Pros:

Neatly organized and friendly application. The most liked feature is the chat support team.

Cons:

The only thing that is kinda confusing especially to non-technical person is on integrating with third-party tools. Most of it needs to be connected with Zapier which is again another subscription.

A great alternative to amoCRM and Kommo

5.0 4 weeks ago New

Comments: Our migration process was quite smooth. The service company assisted us in transferring all of our historical data. Since the interface was user-friendly and familiar, our team was able to learn how to use Pipedrive in just a few days. However, it took us a couple of months to replicate some of the automations, as the logic was new in certain cases.

Pros:

Our CRM boasts an intuitive interface and seamless integration with Zapier. We gather a multitude of data points from multiple tools and incorporate them into a 360-degree cockpit for our sales team.

Cons:

I want to clarify that it is not a scam, but I am still facing difficulty with configuring and supporting filters for the pipeline view.

Piping Hot CRM That Keeps Sales Flowing

4.0 2 weeks ago New

Comments: Pipedrive has helped us optimize our sales process and boost our conversion rates overall. We have been able to pinpoint bottlenecks in our sales funnel and adjust our strategy as a result. As a result, during the first six months of using Pipedrive, we noticed a 25% increase in closed deals.Pipedrive once saved the day for us in a big way. At the end of a quarter, we were making a significant final sales push, but our Sales Director was sick with the flu. I was able to intervene and ensure that we put the correct emphasis on our efforts because Pipedrive made it simple to assess the status of every contract.

Pros:

I've been using Pipedrive in Marketing operations for the past two years, and it has completely changed the way our sales team works. Pipedrive's innovative and user-friendly layout, which makes it simple for our team to manage leads and track deals, is its best feature. The visual pipeline view is invaluable since it enables us to quickly assess the status of each deal and make informed choices. After utilizing Pipedrive, we closed 15% more business in the first quarter! The integration with our own platform is smooth.

Cons:

The reporting might use some customization, which is one feature I find annoying. I wish I had more freedom to design unique reports that I could present to my leadership team. To give more comprehensive reporting, Pipedrive does integrate with Google Analytics and a few other systems. They could also enhance the functionality of the mobile app.

Pipedrive has the worst support and poorest automations.

1.0 3 weeks ago New

Comments: I really can't see any pros. I'm feeling scammed by paid youtube reviews. Pipedrive pay for people to say good things about their CRM, but when you start to using it, the reality is completely diferent.

Pros:

I don't see any pros, and I deeply regret to let my company use it.

Cons:

A lot of cons, as I'll describe bellow. The support is definetly one of the cons. Automations are the other cons. Terrible automation options/usability. Another. Even as the owner of the company, you can't see other users email messages, which is weird. There must be no privacy between users emails and the management, just because we need to MANAGE THEM, we need to see if the email they're sending are propper emails.

Increasing sales with Pipedrive

4.0 2 months ago

Comments: In short, Pipedrive is a powerful and easy-to-use tool that offers a lot of functionality to manage a company's sales process. I found its interface to be averagely difficult to customize compared to others on the market such as "Pluga", the visualization of the sales pipeline is efficient and the integrations with other tools contemplate the needs of my company.

Pros:

I use Pipedrive for sales management and CRM which has a lot of good points for my business. Some of the main ones are:Customization: The tool allows me to customize the entire sales process according to the specific needs of my company.Clear view of the sales pipeline: Pipedrive offers a clear view of the sales pipeline in real time, which greatly streamlines my day-to-day life, allowing me to follow the progress of sales.Advanced reports: Which allow us to analyze sales performance and identify areas that need improvement.

Cons:

I use it daily in my company to optimize processes. However, like any tool, Pipedrive has some downsides that should be considered:High cost: Pipedrive can be expensive, especially if they need a lot of users and resources like my company does.Early Learning: As in my company, we were not familiar with Pipedrive we had to invest some time to learn how to use the tool effectively.Missing features: Compared to other sales management tools, Pipedrive has missing features. For example, workflow automation may be less advanced than on other platform

Excellent CRM for its flexibility, integrations and smart automations.

