest concern. We use it still because of the ease of use.

"Real Estate Dotloop User"

Comments: Great experience for use with my clients in real estate transactions. Easy to download and make changes if needed. Good for combining separated documents into one single pdf.

Pros: Very easy to use. Extremely easy to perform tasks needed in real estate transactions. Excellent for sharing documents and retrieving signatures from clients.

Cons: Setting filters can sometimes be confusing if a person using dotloop is not properly trained to use this software.

"User of Dotloop"

Pros: It's a great record management system. Once you learn the features, it becomes easier the more you use it.

Cons: Creating documents and tasks are cumbersome. Records are only archived, not deleted which is strange. it takes a while to really get to know the system and how to move around it. Also lots of complaints from clients they can't access documents. This is a really important feature that needs to be looked into.

"Excellent, user friendly program"

Comments: Dotloop makes my day to day operations easier as I can complete my real estate files with ease.

Pros: I was using a different software when I started with the company and really liked it. I was hesitant about the change to Dotloop, however after a few initial growing pains, I have found Dotloop to be miles ahead of the old software. The ability to share documents with buyers, sellers and other agents is second to none. I trust the software and enjoy using it.

Cons: I was collaborating with an agent in our office on a sale and for some reason our files didn't link and we had duplicates. I strongly suspect it was user error and not due to the software.

"Useful for so many real estate tasks"

Comments: Our office is happy that we switched to dotloop for transaction management

Pros: Love the ease of use, document management and the e-signing abilities. It is a lot more mobile friendly than our previous product. We love that agents have the ability to get signatures on the go. It is easy to use, add agents, set up templates, etc. Good call-in tech care

Cons: I do wish I could get more agents to start using it and maybe some additional help from Dotloop for those agents that are reluctant to do so. They do have good webinars but some are prerecorded.

"My Dotloop Experience on a Daily Basis"

Comments: I use Dotloop everyday to administer the real estate transactions of our real estate firm. To say it easy to use and very dependable would be an understatement. It is one of the best products I have used and I've been in real estate for over 20 years.

Pros: This produce is easy to use and easy for to teach new real estate agents how to get started and become successful. I love that the customer support is so accessible and helpful.

Cons: I often find there is a problem with a new user already having an email account which Dotloop recognizes. It is now an easy fix for me thanks to the patient support from Dotloop customer service reps.

"Lacking Some Basic Features ."

Comments: In general it’s great. But they seem to have stopped improving it for users. But they keep adding more ways for Zillow (which owns DotLoop) to mine every bit of information about every transaction you do.
Oh also I had been paying for DotLoop myself. When my agency started proving it for all agents, there was no way to move all of my deals to the DotLoop which I now get provided by my brokerage. That’s totally lame.

Pros: Having all of my documents for each deal in one place is fantastic.

Cons: There are not enough choices for what stage the transaction is at. For instance on a real estate purchase deal the choices for status are Pre-offer, under contract, withdrawn, sold, terminated or archived. Where is “accepted offer”? Or “under attorney review” etc. or maybe just let us customize our own status? But that’s impossible too.

"DETAILS"

Comments: The organization of the properties.

Pros: i LIKE THIS SOFTWARE BECAUSE EVERY LOOP HAVE THE MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM THE LISTING AND WE CAN KEEP IT BERY ORGANIZED FROM ME AND THE BROEKERS, WE ALSO CAN KEEP TRACK OF THE COBROKE THAT CALLS AND THE CLIENTS THAT SAW THE PROPERTIES. I LOVE THAT WE CAN PUT THE DOCUMENTS OF THE PROPERTIES AND DIRECTLY FROM OUR PHONES AT THE APP.

Cons: THE DETAILS OF THE HOUSE (THE THREE POINTS) ARE NOT VERY ACCESIBLE AND in the phone app you have to click 3 times to access the details. it will be better to have ONLY the information filled at one of the 4 options such as task, the bell, people and documents. I was expecting that every change, new listing, every new information at the loop, the agents will get notified, but I have to go to whatsapp company chat to informed the changes, and then make the changes to dotloop.

"Thank Goodness For DotLoop!"

Comments: Make my life so much easier, organized and I love how I can go back to even closed transactions and pull up an archived file if needed. I love how it tracks my production and transaction history.

Pros: I love how DotLoop captures all my transactions in one easy to use place. The dashboard on Dotloop is the best thing for real estate since email!

