Customer support does respond quickly, but it can take five to ten minutes to get the issue solved. Tracking who has access and who is coming and going is a breeze. Arriving at the door with my hands full and having facial recognition unlock the door is a major plus. Giving guests temporary or permanent access pins is super simple, and I can turn them off at any time. The integration with our Yale lock and the Swiftlane app makes the process seamless and wonderful. The setup was super simple; they did everything and trained us in just 5 minutes. > > **Cons**: Needs a reboot occasionally, but that is the same for all software. Only ince did the Swiftlane server go down so great uptime over 8 years. > > Just a pleasure from start to finish.
