The tool is very easy to use and customize to your needs.
There's not a lot that I don't like about the software. LIke I mentioned before, the update was very confusing at first but our account manager walked us through.

Criteria - Great product
Comments: We have only been using Criteria for a couple of months but I have been very happy with the results so far.
Pros:
I like that is integrates with out ATS system.

Haven't found anything that I don't like.

Criteria testing significantly enhanced our hiring process
Comments: The platform is user-friendly, providing detailed results. The score range helps indicate where a candidate should fall for a specific role. Additionally, I have received positive feedback from candidates about the user-friendliness of the battery tests.
Pros:
Criteria testing significantly improved our hiring process by providing insights that cannot be garnered through interviews alone. I contacted Criteria directly when I had questions about a specific result, and they were extremely knowledgeable and quick to assist.
Cons:
The only thing that comes to mind is the Talent Signal. I believe that could be better defined.

Pros:
Screening candidates helps us to hire individuals who we know come prepared with the skills to be able to perform the essential duties of the role
Cons:
An assessment can weed out candidates who do not meet the min qualifications, but does not represent a candidate overall

Happy with product, miss the interview questions
Comments: pretty positive overall, no complaints..
Pros:
the ease of use and the visual representation of the results
Cons:
there could be some more measuring sticks or explanation to what each truly means. I also think that there used to be suggested interview questions based on the results, but I haven't seen those lately.

Effective and helpful
Comments: We have used it for years and sometimes we stray away from the results. Those times we have strayed away have ended up poorly for us. Trust the data.
Pros:
It has been accurate for us even when we have gone against it
Cons:
You are bucketing people. It can be hard to capture someone in a short amount of time.

Comments: My experience with criteria was very good because I'm able to give back to the employees directly.

I think Criteria is an easy and friendly platform to use. There isn't anything i like the least yet.

Good for what it is
Pros:
Easy to navigate and organize feedback. Simple to navigate
Cons:
Slow to update feedback when entering it. Crashed a few times.

Another tool in the tool box
Comments: Customer service has been outstanding. Representatives are very responsive.
Pros:
Online skills testing and one-way interviews help us to narrow down our applicant pool. This system is fairly easy to set-up and is user friendly.
Cons:
We needed the ability to do some additional customizations that are not yet available.

Dermatology Partners Review
Comments: We have had an overall great experience with Criteria. We feel that it does give a good insight to a candidates skills, etc.
Pros:
To be able to create questions around the skills, etc. that you are looking for to fill the position. The emotify piece is great too.
Cons:
The majority of our applicants (over 70%) are applying to our positions on their phone or tablet. We have found that many candidates do not own a desk top or lap top and they either will not follow through with the assessment or it takes a longer time to access one to complete the assessment. I would love to see the capability of applicants doing the assessment on their Smart phones.

Great Idea, Too Expensive for Results
Comments: Very positive experience with the implementation team and the customer support is pretty good. However, aside from the IO psychologist partnership, it's a lot of the same testing other services offer for a higher price.
Pros:
If you get time with an IO psychologist, it's super helpful to review your data and see how well the tests are actually impacting your hiring quality, ramp time, etc. However, I think this is key differentiator for Criteria, so this should be included in every package.
Cons:
Everything is guess work for at least 6 months to get initial data, and you can't get quality of hire insights for about a year. It takes a full contract just to be able to get the data to see if it's helping your organization, so you have to renew to finish - then if you didn't see impact, it's too late!

Comments: It's been great! We've been able to test the candidates abilities and this is definitely serving us really well, I highly recommend this to the others!
Pros:
The facility to share links and create custom test batteries!
Cons:
The candidate cannot take the same assessment twice without having to go and change a setting, also, there should be more specific tests.

Recruitment Superhero - Criteria
Comments: Criteria plays a vital role in our recruitment process and definitely rely on the assessment results. 90% of our job depends on criteria results. So basically Criteria helps us finding the right candidate that fits our organization and the position.
Pros:
The accurate results that is playing a major role in our recruitment process. We get the opportunity to learn more about the candidates efficiency and skills.
Cons:

Good service, brilliant idea and workflow, questionable claims on desired results
Pros:
The concept is great - relatively easy, short assessments for potential candidates. Great workflow and communication. Good Criteria team and onboarding/response support.
Cons:
The claims about the quality of hires are vastly overstated.I think their intentions are very good, but they really don't have a handle on whether the product and workflow actually works as they state. The process for modifying assessments to hone a better process is vague or non-existent. In the end, it appears to be a generic assessment across a very broad range of industries and jobs (in our case sales roles)

Criteria- Important Tool for Candidate Review
Comments: Has been very beneficial in helping us grow from 50 employees to the 90+ we are currently sitting at.
Pros:
Helps us determine the correct candidates to interview for the needed positions. Also if the candidate is unwilling to complete the Criteria Assessment who knows what they would not do if they were hired.
Cons:
I think it is sometimes easy for the candidate to breeze through thus giving inaccurate answers.

My Experience using Criteria
Comments: Overall it is very good, I never used something like this and happy to have a user friendly platform.
Pros:
It is very user friendly and easy to send to candidates.
Cons:
I do not enjoy how there is cognitive test with a personality test.

Has significantly helped to streamline our hiring process
Comments: Overall positive and satisfied with the solution. The rate increases have been a bit annoying.
Pros:
Makes hiring easier for me (although I do this infrequently)
Cons:
The price is fairly high. There are competitive products at a lower price point. The price seems to be increasing exponentially which makes me think twice on every renewal period whether it is worth renewing or not.
