They play musical chairs n keep creating new case no's until my case disappear..frightening. my records are still there for inpection. Why shop with them if have refund issues n cannot get money back even if it is genuine. Call them more than 10 times over period of more than a year and have written more than 9 times. They just keep creating new case no's and never settle. Passing form one to another. Making you to give up chasing\!
