In addition to folders you can create collections of images that are stored in separate folders. Very convenient to share images externally. Unfortunately other users can't see collections you've made unless you send a link to it. > > **Cons**: Tagging, user and folder management could be better. A lot of it works by copying rights to other folders or users, but that makes it more difficult after a while to know which rights should be copied. It's also not always straightforward to understand who can see what. But there is a 'Login as' function so you can mimic another user to help with that. Finding images with a specific tag is difficult as there is no tag cloud to click tags.
