Pros: Instrumental in getting a POP Loan, quick and responsive to every request. I would use again and again. Great business services.

Cons: None, I did not have any issues with software.

"Happy, But Could Be Happier"

Comments: I liked that Womply kept me updated on the progress of my PPP

Pros: I loved how easy it was to get my PPP and for my colleagues.

Cons: I was promised $200 for each successful PPP I referred. I have two successfully referred and have not received the $400.00

"They almost got it"

Comments: I would’ve had an excellent experience with womply, had it not been for the absolutely abysmal customer service.

Pros: Womply is easy to use, it’s free, and overall was very useful in getting the help I needed during this pandemic. I would give it 5 stars across the board and recommend it to everyone if not for one thing. The customer service... or lack thereof.

Cons: The customer service/support is absolutely the worst I’ve ever dealt with, hands down. You have no options of getting help from a real person until you jump through hoops with the chat bot. Even then, it was a full day before I heard back from anyone every time. The worst part was, after all that, the customer service person would respond to me via email with a copy/pasted section of the FAQ section. Not once did I get actual help from anyone at Womply.

"A rip-off"

Comments: They promised me online exposure and customer leads. I never received one lead or contact. I cancelled the service in Nov.2019 but they still billed me in March. Warning stay away from this business.

Pros: Great promises during the 30 day free trial

Cons: Never delivered the product. Then they have the gall to continue billing for it.

Pros: The program was great and gather my information I was able to process my peeps along quickly and efficiently

Cons: It's almost impossible to get through to anyone no one responded to my email even though I email you times a day for a whole week

Comments: Great user experience, quick turn around two to three weeks

Pros: Ease of use by uploading documents, just follow directions

"PPP Loan Administration"

Pros: The functionality of the online application were so awesome! Everything was easy to use and understandable. Timing of the filing and getting the PPP Loan was timely for all that was going on. All functionality needed was there to make it easy and timely to file. Docusign was a GOOD feature so nothing had to be printed and scanned.

Cons: Nothing. I can't think of anything at this moment.

"My experience"

Comments: I am able to grow my business and I realize that time and investments along with my efforts; placed me in a better success level

Pros: The most impactful feature was the ability to navigate with seamless effort. . I was most impressed with the facial recognition feature as it gave me confidence that the process was legitimate.

Cons: At first, it was challenging to rely on the process because of all the scams going on. I was pessimistic at first , yet I was persistent because I needed the assistance for my business.

"I'm not a tech person"

Comments: I was applying for an SBA loan. I wasn't sure if Womply was the way to go or if I should go to my local bank in person. I found that this was easier than I could have imagined and I didn't have to leave my house.

Pros: The program was easy for me to use and I'm technically challenged when it comes to computers and software. I was amazed and surprised at how I was able to breeze through the programs.

Cons: It wasn't all that easy at the end of my application to be sure I was doing what was actually asked. I didn't find contact information for support very easily.

Comments: I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a painless and effortless way for customer retention.

Pros: I find the ability to contact my customers easily thru email, texting and media to fill a needed step in our progress to keep in better contact with our customers. The process is smooth to administer for someone who is technologically challenged and hesitant to come into the 21st century.

Cons: At the current time I have found nothing to dislike about the software and customer service associated with it.

"Ease of use & simple portal for applications"

Comments: Actually getting less and simple interest rate via one portal approved from SBA to Funding from Sources
WOMPLY helped a lot -Businesses.

Pros: It’s a really very simple portal from applying a loan to get approved and funded also it’s used useful methods to identifying via latest technology.

Cons: It was great experience without getting or asking others ;most of things were clear while processing but it could be more improved sometimes pending duplicates applications pop up in emails again and again but because may be it was due to incomplete applications software want it to inform the client that he may log in and check it to insure while processing.

Pros: We are still figuring out the Womply software however, we purchased it to use for advertising our business. We will continue to play around with the tools provided on Womply to use it to our benefit.

Cons: Nothing yet at this point. We are still trying out the software as our management has changed recently.

Comments: Womply is a very accurate and fast software helping me every time to manage my customers.

Pros: Womply allows you to manage the customers and their reviews coming from all the social sites.

Cons: I've nothing found yet anything to hate in thus software. It helps me to manage the reviews very well. If I will got one, I'll update my review.

"Womply Keeps You Informed!"

Comments: The site is user friendly and provides a wealth of information to help a business owner see the "big picture".

Pros: I love being promptly informed of ALL reviews, from various sites. I don't have to monitor all the different ratings sites to know how we are being perceived. I always share all reviews, positive or negative, with staff. Since we receive an overwhelming number of positive reviews, it is a real morale booster for front line staff and makes all of us proud of our company.

Cons: I wish more businesses were using Womply. When we are compared to other similar businesses, their zip codes indicate they are not close enough to be serious competition. Still, it's nice to know how we are performing vis-a-vis other similar businesses that are included.

"Streamlines the process of handling reviews!"

Comments: Awesome! It definitely saves me time and makes sure that I stay on top of all my reviews.

Pros: I can respond to most reviews directly through the site, rather than having to log into each review site individually. I also like getting the email notifications, so that I know when a review has posted so I can respond to it. Before, I may forget to log in for a few days, so I might not respond to a review for a week or more.

Cons: I wish the notifications could be faster. When I get the email that I have a new review, that review is usually already two days old. It then takes another day to post my response. If there were a way to speed up the process, that would be wonderful.

"A Simple but Underwhelming Software"

Comments: Not loving it. In the first month I've sent 145 requests (manually, because Womply's automated service will only send 15/day) and gotten 0 responses from this method. I understand that you can only lead the horse to water, but this is crazy.

Pros: Womply aggregates all of your review platforms so that you can respond and manage reviews all in one central location. I appreciate that you can either use their pre-written messages or create ones of your own, customize the review request email/text, and can see the split of total reviews, positive reviews, and negative reviews.

Cons: For one, Womply pulls customer information from your credit card processor. Since there are laws about what that company can collect and give out, you will often not have an email address, never a phone number, and never a last name. I'd say you are actually only able to send review requests to 70% of purchasers (that may be too generous a number). For some reason it also allows you to attempt to resend review requests, only to give you a red pop-up message that you can't. Waste of time.
