> **Cons**: not enough description of the ICD 10 codes. I would like the definitions to look like the ICD 10 book as it's easy to follow.  LCDs are not current. All publications should be available to view.  never able to find updated coding clinic guidelines.

> **Pros**: I like the E\&M calculator it makes the coding super easy and 99% error proof.

> **Cons**: There needs to be training set up for people who purchase the product. I think people would get more use out of there purchase if they new how to use all the capabilities. I bought my subscription when COVID started so there was very limited assistance with it. I was told to watch videos on You Tube and look at the help information attached in the different areas.  There was no customer service help line to reach out to.

> This is product is good, I will be working with it more this year than I did last year. I have been a certified coder for 19 years and have worked with several types of software over the years so I am sure eventually I will learn how to maximize my use of it.