5.0 4 weeks ago New

Comments: Pipedrive makes it simple to record lead discussions, oversee open bargains, and track closed income for the commerce, it's a reasonably direct CRM that works with sales-led organizations. We digitized and overseen all of our client connections through this apparatus, in combination with Zapier, we too dealt with the LinkedIn contact points of interest of the individuals we communicated with, which had been a tremendous time saver. We are presently able to share over the organization the status of all bargains being outlined and arranged inside the organization, this has permitted us to create and oversee more trade, which rises to more income.

Pros:

It's simple to utilize with no bugs, has parts of valuable instruments, simple to tag and collaborate with other group individuals, incredible to form and customize reports. I like its usefulness and UX which implies I'm sparing 30% time on some errands over my ancient CRM (FreshSales), it moreover incorporates a wide extend of integrative. PipeDrive has permitted us to oversee numerous more leads than we seem some time recently, we are moreover able to section our leads and oversee e-mail campaigns based on who has talked to them and around what, it has professionalized our deals endeavors, adaptability and ease of setup has been priceless to us.

Cons:

It's kind of befuddling after you get new leads because I think you would like a lead inbox so you'll superior recognize leads and work from there without burrowing through the contacts segment. PipeDrive gets to be inconceivable for coordinating leads and opening an opportunity at a client, but it does exceptionally small for the real organization exertion or work exertion related with checking exploratory orders by a client.

Intuitive and easy-to-use interface

5.0 last month New

Comments: Pipedrive helps sales teams more efficiently manage the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. In order to reduce the time spent on administrative activities and repetitive tasks.

Pros:

A very complete and easy to use sales management platform. Some of the most important features include visual pipeline interface, contact management, activity management, email marketing, workflow automation and gamification.

Cons:

Although Pipedrive is a very complete and easy-to-use platform, there are some features that could be improved. For example the workflow automation feature is limited in terms of customization options and can be difficult to set up correctly. Also, Pipedrive's reporting feature can be quite basic and doesn't offer advanced data analysis options.

Pipedrive as all in one CRM for your businesses

5.0 last month New

Comments: Overall after 2 years of using Pipedrive as a CRM + automating and connecting apps in it. I can say that it's really easy to use and there are too many apps that can be connected on top of it.

Pros:

What I love most about using Pipedrive was that it was very easy to use. I myself, was tasked by a previous client if I could help them automate their company from form leads to proposal and deal won. It just took me 1-2 months before I have managed to execute all the required things by my client as I have said Pipedrive was highly customizable with regards to deal managements, contacts, addnig labels on each deals or contact. I also love the fact that they have builtin automations that saves us space in using Zapier tasks.

Cons:

What I don't like about pipedrive is their webhooks they have no way to detect if someone has submitted a form, which is another cons into their form feature, when you create one and created a builtin automation there's no way to detect if its a new form submission not unless you connect it to a contact or a deal and start with that.

Great for a sales-focused team!

5.0 3 weeks ago New

Comments: Pipedrive has been a great tool to manage my team's leads and sales activity. There's never any confusion with what's going on when using Pipedrive, and that's the biggest plus to me.

Pros:

Tracking leads and activity in the pipeline has been a great experience. I love the custom field capability, as I find a lot of low-to-mid-priced CRM tools don't have that! The activity view is fantastic, as well as the scheduler.

Cons:

I wish there were simple email templates for client communication rather than just in the marketing area.

Good enough for your sales team

4.0 10 months ago

Comments: Pipedrive is an excellent software for sales CRM purpose. Very easy to deploy, sales pipeline is customizable and it is actually a good match for SaaS type of companies. We can add next activity, log them and put necessary documentation in the deals. Having subscription and invoice options are really useful to track revenues. The reporting section is useful and there are plenty of metrics. It is possible to create different dashboards with certain metrics. Lead Booster add-ons cane be useful so that you can add chat bot or connect your web forms.

Pros:

Great tool to track and manage end-to-end sales activities. I like the illustrations when a deal is closed :) Possibility to integrate with many tools. Simple UI. Good reporting section with customizable dashboards. Forecasting and revenue tracking options - good for SaaS companies.

