(or that was my experience) There is no complaint department - just the support line people who can ignore you if they so choose. I set up the CRM with minimal issues, but have been trying to get IDX on the website for the past seven business days. NO ONE will respond to an email or phone call. My board has been requesting additional information for the past three days, but I have received no response.
