The folks in charge of their billing department do not have phone capability. I tried for three days to get someone, ANYONE, to help me talk to an actual person. I received an email today (5/29/24) stating that my contract has already renewed, even though it is set to renew 6/1/24. Is it even legal to renew a companies contract early? > > Our overall experience with MemberClicks, now that it owned by Personify, was horrible. It's so unfortunate, because MemberClicks was once a great company to work with.