Cons:

When we had a smaller team, we just wanted to have a tool that we could use to track leads and deals. As we wanted to have more teams like marketing, client success and HR to use CRM, Pipedrive is not that capable. Another issue is that you need to pay extra to use some custom fields in the reporting.

An Affordable CRM that is both Feature Rich and Easy to Use

4.0 3 years ago

Comments: The onboarding experience is one of the best I have had. You can quickly get going and they have a ton of resources to get additional help (forums, videos, blog posts, video updates etc.)

Pros:

I recently switched to Pipedrive from one of their competitors for two main reasons - their Contact Timeline feature and the wide arrange of integrations made available on all of their plans, even the lowest tiers. With the Contact Timeline feature I can quickly see all the touchpoints (both when and how) I have had with an existing contact. This is super helpful when looking for clients to follow up with in a single glance. I have seen similar offerings in personal contact organizers but nothing fleshed out to this degree and integrated with a more capable CRM. Hands down Pipedrive has the most comprehensive integration marketplace for the best price period. Other CRMs charge a hefty price to access webhooks or Zapier and usually allow access only on their higher level tiers. I love that Pipedrive has chosen to open up these integrations to all users on their platform. This is huge win for small business owners looking to grow with them. I am amazed at how many native and 3rd party integrations they have. If the tool exists, there’s a good chance you can connect to it with Pipedrive. It’s obvious that they have made integrations a priority and this adds a lot of value to the platform.

Cons:

Overall I’m very impressed with Pipedrive. I do wish they would focus more of their efforts on the GSuite or Gmail Chrome Plugin. This is a real missed opportunity. In my previous CRM I could access all of my deals, contacts and notes right within Gmail. This was a real time saver, since I never had to leave Gmail to view my CRM data. Pipedrive’s Gsuite plugin is more context related. You can only see the contact/deal related information for the email you are currently viewing. I hope the plugin gets more attention in the future. Another modification I would like to see is image previews of contacts on the main contact page. They do offer this in the contact timeline view, but I would love to see it in the main contacts page as well. Finally, the Smart Contact Data tool needs some work. I have had issues with it finding enriched data on a lead. The previous CRM I worked with did a much better job. Hopefully this gets hammered out.

I LOVE Mailigen

5.0 3 years ago

Comments: I use Mailigen almost everyday to send email broadcast/campaigns and to run reports on the effectiveness of the campaigns. I love how the reporting breaks everything down for you and is very easy to read and understand.

Pros:

We have use Mailigen for over 7 years and I absolutely love it! You are able to set up your company profile which then autopopulates as needed. You are able to have multiple senders set up to send emails from different people in your company. The tech and customer support teams are awesome. They respond quickly and are always very helpful.

Cons:

Mailigen can be a little clunky in that when you are scrolling through the senders, it doesn't allow for alphabetical order.

Pipedrive makes it easy!!!

Comments: We have had a great experience. When we first on boarded Pipedrive, any questions we had were easily answered by the Pipedrive team. Truly great.

Pros:

We love everything about Pipedrive. It has so many desirable features for keeping your customer database as well as your sales 'deals' organized. It is a one stop shop, truly. We would love more than anything if every single department had something as easy as Pipedrive. It has never taken us more than one day to get someone trained on using Pipedrive, it's that easy!!! It keeps all dollar amounts, products, customer information, emails, reminders, notes, attachments, reporting, analytics, social profiles from your customers information, and more!! I highly recommend Pipedrive.

Big fan of Pipedrive

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: I happen to be a Pipedrive user. I am also an independent reseller of the product, as well as an integration consultant (pipedriveexperts dot com). I have helped hundreds of customers integrated dozens of different CRMs. No single solution is perfect but I find that Pipedrive is the right choice for a large majority of our clients. Pipedrive strikes the right balance between features, ease-of-use and cost. I am happy to say that their technical support is (by far!) the best I have seen from any CRM. I recommend Pipedrive to many types of businesses.

Pros:

Pipedrive really is built for salespeople. The reporting functions for management are there, and getting better every quarter, but is the ease-of-use for a salesperson that distinguishes Pipedrive.

