Easy To Use Integrations with Zapier

Comments: I've been using Zapier for many years to integrate note apps with Google Docs, Calendar, SMS, Slack and others.

Pros:

Zapier automates integration with multiple applications without needing to do any coding.

Cons:

The free plan is very limited allowing only one trigger in my workflow.

The Perfect Middle man for everything!

Comments: Great, I only use it for basic functions but I am starting to use it for more complex ones as i have started using it more. Easy to navigate and set up

Pros:

What is not to like, Zapier basically is the middle man to automate and connect anything with anything. All done in your sleep once you have set Zaps up work.

Cons:

Not super simple to start at first but once you get the hang of it, you can flow through Zaps, the help section is also great and it gives you suggestions to fix any issues you have and work arounds, a really good feature.

Great Concept, but Support Could Be Stronger

Comments: Zapier has a great concept and offers a lot of potential for streamlining workflows and automating tasks. While the platform’s idea is impressive and promising, my experience has been somewhat mixed due to the limited support options available for paying subscribers. With more direct customer support, Zapier could become an even more valuable tool for users looking to simplify their processes

Pros:

•The concept of automation and integration between apps is incredibly appealing. •Zapier simplifies workflows by reducing repetitive tasks, which sounded like a game-changer. •The platform’s promise of streamlining processes and improving efficiency is impressive.

Cons:

•When trying to create Zaps, I found the support process disappointing. •Instead of direct assistance, I was directed to community chat groups, which felt inadequate for a paid subscription service. •The lack of hands-on support made troubleshooting more time-consuming than expected.

Comments: Zapier has helped me sort and systemize data, increase efficiency of workflows, and given me so much time back! I love Zapier and it's great for when you need multiple softwares to work together that do not already have custom integrations! One of my greatest projects I used Zapier for was automating a room rental booking process!

Pros:

Zapier gives me and my clients back countless hours of project management time by making tasks happen instantaneously that would have manually taken hours! It's easy to use and has great customer support!

Cons:

It takes time to learn how Zapier works (tips and ways to use more efficiently) so it's hard to learn by trial and error. If you take some time to watch a few tutorials/read a few articles and learn how to use the platform, you will be able to use it much more efficiently! Some of my toughest challenges were because I didn't understand Zapier terminology!

Best Tool for Streamlined Marketing Automation

Comments: t’s a powerful tool that makes automation easy and saves me a lot of time on repetitive tasks. It helps streamline my marketing processes, like lead management and email follow-ups, without needing technical skills. Overall, it’s reliable and easy to use, making my work much more efficient.

Pros:

it connects all my marketing tools easily. It saves me a lot of time by automating tasks like adding leads to my CRM & sending follow-up emails. The interface is simple, and it makes my work faster and more organized.

Cons:

Zapier is more expensive. While it’s very helpful, the pricing can be high for small teams or businesses. Also, some advanced workflows require higher plans, which aren’t always affordable.

Best automation tool

Comments: I use Zapier daily for many automations, data feeds and technical tasks. It is a core tool that empowers the marketing team to perform technical work without the need for developers.

Pros:

User friendly platform with so many capabilities that can suit both developers and non developers. I have used this to integrate CRMs, automate processes and other tasks that I couldn't do without this platform.

Cons:

Zapier bug testing was clunky, but in the last few months this has been improved no end.

You don't need to be a developer to use Zapier

Comments: It has allowed non developer skilled people within our team to be able to integrate two of our most important platforms together seamlessly.

Pros:

Easiest non technical way to integrate products and platforms together.

Cons:

It can become technical if you are looking for a deep integration, however using logic often can help most complete setting up zaps.

Must have for startups in Marketing industry.

Comments: We had really good experience through the year we used it. We saved plenty of time automating and connecting our marketing tools. Overall it was a good investment.

Pros:

It made our tasks automation incredibly easy in the process of integrating our app with external websites, apps and services. The setup was not extremely hard even without extense knowledge. We set up a workflow to add new leads on our loyalty website that came from Facebook Ads.

Cons:

You have to be careful with the cost and the features you might end up using. We did not have that problem but we noticed it could get high, specially for startups with tight budget as we were.

