Pros:

Ceipal Talenthire is a good ATS if I'll talk about small business companies. It's costing is not that much high but also provides a great compatibility and features.

Cons:

Ceipal page stuck and buffering all the time during work. We have to delete all history and again have to start process from starting rest hard to get a relevant profile from our database.

Pros:

Its capability of huge database and job boards integration for the candidates search, hassle free updating the status of the candidates.

Cons:

The continuous change in the status of the candidature to get the report otherwise it might not give you correct details. It’s a time taking process.

Comments: As of now it is okay, I am suggesting you to include some more job boards so that we can get more resumes.

Pros:

with the help of ATS we can get a wide range of resumes.

Comments: The overall experience about Ceipal is Positive. The software is user-friendly and it is very useful to to streamline the recruitment process. however, customer support response time could be better.

Pros:

The best thing about Ceipal is its user interface its very simple to understand and use. The candidate database makes it simple to search and view candidate profiles.

Cons:

It Occasional glitches and bugs in the system. Customer support responses could be faster.

Best ATS I've ever used!

Pros:

I've used most of the traditional job boards (JobDive, BullHorn etc.) but Ceipal is by far the best tool for fast moving recruiting roles. Specially for the managemnt point of view. The BI gives all the insights of whats happening with the team and how good they are performing.

Cons:

The Ceipal internal database search engine really requires some attention. It often doesn't give good results despite having good profiles in database.

Comments: Firstly I was using another software and that was creating many issues but when we came to use Seamless, it gave us a sudden chance to get the correct details of clients to manage the relation with them and while using it we get a good chance to grow ourselves.

Pros:

It gives the client details exactly what we want in our data.

Comments: I had a long journey with Ceipal ATS. I have been using since when Ceipal came to market as an ATS.

Pros:

The ease of use and user friendly interface. They are always ahead of the technology shift and advanced

Cons:

The GUI and some reporting features. Some times you will find 2-3 different reports which slightly differ with each other for the same data.

Pros:

Ceipal is the finest finance ATS I've ever used. I've been in the market for the last 10 years and have used multiple ATS. Compared to all others, Ceipal is the best ATS and user-friendly.

Cons:

One thing I like least about Ceipal is when we need to collect documents from candidates. If we send the email directly, they might feel a bit worried to share the documents. However, when we share the link through Ceipal, they find it much easier to share the documents

Comments: My Overall experience is average not too good not too bad I can prefer separate portals like monster and Carrer builder because we have got more filter in separate job portals for example in Separate monster, we have got us citizen and permanent residence filter but in integrated ceipal we don't have this filter

Ceipal filter is worked properly as compared to job diva The platform is simple to navigate, so recruiters can quickly find what they need. We can connect directly with the candidate over the phone

Cons:

Don't have many options while searching in string builder i have worked on both ATS Ceipal and ATS Job Diva in job diva we got more keywords in string builder for example if i am going to put Healthcare companies in job diva, so job diva fetches all companies and gave me the best results, but ATS Ceipal doesn't fetch