Cons:

Automations are generally a very strong feature of Pipedrive, but one type of automation is missing (unless you use an external service). That missing capability is date-based triggering of workflows. Pipedrive cannot yet send a birthday greeting or followup message based on a date (past or present). This is an inconvenience for us, and we have to use external tools to solve that problem.

Really great tool if need more than Hubspot and less than Salesforce

5.0 3 years ago

Comments: Really great among all CRM tools if need more power than Hubspot CRM and don't want to shell out dollars for Salesforce. The mobile app is especially good among CRM tools.

Pros:

Pipedrive has some of the best integrations have seen at that price point in any industry -- the customer lookup in Trello being a prime example. The overall product quality is also incredibly high -- e.g., we can see all export reports ever pulled in the system for audit purposes.

Cons:

The biggest gap is consistent with almost any CRM on the market -- while we can drag & drop or bulk change statuses of tasks in spreadsheet mode, we can't change the task order within stage. Pipedrive *does* have some capability to hack this which we did on occasion -- specifically, just change up the event dates in the tasks and assign a custom field to be your actual due date -- it was clunky but it worked, and ultimately just use Trello for deal management.

Pipedrive is a total game changer! Hands down BEST CRM

5.0 last year

Comments: Our customer service has been phenomenal since implementing Pipedrive! It's extremely rare a new lead or a task for a customer is missed and that only happens from user error (not setting a task for that customer). No more paper files. The activity log Pipedrive keeps of all our employees is an awesome feature too! We have used a few CRMS over the years and this one is by far the BEST. No big issues and we've been using this one since about 2017. Other CRMS are cheaper but like the old saying, you get what you pay for!

Pros:

Pipedrive was soooo easy to implement for our company. It is very user friendly and tech support is a email away. The most important aspect of Pipedrive is having all our customer files in a central location, easily accessible to keep notes and to set tasks for ourselves allowing us to provide excellent customer service that was not always perfect just using an Excel spreadsheet. Sorting all of our customers into different pipelines and stages is awesome too! Easily see where everyone is.

Cons:

The email feature has not been working. We use Yahoo Small Business for our emails and for some reason our emails unlink from Pipedrive and now we are unable to relink them but that's not a huge issue as each customer file in Pipedrive has it's own link you can paste in the BCC of your customer email and it copies it to that customer's Pipedrive.

Comments: Pipedrive has been amazing for our team, we are able to keep things organized, use automations and get reports via API.

Pros:

Sales software tend to be complicated, there are always many features and workflows, but, Pipedrive turns to be way more "logical" and easy to use from day zero. Features and options are well crafted, we can see that there is a pattern os use around the product.

Cons:

Pricing is a bit high here in Brazil, because of exchange rates. Apart of that, Every big sales software always have something to work on. We miss some features on the Workflow Automation, like setting up an action to happen a certain time before an activity due date.

Comments: Positive overall. Their customer service team did try to help out when I ran into issues setting everything up. However, the fact I had so many issues setting it up and customizing the platform was a big turn off. And as I mentioned before, I tried 20+ CRM’s so I’m very familiar with how to set one up.

Pros:

When Hubspot stopped working because of technical errors I started trying literally every CRM I could find. Pipedrive was definitely one of my favorites because of its price and features. Customer service was also pretty good and responsive.

Cons:

Ultimately the fact that I couldn’t use my custom email signature was why I didn’t go with Pipedrive. I also didn’t like the overall UI, it seemed a bit outdated to me and it was harder to navigate than other CRM’s I tried.

The perfect tool for forecasting and tracking targets

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: In general, I see it as one of the best CRM tools, especially as it constitutes a good offer for beginners in the business world and small and emerging companies in terms of cost, ease of working on it, and the good quality of the services provided, in addition to helping them manage long and complex sales operations through a distinguished support team.

