The platform also goes hand in hand with most of our already existing tools and it generally saves a lot of time with keeping access secure. > > **Cons**: The administrative dashboard may be a little overwhelming to beginners, and certain integrations will need additional configuration, which might have to be done technically. Although the basic functions are functioning successfully, I believe that Okta could be somewhat enhanced by making the interface more user-friendly to the non-technical administrator and include more step-by-step guidance when configuring the system. > > We have been generally pleased with Okta.