Zapier: A tool for effortless automation.

Comments: I'd say it has been positive. It's a great tool to save time, i can trust this program to do many tasks for me. The setup process is pretty user friendly, and I appreciated the wide range of app integrations available.

Pros:

I liked how it made automating workflows between different apps so much easier. The way it connects the tools I use daily and also how it streamlines repetitive tasks has saved me a lot of time.

Cons:

I didn't like that some of its more advanced features, like multi-step Zaps or using certain premium apps, were only available with higher-tier plans. Also some of its bugs are a bit complicated to solve.

Comments: I am using Zapier to connect Pipedrive, Calendly, Activecampaign, Clickfunnels and Gmail all together, building a very efficient sales machine

It works for most cases, but I could not make it work to automate replies to comments on my Instagram ads

Zapier is definitely the best automation and integration tool on the market right now. We use it to automate various tasks, from scheduling meetings to generating lead acquisition reports and more. It works well with most tools and is very simple to set up.

Cons:

The integrations sometimes experience a delay in reporting an issue. If you publish an automated action and, for some reason, it isn't working, the tool will send you an email a few minutes later instead of instantly reporting the problem. This can occasionally delay work processes.

Comments: Overall positive journey with Zapier, having little no code experience I now build complex automation workflows and save hours of manual processing time.

Pros:

Allows you to overcome the challenges of software interaction and automation in a user friendly and simple way. Automations and user interfaces are slick, clean, easy to build, and less problematic due to the easy to follow Zapier code free programming.

Cons:

The only downfall is that not every piece of software has connectivity.

We utilized it's free trial plan for deep training for it comes with all the core features which enabled us familiarize with the tool. Kickstarting the creation of Zaps for automation using the highly customizable prebuilt templates that allows us to tailor them into our needs was quick and ideal. Zapier connects all our apps to form a perfect knit for workflow management, communication between and data management between these apps. These saves us the hustle of performing repetitive tasks manually soo we are able to focus serving our clients other that administrative tasks. Zapier keeps on upgrading it's features and everytime they do they unlock new possibilities and ensure we users don't miss on any technology

Comments: Running a marketing agency, the leads we generate through the ads are one of the most important aspects of business. Zapier helped seamlessly manage the leads in a timely fashion. It also permitted me to deliver the same results using a smaller team by optimizing the workflow.

Pros:

The seamless integration between different platforms was by far the most important feature. Instead of hiring an employee to manually manage the leads throughout our marketing campaigns, I was able to automate the process saving time and capital.

Cons:

For certain Zaps, after they were created and initiated, it was hard to edit them. I had to recreate the entire instance. Also, the price increases tremendously the more zaps you use.

Market Leader Automatization Tool

Pros:

It feels that new native integrations are always being introduced to Zapier and some tools that had to be manually managed are now there from the start. We used Zapier on some of our trickiest integrations where other tools as Integromat were not covering us enough.

Cons:

The pricing model is quite expensive and limiting, we have very few users with high capacity requirement, often we ended up paying extra.

Incredible Integration Tool - Can't live without it

Pros:

I like it how easy it is to use, and to configure. how fast you can integrate very different systems.

Cons:

That it is difficult to track the information that is running through the app.

Am incredibly happy with Zapier

Pros:

Endless possibilities for our non technical teams.I enjoy that it does all the work for me when moving lists,also how Zapier executes our actions at a particular time of our choice is incredible.Finally it has so many options to automatize a lot of things and is extremely easy to learn and use.

Cons:

Apart from the upgraded plan being costly I have encountered no hitches using this platform.

Data is king and Zapier lets you move it to where you need it.

There are so many possibilities with Zapier that it can be time-consuming initially to explore options. Zapier does a great job guiding new users through top used Zaps, common places to start automation, and ultimately time exploring pays off as you streamline workflows.

I would say the best features of using Zapier would be The ability to use API, Workflow management that saves time, and third party integrations That have a range of different automations for many people.

Cons:

I didn't really have anything that I didn't like about zapier. I was a little skeptical When first trying out zapier But it didn't take long for me to Understand how the app works and I have really come to like zapier in general.