Pros:

Although there is no free plan available, one of the advantages of this platform is its acceptable cost to subscribe, especially for those who have just started entering the field of business and have a limited commercial budget, startups and small companies. One of the most exciting things about subscribing is the ability to fully customize via API access, and provide unlimited and customizable pipelines keeping in mind that you may need a development team for that. The machine learning assistant feature that supports the sales assistant has made the implementation of tasks through this tool more easy, effective and with a positive return.Auto-filling contact data and automating the paths you plan to take within your business plan is something special, in addition to being available for all subscription plans. The possibility of extracting some of the necessary information that you need in analyzing customer behavior by tracking web visitors, for example, and revealing the organization to which this visitor belongs, how they found the website, the duration of their browsing, etc. Information of this type that is useful in the marketing behavioral analysis of customers and keeping pace with changes in proportion to the need market.

Cons:

The lack of a free trial period may cause some people to hesitate to decide to subscribe.Making the telephone support service exclusive only to subscribers of the plan with the highest level is something that is not understood honestly and raises a big question mark. And I have to sync my email in order to be able to send emails from PipDrive which can cause some confusion for the user.

Driving you pipeline to success

5.0 5 years ago

Pros:

Pipedrive’s lead management CRM is intuitive, well-organized/easily customizable, and perfect for any sized company. It’s been extremely beneficial in helping to streamline our sales processes. I would strongly recommend enrolling in Pipedrive’s free trial; this will let you test out any of Pipedrive’s plans for the full thirty to get a better feel for how it works and find the correct plan for your needs. Pros Pipedrive’s Silver plan is very reasonably priced and comes with all the CRM necessities suitable for most small to mid-sized business. Sales… it’s a messy process… but there’s no headache with Pipedrive. You can easily set up customized pipelines for each user as well as view and transfer deals between pipelines. The ability to utilize two separate Pipelines to test against each other has been really beneficial in helping us groom our sales initiatives and outreach tactics. You can also, send emails from directly within the CRM’s platform; saving you time to engage more with potential clients and aids the process for keeping track of follow-up appointments and next step action items (discovery calls, presentations, proposals). Pipedrive supports over 100+ apps and integrations; we’ve integrated Lead Liaison, our lead generation tracking application, with Pipedrive so we don’t have to manually enter new leads, prospects, etc. from one CRM to the next. As an alternative to using the integration(s) you can also import spreadsheets directly into Pipedrive and assign deals and prospects to a specific owner. One of Pipedrive’s best features is the option to import contacts and merge them with those already in your database so you don’t have duplicates. This application is perfect for sales on the go; you can create custom reports to be sent to your email (for notifications on activities, emails, calls, etc.) and access your pipeline through Pipedrive’s mobile app so you can keep up with your clients and sales team(s) at all times.

Cons:

Although the Silver plan does not provide all the enriched features as the Gold, (i.e. 2-way email syncing, call scheduler, email tracking, etc.) we don’t want to switch all of our users over to the Gold plan because only a few of them would benefit from/would need the extra features. I wish there was a way to upgrade some of our users to the Gold plan and keep the others at Silver. We use Pipedrive’s integration with Slack to notify our team when a deal has been identified, won and/or lost. Currently, you have to use a third-party (Zapier) if you would like your notifications to be more specific and I have been unable to get Zapier to work correctly for us. I have already reached out to both sides for help but have not come to a solution (… so beware you may run into problems with integrations – without a lot of helping support from either side).

Efficient sales management with pipedrive from a small business owner's perspective

4.0 4 months ago

Comments: I highly recommend it for small businesses looking for a simple and efficient way to manage their sales pipeline. However, for larger companies that need advanced reporting and point-and-click integration, Pipedrive may not be the best option. Overall, my team and I had a good experience using it, and it helped us stay organized and work more efficiently.

Pros:

As a small business owner, I was on the lookout for a sales management tool that could streamline my sales process and help me effectively manage my pipeline. That's when I came across Pipedrive. After using it for a while, I can say that it's a great tool for sales management. It's user interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to use, making it a great option for beginners. It also allows me to easily customize pipelines for different sales campaigns, which is super helpful. Integration with various third-party tools is amazing, making it easy to streamline my sales process. Additionally, it offers decent reporting options that help me keep track of my sales progress.

