My hope is that prospective buyers will be spared the miseries that we are going through. > > **Cons**: It essentially is not as advertised whatsoever and it has so many glitches and prophetic ways of reminding someone of tasks, it scrambles data particularly medications and they have to be renewed every month which is a very tedious process and where the data gets scrambled costing personnel dozens of hours trying to collate and get it back to what it was two days before the renewals. > > It is a catastrophe. It has resulted in too numerous to count medication errors or errors that would have happened had the system been relied on without questioning it. It is truly a nightmare and it is amazing to me that anybody has used it and not rated it accordingly. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS > > **Cons**: We would call them and no one would help. no customer service no personalized service. just a horrible company in my opinion. we had to hire outside people to help us get the system working (we didnt have a choice) and they finally got it hobbling along but their reports are lacking and the software is still sub par > > We requested to get out of the bogus 5 year contract because of all of the problems and breaches that they caused us but they of course wouldnt let us even though the person who signed it wasnt authorized to do so. I wouldnt get into any long term contract with them.
