Secure tracking of sensitive information for each individual such as intake and elimination, medications, medication administration, T-logs, and ISP's. It allows easy access to the clients information. Its very helpful finding clients appointments and printing a consultation form for the Primary Care and or ER etc. I love havubg the access and utilizing the MAR. I cant think of anything really. > > I used Therup many times a day as a DSP at a group home. I use ut to write T logs many high ones then i would fill out a GER on Therup as well. Therup is a one place rather than a book of numerous papers that i utilize for all my clients care. It makes Medication administration so easy because its very well detailed and so easy to use. I am able to check appointment times and print out a consult prior to the appointment. I can also go back and read how the last appointment went. Its an efficient way for staff to communicate how the day or couple days has gone so yoh dont miss any changes in the clients behavioral plan or othewise. I just don't know what we would do without this platform in my field of work. Therap is user-friendly for achieving daily proper documentation, when working with individuals with intellectual \& physical disabilities. The state requires that we document \& chart every medication that we administer, including something as simple as Tylenol. Therap is also where we document \& submit incident reports, vitals, intake \& illumination \& so many other important details that are detrimental to the health of our clients. Exactly what you are required to chart/document is person-centered based on the clients plans \& protocols. We learn early on as Direct support professionals, that if you do not document it, it never happened. I cannot think of many improvements that need to be made to be made to Therap, because honestly, it's the only software I've ever used in my field \& it is extremely user-friendly. I've worked with peers that have been in this field for 40+ years and everything used to be done on paper. However, they were able to learn to navigate Therap, like it was second nature. I cannot even estimate how often I refer back to my documentation on Therap during an average work week but it is dozens of times. This is where we log everything. Without Therap, we would be in a world of her when it comes time to re-certify for state \& county licensing. > > **Cons**: As a user, you can login \& see everyone else's documentation "at a glance." However, if you need to specifically look at your own documentation, you have to use the "search engine."I wish therap listed everyone's documentation, newest to oldest \& that includes your own as well. > > Overall my experience with her has been a positive one. I've been using this software at two different companies for the last 5+ years and have had very little problems with it.
