Zenmaid is Much easier to figure out. Nothing worse than training a new admin person up to use an extremely complex software. I'd love to see an AI assistant to give suggestions on scheduling, taking into account client location, cleaners location, the length of the clean, fitting into the cleaners availability etc. Scheduling can be a logistical nightmare, so having AI assistance would be awesome.
