Still figuring out things but definitely it's worth trying for basic/ medium needs

Comments: I am still giving a chance and try not to lose hope in migrating form hubspot to brevo. Let's see, overall = I still have hopes

Pros:

Flexibility of adjusting the database to my need (attributes) and a good UI

Cons:

The ambiguity of how contacts and companies are linked and how to combine different needs of linking multiple entries to one entry and so on. I had some issues while uploading the file with companies. No reliable support from UI and several glitches (my understanding now is that it took much longer to upload the file but the notification bell said it's all done even though it wasn't). All in all some things can be improved in managing data and combining data. I am new to Brevo so I might find some other suggestions. Stay tunned:)

Simple, fast and intuitive

Cons:

It's not a unique problem for Brevo, but one thing I dislike is that the statistics for sent campaigns are not entirely accurate. This issue is common among all providers. While the platform itself is user-friendly, the inconsistency in data makes it difficult to fully trust the campaign performance metrics. It’s an industry-wide challenge, but it’s still something that affects the overall reliability of email marketing tools.

Comments: Because of the kind of activity I perform with Brevo, I use the tool occasionally, but I don't need to be back to big tutorials since the tool is very intuitive. I need to better understand the use of the Contacts and how to fully leverage the mailing system (including the instant messaging part).

Pros:

An easy yet powerful tool; the free version provides a full range of tools that are very useful and reliable. Easy of use is another big plus.

Cons:

Of course the limitations of the free version affect my day-by-day, but nothing that cannot be handled. The building of Newsletters is not always straightforward because of the limitation of the graphic design tool, but that's acceptable. A better use of AI would probably be another plus.

Cons:

Editing a duplicate of a previous campaign makes you use a clunky editing interface for the visual. Absolutely impossible to use for this part. Billing tiers / license seem messy.

Comments: Overall we have a fantastic experience with Brevo and will continue to use it for the foreseeable future.

Pros:

The ease of use and setting up of the system. It works well with our membership database by being easily updatable via an excel export/import function. It is highly configurable for setting up lists and filters allow us to tailor make our content for our subscribers. The price is also good in comparison with other platforms.

Cons:

If a contact changes their data within the brevo system we do not receive a report to show what has changed which would allow us to update our main database.

Comments: Above all, this tool has made the creation and management of our newsletter campaigns much easier. No time wasted and it is more accurate.

Pros:

Brevo simply delivers. Whether it's about launching a newsletter campaign or managing complex automations. The user interface is so intuitive that even the newest of users can find their way around immediately. When it comes to automation, Brevo really won me over.

Cons:

As much as I appreciate Brevo, there are a few things that need improvement. The learning curve for some of the more advanced features should not be underestimated. It would be great if you were given a little more guidance with more complex tasks.

Great experience… simplifying my system

Comments: Great experience. I discovered it last year and hesitated to change from the plateform I used. But I finally decided to change to simplicity my process.

Pros:

Having everything at the same place, so easy to use compared to other tools and very intuitive.

Cons:

The absence of social media planner inside the tool. It would be great to plan my organic posts on the plateform too. So that I won’t have to leave the tool and could use this unique tool for my business

Comments: Very good, its a fair pricing system. The Desktopapp is never down or lagging.
Overall one software in our techstack we dont think of changing and actually dont compare. Brevo always brings out new stuff you need.

Pros:

Ease of use of the product is the best. Brevo is the easiest to learn and use for non-technical people. Creating Campaigns through the multiple channels is great and the email campaigns templates are create. A lot of freedom to create and also with the Audience Creation super easy. We manage multiple clients and our own newsletter all in one brevo account.

Cons:

The Automations / Workflows and native Integrations could be better. We mostly do everything with Zapier but it would be nice to have more direct integrations and use Brevo even easier with our techstack.

Great Value Bulk Mailing Platform

Comments: Positive, easy and simple to get to know/ start using.
Intuitive layout/ easy to find things.

Pros:

It is better value for money than sending our mailings out via mailchimp with a better and easier UI. This has meant we have been able to bring our entire database to breve and use their subscription form which is much easier to update/ tweak than our previous version.

Cons:

When a recipient unsubscribes from one mailing brevo unsubscribes them from all mailings, rather than just the one list/ mailing they did not want. This is very frustrating as we unnecessarily lose subscribers. When asking for country location on the subscribe form, I had to manually import/ type the names of every country for people to chose from rather than it being an existing field that brevo has as a template. Billing was confusing for accounts as it says send in blue rather than brevo.

Comments: I'm happy with Brevo. I've been using the platform for almost two years now, and it fits our needs perfectly. I’m not thinking about switching anytime soon.

Pros:

What I like most is how easy it is to use. It's very simple for our team to manage our email campaigns without any prior knowledge about how to use the platform. We don’t have to waste time figuring out complicated features, so we can just focus on getting our outbound emails done.

Cons:

There are a few bugs that annoy me. For example, I often get error messages saying that logs can't be fetched at the moment. We also had a bug with a user role that prevented me from creating templates.

Easy to use and complete

Comments: So far so good. I've tried other services and I had some frustrations that I didn't have with Brevo.

Pros:

I think Brevo is easy to use and it's also complete. I can easily create and schedule my emails and I think the free version is great for small businesses. The paid versions have a fair price.

Cons:

It doesn't have an app and it's terrible on the phone browser, so I can only use it with a desktop. Sometimes I want to write and prepare some campaigns while using my phone, but it's impossible.

What's more interesting is the fact that even if you don't know how to use Brevo and need a little help, you can access training videos on Brevo's YouTube channel to help you get started. Users looking to harness the full potential of the platform may need to invest additional effort in learning and experimentation. Limited Design Flexibility: Although the drag-and-drop editor is very convenient, some super-creative users might find the design flexibility limiting. Customizing templates beyond the provided options may require HTML/CSS knowledge, which could be a drawback for those without coding expertise. Contact Management Complexity: Managing contacts and segmentation could be more streamlined. Some users may find the contact management interface less intuitive compared to other platforms, especially when dealing with larger contact lists. Template Selection: While Brevo offers a variety of templates, the selection might not be as extensive as some other competitors. Efficient and intuitive

Comments: I use the tool every week. It is fast, intuitive and efficient. It meets my needs.

Pros:

I like the facility to use. It's very easy to learn how to use Brevo, and it's efficient. I like the designer tool for emailing campaign. It's intuitive.

Cons:

I find that the unsubscribe options are too limited. I would like it to be possible for those who receive our emails to unsubscribe from one list, without unsubscribing from another. Rights management could also be improved.

Comments: On the whole, it is one of the best emailing clients i've used so far. I've been using it since the days it was called SendinBlu, and it has never failed in terms of my use-cases.

Pros:

I have used Brevo largely for sending email campaigns. I really like that i can instantly see the report on deliveries and bounces. i am able to track the open and click rates too. its easy to use, convenient and overall very user friendly. Designing emailers with or without using presets is a breeze. I have created and saved my own block for quick and easy access.

Cons:

In some sections like contact lists, the UI gets a little confusing. It may not be directly useful to me, or beyond my ability to use them and that could be the reason for it. Having many many features and putting them together to build a platform like this must also be difficult. So, i'm not criticising, just sharing my experience.

I used Brevo for sending bulk emails when I first started my position as a sales account manager, and it was incredibly helpful.