Cons: The only function I'd I have any issues with is when adding new people to a new transaction. I use the same title company over and over but for what ever reason when I start typing her name it does not pull the rest of her info from my contact list?

"Good for management"

Comments: It’s probably my second favorite in terms of the digital signing experience but my favorite for management features

Pros: It works very well for document management and transaction management.

Some features are hidden and not easy to discover

"Dotloop makes us so much more efficient!"

Comments: Dotloop is a great tool for real estate transactions, and it makes our day-to-day workload much more manageable!!

Pros: Dotloop is great for staying organized. The templates section can be broken into folders, which makes for easy real estate transactions! For example, if we have an Estate sale, we simply add to a loop all items from our “estate sale” template folder. When I save in the template folders, I fill out each item with necessary fields (i.e. date, text box, signature prompt, etc) so that it is ready to be used when added to a loop. Our clients also find Dotloop user-friendly and are able to complete their paperwork using Dotloop as well!

Cons: The only “issue” I can recall is that when entering contact information for people into Dotloop, it will attempt to fill in the fields for you. This is great, except if it fills the fields in inaccurately. For example, if a husband and wife share an email address and you are trying to add the wife but the husband already had been entered into Dotloop before, it fills the husband’s information in. This is easy to fix, but just know that it can happen.

"Solid document management software"

Comments: I've been using it for years for real estate sale transactions, lease-ups, signing property management clients, and personal document management (like executing forms for applications).

Pros: Dotloop makes it easy to track documentation on real estate transactions. You can create and edit templates for fast document prep and even apply old templates to new document versions. It also lets you upload additional forms for a transaction like existing leases, receipts, etc. Search functions are good and the document editing options are decent.

Cons: Sometimes when another party in a transaction invites you to interact with docs in Dotloop (and they are also a user), it can create redundancies which are a pain--multiple loops with the same or similar names, and each loop has different versions of the same documents.

"Review"

Comments: Overall the experience is great. Easy to use and navigate.

Pros: I like the ability to see all the documents together when I am in a loop. Very easy to add and edit documents. Shortcuts are my time savers. The links to "how to" video are super helpful and can be shared with other users

Cons: If the fields overlap by accident, the documents can't be saved. It doesn't provide exact place/ page that has overlapped fields, rather just mentions letter and a number with an error message that that document can't be saved.

"DOTLOOP REVIEW"

Comments: Great to use and easy to use. I Love I can set up my own groups for forms such as listing folder and buyer folder and all the docs are right there that I need for a transaction. I love that I can attach PDF files to send to folks who are not in the system.

Pros: I like the ease of use and how the forms autopopulate. I like that when a client signs it automatically comes back to me in the system and I am notified.

Cons: It is great system and I would not change anything as it has worked out very well for myself and my clients.

"Review of DotLoop"

Comments: Basically, besides the email signature roadblock, my experience is good. I understand there is a learning curve and I'm working on it. Please continue to have your representatives available to support clients on the phone. A "live" person comes in so handy in stressful situations. I definitely value this option.

Pros: The product offers many valuable features. The sharing of tutorials is great and the DotLoop service team is excellent. It is VERY important to be able to speak to a knowledgeable representative on the "phone."

Cons: Signing documents for our older generation who is not computer savvy is definitely a roadblock. I've run into this situation several times. DocuSign has a way around this hurdle. Can DotLoop improve on this feature? Also, having a menu option for Hot Keys such as copying check boxes would be great. I did print off the Tip Sheet, but it would be helpful to have an on-screen option rather than searching on a website.

"Making Transaction Management Manageable"

Comments: As mentioned above, Dotloop allowed our small team to transition away from paper-based processing to a fully digital solution. Our team was able to closer over 100 transactions per year with a single adminsitrative transaction coordinator thanks to its templates and task tracking systems.

Pros: Dotloop has a clean, intuitive interface (especially after their most recent design update). It helped our small team clear over a big hurdle of allowing our ops team to efficiently manage transactions while simultaneously allowing our agents to check on progress with as little friction as possible. Dotloop made it possible for our team to finally forego paper files and transact fully in the cloud.

Cons: Despite multiple attempts, our team never really trusted the more complex features of Dotloop (individual user permissioning in particular). Whether user or system error, we had several instances where non-team users were seeing notes, documents, or contact information they should not have seen. As a result, we used Dotloop for internal processing only, which means we had to look elsewhere for client-end solutions.
