Overall, ProSpace is a decent space booking and management platform.

Comments: The overall experience has been largely positive. Over the past three years that we have used the solution, the system has proven to be reliable, with consistent feature improvements.

Pros:

The space booking solution is generally intuitive and efficient, allowing users to quickly check availability and book spaces via multiple platforms, including an app and an Outlook plug-in. The user interface is straightforward and not overly complicated, enhancing the user experience.

Cons:

The instruction manual could be further improved and simplified. It would be best if they included pictures or videos on the web portal to explain the admin capabilities. This would help facilitate the onboarding of new admins managing the system going forward.

A value-for-money space booking and visitor management system.

Comments: Pretty good. The system has multiple different modules which we can select and adopt easily. Plug and play.

Pros:

ProSpace system allows users to access it via different medium (phone, tablet, outlook, tablet, signage/wayfinder & web). The UI is pretty intuitive. The cost/pricing is reasonable if compared with similar platform in the market. The customer service is great and able to respond promptly to our enquiries.

Cons:

The admin control require some time to get accustomed to.

Alternatives Considered: Condeco and Skedda

Reasons for Switching to ProSpace: Their account servicing and response is much better. Pricing is reasonable vs competitor as well. not the cheapest, but value for money for the service they are providing.

ProSpace solution review

Comments: From the perspective of a company operating a smart office, it has been a positive implementation as it has made the system more convenient to use. However, I believe it could become a more satisfactory solution if stable improvements are made to address recurring errors and additional development requirements.

Pros:

It is convenient to secure a desired seat in advance, fitting the purpose of operating a smart office. The calendar view allows intuitive checking of meeting room reservation status. Integration with O365 makes schedule management easy. In the case of the wayfinder, utilizing the news feed to broadcast announcements in the employees' movement routes has had a positive effect on organizational culture.

Cons:

When setting up private seats, each seat had to be set up individually. (It would be good if we could apply settings to seats by zone or by selecting multiple seats with checkboxes.)

ProSpace desk booking & room booking review

Comments: Overall, I am satisfied. After the introduction of Prospace, we have been using the office space more efficiently. It is convenient for users as both mobile and web platforms are available, and the detailed segmentation of administrative permissions allows for various settings, which is great. Also, the headquarters management team actively and promptly incorporates customer suggestions and provides quick feedback on error corrections, which is appreciated.

Pros:

It is convenient because it allows real-time desk/meeting room reservations and the availability of remaining desks can be checked frequently. It is also convenient that it integrates with the Outlook calendar, so when a meeting room is reserved, it is automatically added to the calendar. The service is available both on the web and mobile, which is convenient.

Cons:

The convenience of the ProSpace meeting room booking system

Comments: Due to the nature of our internal operations, meetings often arise suddenly or change frequently. As a user, I found it very convenient to quickly book and modify meeting room reservations in such cases. As an admin, the ability to adjust the check-in time to align with our company policies has been very useful.

Pros:

Due to the sudden increase in staff at our office, we experienced numerous issues with meeting room reservations, leading to a lot of internal dissatisfaction. However, since implementing ProSpace's meeting room booking system, our internal workflow has stabilized significantly. The system allows us to check the booking status via the tablet placed in front of each meeting room and includes a check-in feature to prevent no-shows, which has greatly improved meeting room utilization.

Cons:

The customer service is also very prompt so that we haven't experienced any significant inconveniences while using the system.

Great customer care!

Comments: Pleasant. They help us setup and make it ready for use in less than an hour.

Pros:

Great customer service. Our requirement are small and yet their customer service team is helpful and responsive.

Cons:

Not that I can think of. Our requirements are simple - to have a simple and easy to use room booking solution. This product meet the requirement and supportive customer care.

Reasons for Switching to ProSpace: Feedbacks from friends and great customer service despite our small requirement.

Good product, great service!

Comments: User management, meeting room management, SSO integration, and all other features were satisfactory. The prompt response to any functional issues and post-support were also excellent.

Pros:

It was convenient to share meeting rooms with external staff working in the same office, and it was also good to be able to make on-the-spot reservations using the app and QR codes in each meeting room.

Cons:

There were no shortcomings in terms of the solution. However, when downloading data/csv files from ProSpace, files with Korean names always have their names corrupted, requiring us to rename them.

Prospace - Booking Management

The feature I liked most about ProSpace was the ease of booking meeting rooms and desks. The platform was very intuitive and user-friendly, and it integrated seamlessly with our google calendars. This made it much easier for our team to schedule meetings and find available workspaces.

Cons:

Beyond the software itself, ProSpace excels in their customer support. Their team demonstrated expertise during implementation and continues to provide outstanding assistance afterward. This level of commitment ensures users maximize the benefits of the system and contributes significantly to overall satisfaction.

Nice and easy to use space reservation system

Comments: The system itself has many convenient features, but it is also cost-effective, and the service response is quick and friendly.

Pros:

The reservation system through the smartphone app is simple to use, making it easy to learn and convenient to use, and the colleague finding feature is also very useful. Especially, the function to check-in directly by scanning the QR code is being used conveniently by all employees.

Cons:

Nothing in mind for now. So far the system is working as expected without issue.

A decent platform for space booking

Comments: Overall, this is a solid and user-friendly platform.

Pros:

An easy-to-use solution for booking rooms. It does not require complicated onboarding or navigation through the booking system. Allows multi-SSO integration, which is useful for our organization. It even allows you to setup SSO for multiple domains.

Cons:

None so far; the solution currently meets our needs.

User-friendly and intuitive room scheduling/visitor management system.

Comments: The UI is particularly clean and generally a breeze to use in the workplace. It is easy to use and requires minimal training which means less work disruption.

Pros:

Can easily make changes on room booking. Convenient functionality with room display screens. The team love the outlook integration add-in and the mobile app.