Cons:

Although Pipedrive is reasonably priced compared to other options at only $14.90 for the cheapest plan, the cost can add up with additional third-party integrations. We are currently on the Essentialplan which lacks a workflow builder with triggered automations. Pipedrive doesn't have the advanced reporting options that market leaders like Salesforce or Hubspot have which I have used in the past.It also requires connecting with Zapier, which is another subscription making it prohibitive for small businesses. It also not suitable for heavy-duty sales management and may not be the best option for larger firms trying to scale up.

It Is For You

5.0 4 years ago

Pros:

Work process robotization (Move an arrangement and an action is included, at whatever point we reach another arrangement can be included, and so forth.) - Super Useful! Can send messages straightforwardly through stage and they appear in Gmail Does not intergrade legitimately with Intercom just through Zappier. Can interface with Gmail schedule Analytics - With arrangements won (by month, day, year and so forth), estimation of arrangements won, normal per bargain, normal time until an arrangement is won, look further and you can perceive what items make up those arrangements won (term, perm, CI and so on), Deals lost - by stages, by stages after some time, by reasons, by reasons over the long run (you can limit what stage you are battling in). Won versus lost - pace of % on change to the following stage, transformation for the main stage, lost from this stage, change to won (win/misfortune proportion). Track the % shot of moving the arrangement to one phase to the following. Estimating income - Current income, future arrangements to be won, can refresh the nearby dates from month to month, see what has been won, see the phases on the open arrangements and alter the end month (status bar demonstrating its stage), set conveyance date choice (ie you put the arrangement in won when it goes to guaranteeing and the stays there for a while (3 weeks) to get an exact date when the income is gotten). Arrangement change yet nothing else, Deals won, Deals lost, income Forecast (platinum

Cons:

In spite of the fact that the Silver arrangement doesn't give all the enhanced highlights as the Gold, (for example 2-way email adjusting, call scheduler, email following, and so on.) we would prefer not to switch the majority of our clients over to the Gold arrangement in light of the fact that lone a couple of them would profit by/would require the additional highlights. I wish there was an approach to redesign a portion of our clients to the Gold arrangement and keep the others at Silver. We utilize Pipedrive's reconciliation with Slack to tell our group when an arrangement has been recognized, won and additionally lost. Right now, you host to utilize a third-gathering (Zapier) in the event that you might want your notices to be increasingly explicit and I have been not able get Zapier to work effectively for us. I have just contacted the two sides for assistance however have not gone to an answer ( so be careful you may keep running into issues with incorporations - without a ton of helping support from either side).

Best CRM we have had

4.0 7 years ago

Comments: It works! Out operation has had 3 CRMs over the past 6 years and none managed things well for a sales outfit in a construction company. (The damage that causes the agents who sometimes have long timelines in the sales process and referral process is excruciating since no CRM is adapted to offload and download data from another We like the flexibility of applying to our sales process and keeping track of each prospects stages/activities and not have to adapt to precepts that don't apply and only get in the way. It really is your CRM. The feedback from Statistics and Analytics is stimulating and encourages one to apply themselves to the system they designed thus developing better business habits which in turn gives better stats and a better view from which management can coach and serve from.

Pros:

Seems kind of redundant with Review above.

Cons:

It would be nice to be able to review the Activity list page by our Stages. In other words typically cycles are monthly but what is focused on at the beginning of the month is different than what is at the end of the month. For instance at the end of the month you may want to focus just on final stage folks. Another focus somebody might have is they are working a particular area and want to see what else is left on the table while there and arrange schedules accordingly. In other words just being able to organize on the Activities page by city/county can increase efficiency in the field. Your Contacts page has that option but nothing comes up in the columns for anyone. I don't know if this is a challenge with out set up by our admin. but once we have a the client sold they fall off our radar for the Deals page. We have a few milestones that include us agents which includes pumping clients for referrals and visiting with them on a anniversary date. The only way I can keep them on the radar is to use the Activity page and just label them a Deadline so I can review those by that definition. So all I use Deadline for is follow-up with clients that are purchasing or have purchased. Lastly a small but big 'thang', on the client Deals page where we have a pending activity it would be nice to click the pending activity button and the courser lands on a fresh line above the previously typed material so we can just add an update without having to click to front of material, return and arrow up to update. It's a very repetitive procedure every time you go into an activity.
